i cannot leave no stars which is as bad as the site,my wife twice had winners this week and won zero despite the money taken,worst betting site in the uk,dont take my word for it listen to almost half of the people who left 1 star,or take a chance that we are all wrong.you cant even set the correct date of awful experience,it was 15/03/2023 not 15/04/22

Agree with previous reviews. Used to be ok , used to do a monthly bonus . That has now stopped without warning. No deposit offers , zero loyalty for their customers whatsoever! I played a game on their site last night , over 600 consecutive dead spins with zero wins . Played the exact same game on three other sites and won over 600 within half an hour. Just emailed them asking for a goodwill bonus or spins so they dont lose yet another player . Lets see if they care for loyalty at all ! Bex

Wow that was the worst experience on the slots I have ever experienced in my life….Just opened an account thought I would try something new..The slots were just dead spinning after dead spinning ..200 quid in not a single win..Not a tease.No feature ..I played 6 different games and all dead…I will not be depositing again here that’s for certain..My honest opinion is stay away and try the bigger casinos because you will not do well here ..The RTP is obviously so bad…

Just tried to set up an account and it said I already have one – never remember ever setting one up, but I might have – contacted them via chat – Marcus C was very unhelpful – wouldn’t even verify if they had my email address on their system!! – Said I should contact Action Fraud! – I might have set up an account in the past and can’t remember – you can at least answer the question! – Plenty of other sites that can have my business instead

A single win on a horse bet and a free bet award for a loss on another race led me to become restricted or unable to place further bets. How do you get away with doing this? It only goes to show that you cannot see someone win and will do anything to prevent someone from winning with you.

So they let me join and place a bet, which lost. Then when I tried to log back in I couldn’t so I spoke to someone on their live chat. They said I need to send them a photo of myself holding photo id, then the photo id on a blank piece of paper and then a picture of my bank card with the sixteen digit number blanked out (the sixteen digits they already have by the way) If that all checks out they will consider opening my account again. All this considering I have a Virgin media broadband account paid from the same bank card so checking would be easy. The app itself is ok but I don’t think this a the way to treat their customers and I’m sure there must be some GDPR issues.

The review was mostly positive and highly marked, 4 star review. I just questioned the reality of today’s betting- And treatment of customers. Punters will seek the best option to them, companies attract punters by providing best deal – companies like Virgin will then punish punters by reducing betting settings and excluding customers and not even contacting the person to explain!!!!!! New legislation is following to deal with this. Avoid this company- Read the reviews- Not honouring bets or payouts. Promote and frequent the better sites- Virgin is not one of them- poor odds- Poor treatment of customers- Don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!!! Slightly shocked giving the Virgin band!!!!!!! Joined on the recommendation of a mate. Not to bad, like the racing features and footy. Live blackjack table, the stream lags sometimes. Anything to complain about would be slow withdrawals, sometimes it can be 3 hours, sometime it can be 24 hours. Modern day sites have it in your account right away, think its one thing that lets this site down. Other than that, cant fault it.

I’ll be honest, it was a great betting platform, until you randomly get banned from promotions for no reason at all. I would say avoid this bookmaker there are plenty other who wouldn’t randomly ban you. e.g sky bet and paddypower.

Withdrawals used to be so quick as in 15 minutes. Now it takes up to 17 hours. Not for huge sums neither quite paltry amounts. This is a game changer for me, I won’t deposit on here again until they start being quick with withdrawls again as I can play on other sites that are instant. Why would you change something that was great.

This company have absolutely no ethical or moral compass. Even when provided with clear evidence of severe illness and vulnerability they turn a blind eye and victim blame. Virgin bet profited in the region of 6k from pyschosis, Incapacity and vulnerability. All medical evidence provided to virgin and their CEO outlining the severe Vulnerability of the customer. Instead virgin turned a blind eye, thinking that 2k trigger points were acceptable and not dangerous, this is during and after cvid and a cost of living crisis. They exposed, ignored and self-mitigated. Refused to respond to any emails yet within minutes replied to media when they become aware of this abhorrent real life story. Virgin bet now refuse to engage because their regulatory obligations that ignored when receiving money “can’t be met” when redressing. VIRGIN BET PUT THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE THE MOST VULNERABLE IN SOCIETY.

Had the worst experience dealing with their live chat robots no personality no human like behaviour just constantly ignoring your questions and very unhelpful. I actually asked for a managers first name 7 times and finally they cut off the chat at the end. Appalling that they would just want to fob off and lengthen and frustrate the process of getting a resolution. Doubt I will use again and still awaiting someone to get back to me via email. Will be advising my friends who use to bet elsewhere.

Right we’re do I start well I won over 500 pound on a slot machine on casino .I then went to withdraw by leaving thr game and going I then found out that the balance was zero my winnings were nowhere to be seen I proceeded in contacting help from there help of which I found out I was lying qnd there was no record of me playing the allocated machine . They basically called me a lier . I wouldn’t mind but this was alot of money and they had no interest in investigating in to why it was not showing on My balanceI have since contacted the ombudsmen to try and resolve this . Virginbet is good but unlike other companies dont give you nothing like free bets or free spins for leaving a review like other companies do..If you send an email to customer if got some time to leave you review you could reward them with something i think.But its probably a lot to ask when not earning enough

Nice selection of slots and withdrawals paid promptly. Great competitions/ Tournaments (when they work). Difficult to use the same platform for too long (Google, Safari, etc), as there is a tendency to suddenly revoke access to any slots, unless you change over from one to the other.

Firstly, a disclaimer. I only use the site for football betting and slots so cannot coment on other markets. Overall the app is pretty good. It’s easy to navigate once you get use to it and the markets are varied. Good to see it does a bet builder market. Negatives are the updating of football scores is a bit slow compared to other sites. Cash out could be quicker in response to changing events and a wider range of slot game providers would be welcome as a slot player. I tend to have to go elsewhere to play slots as the choice is not so good compared to other sites. Rating on slots would be good rather than great.

what i didn’t like was the free bet offer for putting on a bet builder. The first time i used the offer I had to contact the customer service team to receive my free bet. The second time i used it i followed the link on the app to what i thought was the bet builder page only to find it was a match special bet i put on and not a bet builder so was told i didn’t qualify. I only put the bet on to get the offer so feel i wasted my money. customer service was too matter of fact for my liking.

Not great. Horse racing betting I do not useas they do not give best price guarantee on all race meetings.Boyle sports is an example for best price guarantee on all races.Football betting matches are really hard to navigate. Matches are spread all over the place.Not a very good sports app.

Unfortunately when i raise issues with player relations most of the time they are reluctant to address the issue and try to resolve it. Also rewards i notice have markedly reduced in the last 3 months. I feel a reward for loyalty is better than a reward for losing. My activity is reduced recently because i feel my issues werent resolved . G Bown

Awful. I accidentally put 10 on a bet instead of 1. As the app stupidly fills in the slip out as 10 before hand. I spoke to an advisor, as it was over 20 mins away from kick off to see if they could void the bet but instantly refused. Will not use again
