please stay well away from this site for your own good , You will never win anything on the slots , You can deposit 100 pound, It will take you all the way down with bare minimum wins , if any at all , As soon as you get to a low amount of money ( They clearly no you on ) They start giving you loads of little wins to try convince you that you have a chance, But you don’t, money grabbing site definitely the worst i’ve ever played , If you like losing, Go for it , But you might as well set a standing order up with them , Because thats what it feels like playing this site

By reading reviews I can see I’m not the only one like a week ago everyone was wining and suddenly no one is hmm interesting. And they explanation about random numbers I understand that but they can set wining ratio called house edge so yeah not that random

Opened an account, placed 3 bets. 1 of which was a promo, (free bet) Got lucky and won big on the free bet. 2 days later got an email saying my account was restricted (with no explanation) So only join up if you lose, if you dare to win they wont like it and take quick action

I was so happy with virgin bet to start with then was trying there promotion for free acca bet so placed 3 5 pound accas you need 4 for free bet so was going to pick one next day for free bet but had a win on one of the accas now won’t even let me have another bet with them I would avoid this betting site I am gonna try a more reputable bookmaker now very disappointed

I opted in for an offer with virgin bet where you bet £10 and get a free £5 bet, I fully qualified for this but they never gave it me, I’ve sent 3 emails to them over the last 8 days with absolutely no reply. stay away from these, customer service is ultra poor.

Virgin bet is the most predicted casino on line. You have no chance of getting a win . I advised anyone not to touch it… Absolutely ridiculous…. Been watching it and keep my records off my games for over 3 years now. How they get way by not giving any winnings it’s is disgusting.

Takes too long between deposits and credit hitting your account. Should be able to deposited and place a bet at the same time in one action. The odds aren’t as good as other bookies which really shows when placing an accumulator. Inplay options need improvement and more markets to really be as competitive as Bet365 or skybet. Options on build a are too limited. The good is the free bets are good when placing 2 accumulators and the fives each week are good.

Received an email today to say I will . I do not bet much money, but do like to have a bet, specially at weekends or on special events and often look for offers, deals and odds.Having grown up with a family of gamblers, some who couldn’t control their gambling and a I tight fisted dad, who would make a regular yearly profit from gambling. Who taught me to work out a bet from a young age. I modelled myself of my dad, so make regular monthly profit from gambling and have some fun too. As mentioned I do not bet a lot, so a good bookmaker should always be able to cover the bet. Now the free games I do occasionally, but they are not great games. You only really win about 50p in a blue moon, (but they are free, 50p could make a different to some people.) I do not understand why they would block anyone on them. Unless the bookmaker is finding they are making a big loss. I have given 3 stars because prior to receiving the email, I would have given them 5 stars for the weekend offers.

Virgin bet last night robbed me blind! I had a £10 8 fold that should have returned £1850 6 of the teams won leaving the last 2 games to go! Both teams were winning in the 1st half hour, giving a cash out of £340 in the 38th minute the cash out disappeared! For the full half time & 2nd half no cash out! 84 mins and one of my games went from 2 nil up to 2-2 then in injury time they went 3-2 down and the cash out came back at £0.90! Absolutely shocking tbh! I’m not a sore loser but when you are blatantly cheated it’s hard not to feel pissed! Anyways closed my account and never again will I ever use virgin bet! It’s not the 1st time it’s happened but this was the most blatant!

Games don’t always work and just kick you back to the home screen and it’s payout has gone down hill. I’ve pumped a lot of money into this site to be respected with the odd bonus here and there but it never happens. Most recent gaming was 30 pound in, 60p spins. My gaming lasted all of 1 minute and 58 seconds opposed to putting 30 pound in sky earlier and having a gaming session of 38 minutes. I’m assuming virgin games are apart of this site too and I don’t use them anymore. I’ll use virgin bet for fives now and nothing more. Congratulations on losing a good customer due to pure greed. Had happily used Virgin bet for ages, then out of the blue they restricted my account’s access to promotions/free bets etc without explanation or warning. Despite submitting a complaint and requesting further details I was met with unhelpful responses and no actual reason for the restriction. Safe to say, account closed, app deleted. Absolute joke and crap customer service.

Sent an email, without any explanation saying that my account was being susspended. And that i will no longer be able to take part in any of their promtions or free games. I can only assume this is because i only gamble small ammounts with the company, and not every day. I can understand somewhat with the free games, as why they would want to give back occasional monies to someone who rarely gambles. Firstly on the subject of the free daily game, i have played this probably for 2 years and have won 3 spins, i think twice, the monthly golden egg game is obviousley based on how much you gamble during the month, because if youve been gamble free, incredibly your 30 golden eggs, produce no free spins. Collegues of mine, who are heavier gamblers, are awarded more. As for the weekly five game, if youve conveniantly not gambled with the company, your reward is 5 defenders at 10p a goal. Whoopie, whats the point. To also then tell me they will regulate, how much i can bet, and i will no longer be subject to best of price, something that is advertised on the website, Surely this is discrimination !?. Very shady company I strongly warn against using them. To withdraw my balance even though I have been with them for years with the same bank account they wanted a copy of my bank account, birth certificate and strangely a PayPal deposit from my bank account. Funny enough they never needed any verification to take my money.
