poor!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid!!!!!!!!! and has truly undermined my faith in the Virgin brand!!!I wrote a review of a sister company of Virgin. The review was mostly positive and highly marked, 4 star review. I just questioned the reality of today’s betting- And treatment of customers. Punters will seek the best option to them, companies attract punters by providing best deal – companies like Virgin will then punish punters by reducing betting settings and excluding customers and not even contacting the person to explain!!!!!! New legislation is following to deal with this. Avoid this company- Read the reviews- Not honouring bets or payouts. Promote and frequent the better sites- Virgin is not one of them- poor odds- Poor treatment of customers- Don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!!! Slightly shocked giving the Virgin band!!!!!!! Apparently happy to to damage band recommendation for a few bets. HMMMMMMMM. I am now avoiding all virgin products!!!!!!!!!! and telling everybody to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Closed my account and refused to pay out my winnings,said I’d changed my details to circumnavigate their self exclusion when I’ve never had an account with them,would of took my money if I’d lost no doubt

They now ignore my emails and when I phone player protection they say ” sorry can’t talk, have a nice nice day.They are now putting my life in danger by ignoring me and refusing to engage with me.As long as every call is recorded then my story will eventually be told.They abused me.

Joined on the recommendation of a mate. Not to bad, like the racing features and footy. Live blackjack table, the stream lags sometimes. Anything to complain about would be slow withdrawals, sometimes it can be 3 hours, sometime it can be 24 hours. Modern day sites have it in your account right away, think its one thing that lets this site down. Other than that, cant fault it.

I’ll be honest, it was a great betting platform, until you randomly get banned from promotions for no reason at all. I would say avoid this bookmaker there are plenty other who wouldn’t randomly ban you. e.g sky bet and paddypower.

Withdrawals used to be so quick as in 15 minutes. Now it takes up to 17 hours. Not for huge sums neither quite paltry amounts. This is a game changer for me, I won’t deposit on here again until they start being quick with withdrawls again as I can play on other sites that are instant. Why would you change something that was great.

This company have absolutely no ethical or moral compass. Even when provided with clear evidence of severe illness and vulnerability they turn a blind eye and victim blame. Virgin bet profited in the region of 6k from pyschosis, Incapacity and vulnerability. All medical evidence provided to virgin and their CEO outlining the severe Vulnerability of the customer. Instead virgin turned a blind eye, thinking that 2k trigger points were acceptable and not dangerous, this is during and after cvid and a cost of living crisis. They exposed, ignored and self-mitigated. Refused to respond to any emails yet within minutes replied to media when they become aware of this abhorrent real life story. Virgin bet now refuse to engage because their regulatory obligations that ignored when receiving money “can’t be met” when redressing. VIRGIN BET PUT THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE THE MOST VULNERABLE IN SOCIETY.

AVOID. Slots are meant to be fun, but you have zero chance of winning, Starburst. you get starbursts but never win. Goonies it’s impossible to get the bonus round. Slots are simply a cash cow where the players are not given a fair chance so simply not fun.

Barred myself 3 years ago, opened up another account ten days ago, today told they closing this one down as I self barred which I agree with but told me they are keeping my balance as it would be irresponsible to give it back, once my complaint is dealt with i’m reporting these crooks to police, gaming commision and the ombudsman for theft. Had the worst experience dealing with their live chat robots no personality no human like behaviour just constantly ignoring your questions and very unhelpful. I actually asked for a managers first name 7 times and finally they cut off the chat at the end. Appalling that they would just want to fob off and lengthen and frustrate the process of getting a resolution. Doubt I will use again and still awaiting someone to get back to me via email. Will be advising my friends who use to bet elsewhere.

Yesterday I spent a couple of hundred pounds on casino with six different games my deposits were largely out weighed to any sort of wins the games I played got close to bonus games or scatters and then jumped and missed As the reels spun you could visibly see it jump or glitch when it looked like I was going to have a win I like to gamble but there was no fairness at all

Right we’re do I start well I won over 500 pound on a slot machine on casino .I then went to withdraw by leaving thr game and going I then found out that the balance was zero my winnings were nowhere to be seen I proceeded in contacting help from there help of which I found out I was lying qnd there was no record of me playing the allocated machine . They basically called me a lier . I wouldn’t mind but this was alot of money and they had no interest in investigating in to why it was not showing on My balanceI have since contacted the ombudsmen to try and resolve this . Once vigin read this I would like to be contacted and hopefully get this resolved

Virginbet is good but unlike other companies dont give you nothing like free bets or free spins for leaving a review like other companies do..If you send an email to customer if got some time to leave you review you could reward them with something i think.But its probably a lot to ask when not earning enough

ITS A AVERAGE SITE. It would be better if you did meeting specials on horses and dogs, like distances and favs like all the big bookmakers use. Also guranteed odds on all races greyhounds and horses. All other bookmakers do this

Lots of sports and different markets to enjoy and a very user-friendly site and app. Although I’ve never used them, the site highlights gambling support too which I think is really good for people who might need to use it. Nice selection of slots and withdrawals paid promptly. Great competitions/ Tournaments (when they work). Difficult to use the same platform for too long (Google, Safari, etc), as there is a tendency to suddenly revoke access to any slots, unless you change over from one to the other.

