Virgin Bet Review

I have not read any other threads here so believe that I am speaking as an individual.I have been credited with a 2 free bet to be used on a betbuilder which is obviously football. I tried to place the bet on 22nd Oct. No go, so I chatted online, passed security Q`s such as last ammount of deposit etc, to be told issue fixed. That failed again so I tried once more at 2pm on Sunday and that failed. This time I was asked for last withdrawal ammount. By this time I have lost the will to live for a 2 bet. Life is too short for this crap.

Please listen to the advice given by other genuine customers and avoid Virgin like the plague. I am in dispute with them for a small amount but am not prepared to let it go on principle. They place dozens of obstacles in your way when you try to deal with the matter.I am going through Resolver. Virgin claim not to be able to locate my account, although I have submitted my details over and over again, apart from the date of my last deposit, which I don’t have. I have never known anything like this with any other online bookmaker, so please, post your own experiences and/or look for other providers. This lot need to be exposed for what they are…..In response to Virgin’s reply, I should like to point out that I did provide ALL the information that they requested on several occasions in order to pinpoint my account. More nonsense, sadly.

Virgin bet is SERIOUSLY CORRUPT and HIGHLY RIGGED!! Every single game on the site is ABSOLUTELY disgraceful every single day month after month!! There are zero WINLINES at all on any game, there is zero value for money anywhere on the site and zero playability at all!! You have to wager hundreds of pounds just to trigger any feature on any game and they are ALL duds every single time where you will be lucky to win a couple of pound!! Parasites. A discusting betting company. I opened a new account and won my bet I withdrew. Then was given 2 bets which I placed and also won them both 185 in total. They close my account and voided the bets I can’t log in. I hate this company with a passion, Poncy cheap company. At least could of honoured my bets and paid out.

I won money on their fives game today, in order to withdraw I had to update my card details as they were old ones on there, which is fair enough.What is not fair enough is having to deposit in order to add new card details. Nor is it fair that you quickly take my money for the deposit yet ive been waiting for over an hour for my withdrawal “as it can take up to 24 hours”You dont see a deposit taking up to 24 hours do you.

Very poor player protection. 5 months ago a spoke to the player protection team. It was agreed a 300 limit on sports & a 10 limit on the casino was suitable for me. Lost over 400 on casino yesterday.Emailed complaints to ask why my 10 limit didnt work and was told there was nothing in place & they even had the nerve to say that the 10 casino limit wasnt even discussed with the player protection team which is just an absolute lie. So annoyed with myself but wish Virgin bet would admit there should have been a limit in place rather than making me out to be a lier!I remember 100% asking for a limit to be in place.

Criminals! Their player protection team told me I could play and deposit at their site so I did then the next day the banned my account saying a manager had to approve it. Absolute theft. My account should of remained closed until this happened instead of taking a deposit and letting me lose it!!Edit: what is it with these sites that blatantly ignore you before you put a review here then they reply only here. Oh I know, they don’t want other people to see how bad their support actually is!

Don’t use these scumbags, someone added a card to my online account and stole all my money, virgin won’t accept that it’s their security that’s been hacked and refuse to give my money back, this happened over 12 different sites and only virgin refused refund, quick enough to take your money but when they’re at fault no chance getting it back …total crooks disgusting

Worst casino site ever! Beware you have been warned. This site is a total scam. Opened account yesterday Nd made 6 deposits in total playing on the same game Nd not won a damn thing. Please dont open an account or use this company. Ive had an account for past 8 months and after losing over 8000 today they decided that I am not eligible for BOG or any of their promotions. All of this after a member of their team has phoned me up over the past 3 months and dropped cash sums into my account for being a good losing customer. An absolute joke of a company, pleasextake my advice and do not entertain them.

This is 100 percent the worse for casino games. Bonus is basically no existence, be prepare for games to be -60+ before actually get a little win. I’ve been -123 and had no sign of a bonus at all! Virgin bet staff can say that the games are fair but the odds are definitely not. I’ve tried most of the games, even the new one you would think will pay out a bit because its a new and they want you to play. Absolutely shocking
