Had a Canadian 5 selections 3 won, it’s saying bet was paid at 5.30pm? Havnt had the money, went on chat to customer services and she was telling me it gets settled in stages ie, double treble etc?? I was trying to lower my deposit limit so I talked to player protection.They closed my account.What bothers me is that they couldn’t add up they were getting mixed up with weekly and monthly.My weekly incoming is £414 and my outgoings are between £60 and £80.But what bothered me the most is that they were concerned that I took time outs.I thought that was responsible gambling.Also they asked me if I had ever regretted gambling so I told them about the time that I backed the wrong horse by mistake.I mean what a stupid question everyone who has ever gambled has regretted at one time or another.Very badly trained staff.Don’t go near Robert

Virgin Bet has problems to handle my withdrawal request and suspended my account for no reason. I used the same card to deposit and withdraw. They treat customers like a thief for their identification process. Rubbish. Try other sites. Reply to Virgin Bet:I don’t care if you are going to handle my case. I really like the site and the customer support. I’m a long time and consistent player, but I’m really disappointed with the games over the last 4 months. I play the same game, and it’s usually a mixed bag of results as you’d expect, but the last 4 months it’s been the same repetitive losing combinations one after the other. I don’t mind losing, it’s part of the game, but the same types of outcomes over and over has really changed my perception of the site. As I said, this is 4 months of play and not a knee-jerk reaction to one bad session. I’ve been left disappointed with the sudden shift of RTP, and I’m considering swapping operators as a result. Overall, good site, good support, but this is an honest review based on a genuine experience.

Horrendous slots! Nearly £2000 put on their slots. Ranging from 20 pence spins to £2.50 spins. This is a total honest review. Must of played more than 50 slots on this joke of a site. I have all the screenshots to prove it and guess what if you say anything to them they decide to freeze your account. Been back playing several of the same slots, day after day so it definitely tells me something is not right with their set up. Maybe some in-house fixing of the outcome. You cannot tell me that to place thousands of spins on some of their slots and they never give anything in return is not a stroke of bad luck but behind the scenes corruption! Anyone reading these reviews let me tell you this. I would have given Virginbet 5 stars too when I was using the site. The promotions were really good, I liked the app. But the reality is that this is not a 5 star site, they are a terrible betting company who only target losers. If you bet on sports and are half decent and breaking even or making any profit they will restrict your account very quickly and you won’t be allowed to take part in promotions. I know myself and of two friends who had the email saying you’re basically banned from using the site. So maybe you think they are 5 star but do you really want to bet with a company that will not allow you to win? Do they deserve to have your money if you lose long term? Virginbet are the worst betting company out there, they monitor every single user and only want to retain the ones who lose.

Bet ID: 638494945206987196I placed a bet with them last night on the Arsenal v Chelsea game that should be paid out, but they are saying that the woodwork wasn’t hit. I saw Jackson hit the post in the 25th minute. I’ve also since looked at several text commentaries that also mention it. There is no obvious way to raise an objection on the app, so I suppose it’s goodbye £140 that should be in my account.

General Site and offers really really good.Delay time after depositing is unjustifiably bad and causes extremely frustrating problems.Deposit prior to race, see the race go off as your money isn’t cleared to balance. Watch the selection win whilst your deposited money sits there once race is off. Especially bad as no in running bets. That isn’t a standard expectation across online bookmakers but near instant clearance of deposited funds is on EVERY single site I’ve ever used going back over 10 years. Like I say unjustifiable 🤷🏽Customer service leaves a lot to be desired also.All that being said the site really is good and the offers, games etc are also really good.I would recommend to others but really need to sort out the deposit delay.Thanks Mr Thomas

