In the past I have used different betting sites but none come even close to Virgin bet on many levels. The free games are the best by far, and so many to use that are genuine. The customer service again is superior to any that I have used before, if you want to speak to someone on the phone you can do so easily, many betting sites do not offer this. When I email I always receive a fast response even on busy days.The staff that I speak to during telephone conversations again are the best, they are always friendly and helpful and speak clearly, something other sites can learn from as callers are directed to Asia and I found a communication barrier often. The site layout is superb, easy to navigate and has a good range of betting available.

Whatever you do make sure you don’t win anything. They will ban you. I have been barred from all promotions (even casino that I haven’t taken part in).Stake restricted to zero overnight. Virginbet are notorious for not liking any winners, so tread carefully, or preferably avoid this site.

I’ve always liked using virgin bet’s site. It stands out from others I’ve used. They don’t take ages to pay out like some bookmakers. Good range of bets, prices and offers. Where they do fall down is cash outs. They are there , but not necessarily available. I had a baseball acca recently which offered me a cash out over £460. For a stake under £10. Pressed on this several times and froze saying cash out unavailable. Just wasn’t going to let me have it. Virgin not willing to look at it. Just the usual markets change etc etc. Bet obviously didn’t pan out my way. But that offer was there at one point and I pressed to agree on that amount. The money should be mine. Pondering now whether to deposit more money for similar bets in future.

Please read the negative reviews for this site and DO NOT play I know the slot games are supposedly random but this has been the worst I have ever experienced I deposited quite a few times and honestly won a couple of pounds by this point on all other sites I have played I would win enough to withdraw and get something back.I am so annoyed I didn’t take on board the negative reviews. The company makes it look like the customers who leave negative reviews are just annoyed because they lost but I can assure anyone this is not a good site to play on if you want to win a decent amount. Today after 6months still not pay my money which I won ticket and I wrote to customer support email with saying that they are scammers and don’t want to pay my money from my account and don’t want to have never ever something with the name call virgin and also I told to the email I will write a good review about my experience with them ( VIRGIN BET) and I received an email saying we locked your account from the previous email which I wrote that.But I did not wrote nothing bad only that I will write good reviews.Do not open virgin bet people nothing called virgin go far and don’t ever have something with scammers shameless.

Cannot trust them. Betting with them for a while. Bet £10 on horserace offer that gave £10 free bet if you lost.Lost, but no free bet given. Contacted support who check with promotions, they stated, decided not to give me any free bet offers. no reason. Did not break any of their rules. They did not notify me they were withdrawing offers before I made the bet. Stated they do no have to, can cancel offers any time they wish without notification.

No phone support, takes an age to solve anything via text, that’s if it does actually get resolved, small max payout so don’t support bets, Casino stakes v returns are shocking. Good for them but not you. There are some good bonuses if that’s what you are after. Avoid

The site is ok for bonuses especially at the begin.The monthly review is a good thing but this month they should have called on 6th of july but not had a call so maybe this has now finished.The prices on sports betting are not as good as bet 365.The cash out is terrible as there is so much time you dont even get an offer ,and when you do it is poor compared to bet365.If your not bothered about best prices and cash out the site is ok but for me bet 365 is far better.

Deposited quite a bit and no wins yet, I don’t think that’s going to change either..I have noticed you can be winning small wins on 20p but the second you change your bet higher the whole game changes and it WONT give you 1 single win yet as soon as you lower it back down to 20p it immediately starts to give you the 4p, 8p wins again..very strange????I have tried a few different slot games now and let me tell you its like banging your head up a brick wall..

It’s not a very good website. They email you promotions but the links don’t even go to the events they talk about. The chat is also unhelpful. There should be a way to skip the automated bot, but tbh, even after getting through to a person, he was fairly rude and not useful.

It was my favourite site to gamble. I used Virgin Bet almost daily. I don’t bet high stakes but love the odd horse race or acca bet for some fun occassionally. I pretty much only used Virgin Bet but last month they sent me an abrupt and rude email to say that I will not be able to take part in any of their promotions anymore, with no reason given.I have no idea why they’d do this to me and since then I have rarely used them and will continue to use other bookmakers when possible.

Was ok until I started winning a few bets.A horse I backed came in second place at 16/1 and I had ten quid each way. Bet was settled as won, day after the bet has been changed to lost and money disappeared. I asked why and they said its in the terms and conditions you agree too when you sign up..error on race or odds offered or venue bla bla bla .I asked her to please explain the error they are saying occurred and the Customer service was very unhelpful and rude at that and just told me to basically go away.Didnt mind taking thousands off me In lost bets over the years but as soon as I start to win a bit to much for the liking they start messing about like this.Disgraceful behaviour and I closed my account before they can cheat me out of any more winnings and will now go to William Hill and hopefully get a better service. I’ve already reached out to customer support and they REFUSED to tell me why my account is restricted to ZERO. Had the account for nearly two years, it was my go to bookie for a while. I started winning some decent bets on the horse racing. Which must have put my account in profit. I then went on and couldn’t place any bets (couldn’t even place 10p on the champions league final lol.) I jumped on live chat to find out what was going on and I was told the traders were not accepting any further bets from me. So virgin response was to effectively ban me from the platform the moment I won money.There it is ladies and gentleman. Virgin bet have certain betting rules specifically to football which no other site has which directly make every bet you place in there favor regarding corners.If you place a bet on Birmingham vs aston villa for example and you bet that villa has more cards than birmingham and the game ends with 3 birmingham cards and 4 aston villa cards…….If one of those aston villa cards were to a coach or player on the bench your bet is loser even tho they got more and every other site ive used anyway would acknowledge that card. BUT if you have a bet for under 4 cards for villa and they get 3 cards to players and 1 card to a player on the bench……….the bet is still a loser. I’m writing this review directly after having this issue – two bets, one for over 4 cards and one for under 4 cards ……both lost because they dont acknowledge the card on one bet and do on the other. Shocking – please do yourself and favor and go elsewhere for your football bets. Did speak to two people on live chat and both gave me completely different reasoning,

So recently they set a limit on my account (a limit I’m unaware of because there’s not communication) as I lost 1400. Although since I lost loads I got 50 a goal on fives 3 weeks in a row (gave me terrible players for two weeks like literally all defenders) and I won 150 one week, I started winning the free daily game and now I get 20/10 on fives and I’ve had a few lucky goals from defenders and midfielders. Just won 160 on the monthly game and it allowed me to gamble that without issue even though recently I can’t gamble anything.. they’re not being clear with me and they reward you when you lose money basically. I’d rather these things just be random instead of clearly being fixed. I would avoid this and go somewhere else.

I have been using Virgin bet weekly, for small bets, for a few months. Mainly lost but then won, yeh! Suddenly out of the blue I can’t use promotions I.e the account is restricted. When I asked why they said it was a business decision and there would be no further explanation. These days I don’t think that is acceptable decisions should be transparent.