Virgin bet is a very well thought out service that does all it can to protect the customer. Virgin Bet also provides an excellent gaming service. With very generous odds applied above and beyond the standard market betting prices.

Firstly, a disclaimer. I only use the site for football betting and slots so cannot coment on other markets. Overall the app is pretty good. It’s easy to navigate once you get use to it and the markets are varied. Good to see it does a bet builder market. Negatives are the updating of football scores is a bit slow compared to other sites. Cash out could be quicker in response to changing events and a wider range of slot game providers would be welcome as a slot player. I tend to have to go elsewhere to play slots as the choice is not so good compared to other sites. Rating on slots would be good rather than great.

what i didn’t like was the free bet offer for putting on a bet builder. The first time i used the offer I had to contact the customer service team to receive my free bet. The second time i used it i followed the link on the app to what i thought was the bet builder page only to find it was a match special bet i put on and not a bet builder so was told i didn’t qualify. I only put the bet on to get the offer so feel i wasted my money. customer service was too matter of fact for my liking.

Not great. Horse racing betting I do not useas they do not give best price guarantee on all race meetings.Boyle sports is an example for best price guarantee on all races.Football betting matches are really hard to navigate. Matches are spread all over the place.Not a very good sports app.

Unfortunately when i raise issues with player relations most of the time they are reluctant to address the issue and try to resolve it. Also rewards i notice have markedly reduced in the last 3 months. I feel a reward for loyalty is better than a reward for losing. My activity is reduced recently because i feel my issues werent resolved . G Bown

Awful. I accidentally put 10 on a bet instead of 1. As the app stupidly fills in the slip out as 10 before hand. I spoke to an advisor, as it was over 20 mins away from kick off to see if they could void the bet but instantly refused. Will not use again

Top betting site with good offers. I have not had any problems with them so far. Money back if 2nd or 3rd on two horse races every day is a great promotion. They don’t log you out every 4 seconds like other online bookies. Wide range of sports and good odds too. I would recommend 🙂

Been using them for a while now 2 years or so, sites alright that’s about it. The daily free game is a waste of time, wudunt bother wasting the time to load it up. Daily fives really nice promotion. They dont do double odds on Lucky 15s like every other bookie, which is very annoying, and there ante post odds are really uncompetitive (poor). Site easy enough to use though. They can also take anot longer than other bookies to settle bets, especially price boosts. But all in all would not recemmend or un recemmend.

I’ve played at a lot of different casinos and Virgin Bet has the worst RTP I’ve ever experienced. You never win more than 5 times your bet, you never get free spins or bonuses and when you do, the payout is laughable.Virgin Bet will say they use a random number generator blah blah blah but that has nothing to do with the RTP. I asked for my overall RTP and they said they couldn’t give it to me. Funny that.I’m genuinely surprised that this site is still running. They are either paying the auditors to turn a blind eye or they aren’t being audited. Do not play slots here. There are loads of other good casinos sites with great payouts.

I requested payment of my account balance on 19th December 2022 and have still not received my money (today being 13th January 2023). Virgin have requested so many identification details that I’ve run out of things to send them. I’ve even had to send my drivers licence as proof of identity! They are running a very obvious delaying tactic of requesting information over and over again when you want to close your account, in order to hang on to your money for a long as possible. Their support team is abysmal. Do not use this betting site. I would give a rating of less than one star if possible.

Bad site. I deposited tried to place bet of 5 pounds said bet stake exceeded. Went on live chat agents are so useless. Wanted 40 minutes of my time. So deposited another fiver just to withdraw my money back. As they raised my withdrawal form 5 to 10 pounds. They are pure con artists but I also know every trick in there book so unlucky virgin bet. When my horse bet settles in march I will be closing my account if they haven’t already. Which I think they will to make it even more difficult if my horse wins. Pathetic people. I placed 4 tennis bets and they all won and one bet was cancelled and the other 3 are still unsettled a week later, Ive contacted live chat and they say they are waiting for results as it would be unfair to cancel my bets in case I win however they cancelled one of the bets so they must have had results to cancel one of my bets? Ive contacted every day and they keep ending the chat on me and lying and saying 24 hours and then nothing happens, if it was a few pounds I wouldnt mind but we are talking thousands do not gamble with virgin bet because if things go wrong they are no help whatsoever and to the virgin bet robot reading this do not reply saying contact live chat they are absolutely useless
