Another one of the Poundshop Bookies who restrict profitable accounts. Used to be confined to professional gamblers and high rollers but they now ban anyone who wins money.Football odds are 2nd rate. Stick to the more established bookies like Bet365 and you won’t be holding your breath for a payout when you get a bet up.Edit. They might be “highly competitive” but they’re still amongst the worst odds on every market.The email you sent me :”Our customer service team won’t be able to give any further insight into why this decision has been taken.” So probably no point following your advice and contacting them lol.Only reason I’m here is to warn other people to avoid your company.

Today I got the letter that I will be stripped from any promotions. Have joined recently.It looks like this company doesn’t like when you get free bets. They advertise free bet if your bet looses but they don’t like when you accept that and use them. So, I suppose I was punished for using my free bet. Which was granted by Virgin bet.No matter how much you bet, whether they are small amounts or big, they decide to restrict you in the end.I also couldn’t bet when I wasn’t restricted, especially on the horse market. The betslip would give a mistake “the bet stake is too high”. So, they don’t want you to win over certain amount.To note, I only won 2 bets, all the rest lost. But I suppose, it’s enough to win even a little to be restricted by Virginbet.Also sent the message to customer service.

App is down frequently(I cannot log in) and this is happening every month. When I transfer money from my account to your app…there is an enjoying delay…money are transferred slow to your app and if I want to bet fast on one game I cannot because I need to wait for the money to appear on your app. This is annoying !!!!!!!!! This issue is not because of my bank…it is because of your app. I don’t have this problem on Bet365(their money transfer is instantly). If the problems persist…in the future I will prefer bet 365 .Thank you.

Hi,I would say the website is better than most of your competitors website. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. All round good service, the only slightly negative comment would be the bonuses, free cash/bonuses provided in comparison to other betting companies.

Very good range of sports markets and casino games. App is easy to navigate and payouts are fast.Minor gripe is balance takes about 20 seconds to update after you make a deposit or place a bet and it slows bet placement down. Just something to note.Pretty decent otherwise

Best betting app out there for me. I’m not a huge spender but they do give two free games and that keeps my interest along with the occasional dabble. I’ve tried others and for me Virgin Bet is the best out there. There are better odds given with other companies I accept but the overall customer experience for me is worth my loyalty.

I would have given Virgin Bet 5 stars but I had an email from them to say that my account had been restricted and wasn’t given a reason, seems very unfair why this was the case, so because of this this I’m giving a 1 star review after my recent experience

Terrible site, I’ve deposited hundreds this month. Played the monthly free game which gave me 16 free spins and paid a total of 70p.. 70p!? Disgrace, talk about rewarding customers.. So far the worst online betting site I have yet come across regarding their promotions. I was given 31 picks out of 49 pick on their free game. And received just 1 free 10p spin. Of course I won nothing. It’s actually DISGUSTING.I’ve just been reading some reviews about there is always glitches and accounts being closed because they do NOT like it when you win. An ok site . Before my account was shut down because I wrote a bad review of livescorebet I was enjoying the site after a long losing run I finally had a good one , withdrawal were quick and staff were helpful and usually had things going on for casino and sport players , they didn’t have much for loyalty probably because I was only a small depositor. But overall I’d say its not a bad site . I no longer own a phone so can’t try and sort my account out to get it re opened. So now play else where

Was refused an account due to verification process failing. Funnily enough and despite being blocked from playing due to me leaving a disapointed review on here I played the free game and won £10..Woohoo!! Or so I thought..I played £5 in one game which after putting over £3 in on smallest bets my game abruptly stopped as I was given yet another error code?!?!?! I chose another game and it’s a game that I play regularly but this game had no scatters at all, the reels were spinning and the scatters were showing up in the background but not when the reels landed???? A whole £5 and no scatters at all..just screams wrong..also just before the money ran out I had yet another error code..and you tell me I should try some troubleshooting tips? Got offer for fee bet on man utd game. Said place bet before match and get £5 in play. They didn’t honour it and weaseled out of crediting me the £5 as it apparently excluded certain pre bets. Checked the offer and it’s in tiny text in a long list of terms and conditions. Lost a long standing customer who has betted a lot with them over their sharp practice and lack of good faith. Be careful,their marketing of offers is deceptive, deceitful and their customer service unhelpful. Avoid a bitter experience, there’s much better sports betting companies instead with much better odds and better service.

I have to say I’m very impressed with Virgin Bet. The interface is extremely user friendly and simplified. Ive put a good amount of bets on and only 1 out of 15 roughly don’t get placed within a couple of seconds due to odds change but compared to other bookies this is much better for a bet actually being placed. I think the mantra of dishing out free bets to loyal customers when asking on chat for the amount of play or money deposited is being phased out across all bookmakers as it may encourage more betting and with safer gambling a big thing now I reckon is the reason why. However, in a month of being with Virgin Bet I’ve had an unexpected email to say I’ve got a free £10 bet that requires no turnover by X amount of times. Little things like that do make a difference as you do feel rewarded for loyalty but not having free bets thrown at you all the time as a way to deposit more is a good thing. They definitely have the balance right in my opinion. Overall more satisfied than expected playing with Virgin Bet and I don’t feel the need to play with anyone else.

Sports betting is terrible offering lower odds than nearly every bookies out there. Has anyone ever actually won anything decent on their casino too? Barely any wins and when they do land it’s usually lower than your stake. Every sitting I’ve had on their games has lasted less than 4 minutes. Scatter/bonus symbols so hard to come by. When you get two on the board and need one more it always lands below or just above the pay lines and that’s a constant thing that happens. Can’t say much about their promotions either, I do like to play their fives game however it seems a bit pointless racking up all those substitutes and defenders to win 10p or 50p a goal. In my opinion the full site needs a shake up and has done for a long time which is why they can’t compete with the big boys in the trade. The only thing they compete with is taking your money quicker. Sort it out vbet.
