Been using them for a while now 2 years or so, sites alright that’s about it. The daily free game is a waste of time, wudunt bother wasting the time to load it up. Daily fives really nice promotion. They dont do double odds on Lucky 15s like every other bookie, which is very annoying, and there ante post odds are really uncompetitive (poor). Site easy enough to use though. They can also take anot longer than other bookies to settle bets, especially price boosts. But all in all would not recemmend or un recemmend.

I’ve played at a lot of different casinos and Virgin Bet has the worst RTP I’ve ever experienced. You never win more than 5 times your bet, you never get free spins or bonuses and when you do, the payout is laughable.Virgin Bet will say they use a random number generator blah blah blah but that has nothing to do with the RTP. I asked for my overall RTP and they said they couldn’t give it to me. Funny that.I’m genuinely surprised that this site is still running. They are either paying the auditors to turn a blind eye or they aren’t being audited. Do not play slots here. There are loads of other good casinos sites with great payouts.

I requested payment of my account balance on 19th December 2022 and have still not received my money (today being 13th January 2023). Virgin have requested so many identification details that I’ve run out of things to send them. I’ve even had to send my drivers licence as proof of identity! They are running a very obvious delaying tactic of requesting information over and over again when you want to close your account, in order to hang on to your money for a long as possible. Their support team is abysmal. Do not use this betting site. I would give a rating of less than one star if possible.

Bad site. I deposited tried to place bet of 5 pounds said bet stake exceeded. Went on live chat agents are so useless. Wanted 40 minutes of my time. So deposited another fiver just to withdraw my money back. As they raised my withdrawal form 5 to 10 pounds. They are pure con artists but I also know every trick in there book so unlucky virgin bet. When my horse bet settles in march I will be closing my account if they haven’t already. Which I think they will to make it even more difficult if my horse wins. Pathetic people. I placed 4 tennis bets and they all won and one bet was cancelled and the other 3 are still unsettled a week later, Ive contacted live chat and they say they are waiting for results as it would be unfair to cancel my bets in case I win however they cancelled one of the bets so they must have had results to cancel one of my bets? Ive contacted every day and they keep ending the chat on me and lying and saying 24 hours and then nothing happens, if it was a few pounds I wouldnt mind but we are talking thousands do not gamble with virgin bet because if things go wrong they are no help whatsoever and to the virgin bet robot reading this do not reply saying contact live chat they are absolutely useless

I decided to take a break from gambling, which gambling sites say you should do when the fun stops.And, during that break, I got restricted from any future promotions. They say it was “carefully considered”, too, as if it wasn’t automated, but it probably was. Hello everyone, virgin bet (casino). Well what can I say? Alot to be fair, I was playing there online casino game Ted on the 06/12/22 at 1 per spin, when the bonus round came in, this means 6 Ted faces or more across the reels. The response was it’s with the technical department, we will contact you by phone within 48 hours….. 48 hours later Nothing, so I wait another 24 hours Nothing. I’d just like to say I took screenshots of the reels after the 2nd and 3rd time it occurred and sent them as evidence to thier technic department. Still Nothing, no email no phone call nothing. So once again I spent my time ringing them hoping to get the problem solved, given the photographic evidence and times on the screenshots they would recognise a mistake on thier part had occurred. But oh no, man on the phone said technico see no problem. No explanation, no video, no data, no email, no reference, Nothing. So basically tuff what u going to do about it. I want to upload the pictures that have the time and date, anyone can ask me for them to see they haven’t been modified in any way. Joined this company on 02/1/23, I qualified for the welcome offer, the following day i tried to use the 2 free beta and found i was stake restricted according to the error message on the bet slip. I got customer service to help me place the 2 free bets eventually. I then found an email from Virgin Bet sent earlier that day that i had been excluded from their promotions, this was within 24 hours of joining! So much for a welcome!! Avoid!!

A new approach for the New Year withdrawal requests usually deposited back into your bank account within two hours been waiting for nearly 12 hour’s and withdrawal request still pending. The general average punter do’sent want to wait for up to 3 working days for any amounts of winnings no matter how small or big. Alright for a flutter on football. No cash out on horse bets which Is not really food to b honest. Free games are worth a play 5s is decent but the slots are a no-go you could quite easily bang in 150 without getting on the board once I’ve found the cops and robbers one is by far the worst on the system and throughout days where there is no football or racing the slots are even worse is rigged the right word to use.Only gamble what you can afford but there are better sites guys. Overall an average site good for football not so good for much else.

Scammers.Deposited 1500, lost it. Ive played the games on their casino page on probably 8/9 different sites in the past with fairly decent success. However on Virgin Bet the payouts are pretty much nonexistent, Im not quite sure whats going on. Even the Jackpot King games never triggered the random events, bonuses are low paying, its odd, really suspect.Ive stuck with the betting side which is still extremely poor, hardly any markers and slow site. Sometimes can take minutes for your deposit to show. Overall its not good, dont play the casino, many many many other better sites.

Not a bad company they have good offers like bet 2 10 accas get a 10 free bet pay out is quick you read some of the reviews you find them hard to believe but I dont bet on a big scale the only big downside for me is the prices they offer there way off other bookmakers for instance today 100 difference in a 10 5 fold in favour of William hill but this is the only downside to the sports side if your wagering on horses things like that you get the price everyone else gets

Wish I’d read Trustpilot first. Another customer whose account is effectively restricted by the “maxium stake exceeded” message (on a 10p, 8/1 accumulator with less than a tenner staked this week).The non-support bot just disconnects you all the time when it tries to put you though to a mythical agent. The number it gave had 37 minutes hold time then advice that “they’re the wrong” team. The next team said that there’s a problem in “their trading” team who they can’t contact and who customers can’t contact. i.e. I’ll not be able to place any bets on the account and they have no idea why it was effectively suspended and no way of fixing it or escalating it.Absolutely useless.Let’s see if after being told by the non-support team that they can’t support me, does their trustpilot-response-bot tell me to contact support…….

Virgin Bet are an excellent betting company. Never had any real problems. They have always paid out swiftly. Never had any issues with any promotions. They are a bit stingy with the free to play daily game,Search For the Phoenix never won on that, apart from 1 spin sometimes in game at end of month.
