Virgin bet what have you done, I’ve been with you since the very begining, you updated the site have 50 free spins which gave 9p all my progressive games reset every single one it’s taken years building the progressive games only to have them all reset. 9 out of ten slots error and spin out of control so you have to come out and go back in this resets everything again. Had to provide proof of earnings, as my account was limited, provided, had conversation on phone, then was put through to someone to offer me compensation? Absolute sham of a company. Only make small bets (£1) and used the ‘Fives’ promotion to win free bets. From a free bet I won £32 cash and then had my account withdrawn from all promotions with no correspondence telling me this was happening.I placed a bet from a promotion as advertised on the app and was not given the free bet, when I messaged them to ask why they simply said that my account was withdrawn from promotions and refused to give me back my cash from bet placed.Will be taking it further.Don’t use them, much better options out there.Terrible company

Total sham of a company. Put ‘offers’ on their site like saying you can place ‘any’ bet on a particular market on game, only to not offer the reward promised after doing so, then suddenly changing their tone and saying it had to be put on a special which wasn’t stimulated before. Contacting customer service gets you nowhere. They ask for ‘proof’ of their own information on their site knowing full well you will be disconnected from the chat when trying to get a screenshot of that information. I opened an account on 27th June. Won some money withdrew it then received a email stating it was declined asked my bank they have reassured me like I knew already it wasn’t on their side it was a system error or human error on the companies side contacted chat which took two hours as I got mid conversation and it cut off and finally got told it’s definitely not them it’s my bank be careful.

Opened an account. Deposited with no issue or request for verification. Won, made a withdrawal and was refused as “unsuccesful” on trying to re attempt account was blocked an no access. Was asked to send photo including id showing time & date. Did this and was refused again, now requesting for a picture with a hand written time & date along with holding the ID.

They waited until I deposited money and then they blocked my account. And the worst part is that I haven’t even been informed about this. They didn’t even bother to send an email. Just a message ( an error has occurred) when I was putting my credentials. After 100 failed attempts to log in, I contacted them to find out I need to send them selfie of me with the passport and the date plus photo id and it will take 48 hours for the team to check me…. why didn’t they check before accepting my money? Thought i’d give Virgin Bet a try, deposited £10 found a horse i fancied bet £5 EW, Red warning sign appearedsome notice about i’d gone over some limit. So i changed the bet to £2.50p EW which was accepted (whoopie do!) Then i tried to withdraw my remaining £5 but was informed that you have to have £10 in your account to make a withdraw! I was exasperated by now and cashed out my £5 bet and then withdrew my £10 deposit. Sometimes I had good wins on the slots and sometimes I lost money too but either way I always had fun on virgin bet but like I said, it all suddenly changed a few months back. I don’t deposit nowhere near as much on virgin bet anymore because it’s nearly always dead spins so now I go elsewhere instead. I’ve been with virgin bet from the very begining and in all honesty it had been absolutely fantastic, I’d had some amazing wins, I had times where I had no wins small bonuses but it never lasted long, the site was fair.