Hi Everyone I’ve been at this game for to many years I cancare to remember, I don’t play casino or games just sports betting and will give an honest assessment The bonus free bets are probably better than some , you can get free bets playing a quiz , goals for money ( very poor usually ) and they have bet and get a free bet etc but that’s the only fee bets they give , withdrawal is usually between 15 mins to a few hours 8 hours is usually the latest so is pretty good but most of the top bookmakers withdrawals are usually between 30 mins to 8 hours , this as really improved all round .A massive chance for sports betting customers is cash out but I’m afraid Virgin bet is one of the worst for this , cash out gives you a change during the match/game to cash out your bet it may be a profit or loss , My last 10 bets on football , rugby and cricket i only had this option twice , Cash out can be suspended etc due to the goals scored or other things happening in the match . In my particular examples I never had the option at any time to cash out it was never available and these were high profile games so it was 20% were cash out was offered, well below bet365 , sports888 and William hill just to name 3 competitors So if you are a serious sports betting punter I would go elsewhere , I’m sure the Virgin bet team will reply this is a added option and not always available and can be suspended at any times due to things changing all the time in matches I agree but my examples it was never offered as a cash out to start with . In essence you just have to take the chance that they are doing cash out , in my case it was only available only 2 times out of the 10 games I recently recorded So in conclusion there are better on line bookmakers out there if you look round and check Have a good evening everyone Stewie

Won’t win once you withdrawI play reel lucky megaways on this site, a game i play on multiple sites so i know when it’s playing abnormally. They say they have no input on the desired outcome of a spin, however i know this to be a lie. If you win on this site once and withdraw you will not win again. I had a little win on the grand national this year and decided to withdraw the winnings (Big mistake) since then i have probably wagered £120-£150 and the feature hasn’t even rolled in once LOL. First time attempting a withdrawal requires id. Fair enough there are regulations but happy to let you deposit and play. Oh and account totally frozen out until you do. Problem is they require you to send sensitive id (passport / driving license) over email. No other option. Very unsecure method for such id to be sent. Agents totally unwilling to engage on the issue and give robot responses. Still waiting for a solution. Their own terms state data over internet is not secure and it’s at your risk! Joke. Will be filing a complaint with their regulator and the ico.

Very professional company who seem to go out their way to help customers with certain questions ect. Would love you as a company to look into following other big firms who pay out 2 clear goals on football and possible give customers the extra time chance when the rugby union and league ends in a draw after 80min. One more thing is the in play markets on horse racing seems to be the in thing as well know these days. I love the speed and clarity of presentation of Virgin Bet. No clutter like some of the rivals. It seems light years ahead of the likes of Ladbrokes and Coral. Withdrawals are fast too. Overall a very professional, user-friendly set-up. Highly recommend. Edit: I forgot to mention the generous free bets offered by Virgin Bet. I have taken up this offer several times (ie bet £10 and get a £5 free bet) and I think this is absolutely fantastic. You can win, but once you withdraw you won’t win for a long time.They have the generic response of ‘every spin is random, they have no control over the outcome etc’ I believe this to be false, and here’s why: if you win money in this site, which i know you can, You then won’t win until you’ve re deposited at least nearly double your withdrawal amount. How would this always be the case if they have no input on the outcome?

You have access to a lot of stats while you’re betting which helps to make informed decisions. The software is slick and responsive with very few clog ups. Promotions are also good and on par with the competition. Overall a very good platform to have your drible at gambling. I’m missing the poker on this site but I hope it might come back at one point but it’s thumbs up for me 👍

Utter cowboysGot my attention to use their site with a “free bet if your horse loses” promo. I did the offer, placed the bet (which lost) yet no free bet came in. When I contacted them, they tried to say for weeks that I wasn’t eligible for the promo. My argument is that they offered it to me (why if I’m not eligible), they let me place it (without telling me I was ineligible) then refused to give the free bet. I have not let this go and ultimately got my way but it took forever and lots of robotic unhelpful responses. My advice to anybody considering using these people – Run a Mile !!!***typical robotic response. Maybe stop advertising promotions if they are not available?

May I suggest when placing a bet that if your horse is a non runner your bet goes on the favourite if you so wish. This would be beneficial to you and to the punter.This can be done in the betting shops on the betting slips in the special instructions box.When you’re doing multiple bets I think it is important. Worth a thought.
