Virgin are taking a proper liberty, the email that I can not have any promotions or use free games for no reason, I called my friend who works at virgin bet and he stated it’s all about how much and frequently you deposit, unadulterated discrimination.

Been making small bets on and off for over a year now, also playing with the daily promotions (never won before). This week I have come closer then ever to winning their free daily promotion which I’ve done every day for over a year, (up to £750) all of a sudden my account gets locked out of the daily challenge. Seems like it was fixed and that I was going to win. Ridiculous and unfair for those who bet small and play with their “daily promotions”.

Have been an occasional user, no big bets or big wins, now I’m restricted for no reason. I would have gave zero stars if I could.I sent an email about a bet and the fact that £10.00 automatically goes in the betting stake box.I think this should be blank to avoid any mishaps.I was simply told to go to settings and change it,which I did not know originally.If I had I would not have wasted a tenner.I now only have a small amount in my account so I can’t do this in future.

Just joined these con artists and deposited 10 quid .. wouldn’t let me in any game and logged my out .. Since then I can’t login .. Keeps saying error occurred.. Still bloody stolen my money though and did not refund it.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

So virgin bet used to be my favourite place to place slots. Everything about the site was fantastic. Win/loss was pretty even. The daily free game was great, had quite a few good wins in the daily free game. Fives was great as I had a few good wins on that too but since leaving a good review a few months back everything changed. Literally within a few days of posting it the daily free game changed, fives changed and now I never seem to win anything on the slots either. For me the site has become extremely poor but only since leaving a good review. I will continue to use the site for another 2 months and will update this review after the 2 months have passed. If the site continues to be poor I will delete my virgin bet account.

Virgin bet are an outstanding company however I hope there customer service manager is looking at the last two days as when trying to place two winners yesterday the price updates were not updating 5 times was told technical trying to fix hopefully soon. But to be fair to Virgin be they are an outstanding company with excellent customer service

On 25.02.24 I deposited a £1000, and placed a couple of in-play bets on basketball. After the game I got locked out of my account with no explanation whatsoever. When I emailed Virginbet support.their response was, “Call us on 08081699552 and speak to Player Protection Team if you want to unlock your account, citing UKGC. (yet another ineffectual body, that seems to thrive on creating obstacles for players while giving bookies free rein to exploit the system)Since when did speaking English become a prerequisite for placing bets? And why can’t they bother with these checks before happily accepting my money? Stay away from this bookie

Having been a customer of Virgin for over 10 years, they effectively closed my account by restricting bets to miniscule amounts and taking away all promotions. There was no explanation why and I was only told 2 days later by email.I have no idea why apart from the fact I was £345 up in the last three months and was taking advantage of their published free bets. As usual, if you are successful they shut you down but are quite happy if you carry on losing.

Held an account with these jokers for a couple of years. Win/loss was fairly even and a consistent stream of bets placed. As with all these crooks account suspended and closed with no explanation what so ever. Just the standard “we reserve the right to close” email. They asked for payslips etc all supplied and well with in my affordability. Honestly no issue with accounts being closed for misuse but no explanation to a loyal customer but hey ho as long as they are making money.Avoid!!!!!

Nice user interface and site is easy to navigate.Like the free bets given on acca’s and the 5 free spins on the football.Only just joined 2 weeks ago but so far so good so can’t understand some of the negative views! as I’ve had no problems with withdrawing or any other matters.Are they from competitors that are scared of the competition from a decent bookmaker.

I liked the fairly quick withdrawals and speedy settling of betsDid not like – once bet is placed you cannot change your mind and cash out (even if the event is hours away)Sometimes penalties in football matches are available to bet on them they disappear?

Had Virgin account for about 4 years have to say very enjoyable and recommended to many people. Unfortunately due to new government rules I was asked to provide a proof of income that being my tax return.Never provide bank statements or tax returns to any bookie. You should be able to decide how much you want to spend and you never want to be part of any intrusive checks.

As a new customer to virgin bet, i have now left and closed the account. I put a bet on a race which I was watching live. I then returned to another page and then went back to watch the race, until I was then faced with a black screen and been told ive exteeded my attempts at watching it? So i never got to see the bet i placed money on. Virgin bet wouldnt even compensate me the small 5 pounds i put on it for the site error and stress caused. gambling not worth the hassle.

Rubbish „bookmaker” who just restricts account which are profitable. Forget that you’ll earn any money here. Just greedy company who will take your money. I recently joined Virgin bet and I started with a few bets. They took the bets and then when I tried to withdraw my winnings they put me through a verification process. They then decided that I could not continue the account due to self exclusion which is fair enough! However they have refused to refund deposited money and most importantly my balance of £1900 which they have decided to keep! I understand that being self included they have to suspend my account until the period is over but they cannot make money off me and keep my winnings!!!
