It saddens me to say after four years of loyalty to this site, I will no longer be playing here, almost a grand down since you changed your license, in five months I haven’t won a single solitary bonus, not even on 10p slots. Phoenix Megaways I have played every day for four months (please do check my gaming history) on 20p 40p and 1.00 not one single bonus, your bonuses are now non existent, your spins are all dead. Only newcomers are actually having wins, (algorithm??? really???) no doubt you will copy and paste the usual about it all being legal and above board but if enough report the site to the gambling association ombudsman I am sure they will investigate. There is no loyalty to long standing customers. The app, well what can one say, all games stammer, lock up or spin consistently locked until you come out and go back in. All of my progressive games I have been playing over the years have been reset and the rtp lowered. I had always given 5 stars to virgin bet, all surveys were positive, but after six months with zero wins it’s time to say goodbye. I’ve just received an abrupt email to tell me that I have been arbitrarily banned from their promotions. No explanation and a rudely worded email with no recourse to query the bizarre decision. I’ve not done anything wrong or broken rules, just had my bets at the weekend. What an absolutely horrible way to treat a customer. Richard Branson can shove it right up his a**e. *UPDATE Virgin Bet (below) sent a nice reply offering to help. The rude initial email told me in no uncertain terms that there was absolutely no recourse to review their decision. Too little too late, my account is closed and I won’t be back. Virgin kindly informed me that I would not be eligible for their promotions or other ‘benefits’ and as per usual, no explanation was given. I can only conclude that it was because I did not gamble enough.This is something The Gambling Commission should investigate.

Virgin bet is a good site . But please don’t play on casino as payouts are rigged . It is impossible to win on a casino game and trust me I know . Although I’m probably down overall in terms of net deposit with Virgin Bet I do like there games and there betting layout but one thing stands out from them they have very good customer service and don’t make you jump through loopholes for certain things and are very understanding

My Third time to attempt costumer service.First time there was none and I wrote a review and Virgin Bet reply back to me that the had issues with operations and I can contact them again. Then I have tried again as I couldn’t place my free bet. My support agent was Michelle X and it took her 20 minutes to tell me what is my free bet and when I can place it which I already knew. Really disappointed, since the updates and this was my favourite site back to will hill for now, it’s just been awful..There’s this odd white bar on the bottom of the screen ‘mobile’ when playing certain slots like “fishing frenzy even bigger catch” and it’s now very choppy on this game all the time, it’s not on others like big bass secrets of the golden lake that runs fine so it’s not internet, so this is suspect for me. As i play fishing frenzy a lot.I’ve always been a fishing frenzy slot player there is a better chance “or there was” of hitting the feature “doesn’t have to pay at all” that not the point, but still a better chance than other slots like big bass which has a much higher volatility, the thing about these two in particular they don’t pay heavily on the board, it’s the feature hence big bass has the bet more for a bigger chance at features tab, and fishing frenzy has better chance at feature dropping.. now they play the same almost.. it’s like the return to player profit isn’t singular to each slot, rather there all connected.. it’s just odd.

Was a bit clunky and slow until recent upgrades and there was improvement. However let down by infuriating bot chat support and only slightly better human support. If you had a livescore account in the last few years you will get a nice account disabled sign pop up and then an operator tell you your accounts closed, regardless of the fact of how you closed your livescore. Just poor but a hundred other uk bookies out there and the Virgin name now isn’t on my love list, as you can imagine. Cancelled my broadband with them and the phone has another month to go then that will get the bullet. I placed a bet, as soon as I placed the bet they “disabled” my account. I had no access to check my selections, cash out or anything. How convenient. I spoke on Chat 2x and unhelpful..
