After more than 2 years with Virgin Bet I suddenly found that I could not deposit any money as my account had some restrictions put on it.I thought this was rather odd, never had an issue in the 2 years so I tried again, same thing.Then I called them up and the rep told me that yes there is a restriction but he doesnt know why! This guy told me that oh they will contact within 5 to 7 days?.I asked him to be serious and tell me whats really going on, and guess what he was being serious!After I explained that it was not good enough we arranged for a call back today.While all of this is happening by account is still blocked!So today I get that call from Calum and thats when it went wonky.He told me that oh yes we put a restriction on your account because they need to check my source of funds again as its been a few years.At this point I thought to myself is this guy for real?I explained to this guy, that you guys call me every month for a monthly review (which is good) and that was only a week ago so why didnt you ask me then, he had no answer for that easy question.So then he told me how this will work, I send him the pay slips and they will review them within 5 to 7 days.At this point I thought hes having a laugh and this would be sorted this morning.NO he wasnt.I explained to Calum that most normal companies if they needed something they would ask and give you a time scale.Not Virgin Bet, they would happily steal money from you for months upon months, call you monthly for a catch up review which again is a load of pony as someone else can just come along and do what they want.Now to add to all of this I explained to this STUPID COMPANY that we all look forward to the premiere league (well at least the football pundits) so this weekend is the final week of the season and they decide to block my account and think its funny so I cant even bet on the final day.All of this because I did nothing wrong, was a normal customer doing normal things.Watch out Richard Branson, yet another company using your brand name to scam customers, unless you think that good customer service is just blocking someones account for no reason and expecting them to call in.

Here I am again onto my 3rd year I think, and still I say this is the top online casino, still a few game tech issues, But had some amazing wins, withdrawal is easy, customer service are great. I’ve written alot of reviews and I qlwats like to keep it honest and to the point, virgin bet is a okish sie not the best or definitely not the worst, pros, great games easy access and easy to use and get to the games you want to get too. Customer service., withdrawal is easy, cons payment takes 48 hours to get into account which in this day and age is too long, and biggest con and I’ve read it in alot of reviews your halfway through a game and error code comes up and it stops your game that’s a big no no. In the casino world it happened to me around 6 times over a 3 hour game play so I left in the end, over alla 3 star is fair. It could be a easy 4 star if the error code was sorted out and payments was made within 24 hours.

Once verified the withdrawal process is quick it says 2-3 days but usually within 5 minutes. I understand people have issues with withdrawal to different payment methods (I also have), but using your bank is easy. I win often (not on slots) and except for the cashout system which is flawed this is my favourite site. Others have ceased my account until I verify income which is something I draw the line at. For the first month or so I thought this site was pretty good, some markets provided better odds than other bookies, good range of bets available, no issues.Then, max bet of 50 on an odds on shot, true colours to the fore. Thought I would look to see if Chaldean was refunded, as per all other sites I use, and NO was the answer. Enough for me, closed account. My experience was OK, but this site is nowhere near 365, Sky, and a couple of others.

Just played through 20 on amazing link bounty. 80p stake. Won once with wilds on the board and won 76p. The RTP% obviously isn’t what they claim it is. Placed a bet, bet paid off. Suddenly my verification documents havent passed security and my account was closed with no actual explanation for what was wrong or attempt to reach out and resolve the issue. Money lost, doubt Ill see it again. Wouldnt recommend using this site.

Left a review with some constructive criticism for the customer support and they banned my account and ignoring all messages, I only wanted to know if it was legal to keep losing so much as i was continually losing over and over with never even 50x with months and and several hundred deposited.and instead of a response I got banned and didn’t eventell me I had to find out for myself.

I opened an account with these jokers at the start of the Cheltenham Festival.I placed two win singles for 10,both lost and I thought no more about it.Today I received an email stating that my account had been reviewed and that any concessions,( best odds etc.), would no longer apply to the account and stakes may be limited!REALLY!!! Just went into my account on Vbet, it said I had a free 1 bet on a bet builder (what’s that??). I picked a premier league but couldn’t work out how to put the free 1 bet on it, So i thought ‘bet builder’ might mean more than one bet so picked 3 matches, again how do I use my free 1 bet? Went to chat, starts off with ‘chatbot’, cut a long story short didn’t get the answer I want, it says how to gain the free bet but not how to use it!! Had to fill a load of security questions before being put through to a live talking human being then he asked me the security questions again!!! I’ve had enough by now and gave up. I know this will sound crazy but I SWEAR they changed my selection on a double so I lost. Can’t prove it of course. I will be taking screenshots of betslips from now on, but not with virgin. I’m done with them. Having read the other reviews on here I DO believe them capable of this. Take everyone’s advice and avoid them like the plague.
