It’s a good app but I feel it could do more for the players who actually spend money on the app . Yes ubget a free daily game but tye odds of actually winning the top prize is not that good. Yes you get to play the free fives game but as like the daily free game u only ever get defenders and let’s be honest defenders do score many goals . . Usually fine BUT, Crazy Time Wheel should have landed on 10x 50p and 10x Crazy time 50p which is the bigger one…100% of Chat and the Current Host even agreed. Support didn’t help. Just passed onto sending emails etc. The Clip slipped on the Pin but by a silly margin, it was going so slow when it rolled back on both of them. Ended up on a 1x rather than 10x Crazy time. Everyone went mad and were still talking in the Game 1hour later. After that happened I would definitely not recommend Live shows, particularly Crazy Time to ANYBODY. I know sometimes they “slip” but this was forced, like the piece at the top was damaged. The Host called for Help. This happened at 23:08:20 On Thursday the 23/11/23 I have a video after it happened but not during. So mad.

The gaming return is deplorable. I sympathize with the people who have typed a review regarding the games. Signed up and made a series of small bets, utilising the promotions advertised on the site. Received an email after just a month saying “After reviewing your account, you’ll no longer be able to take part in any more promotions.”. Feels really misleading to draw you in with lots of offers, and then say “no more” when there is no mention of the short term nature of this on sign-up – very much a case of being hooked and then dropped.

I opened my account , I did my verification and I made my first deposit.After I won my first bet my account was blocked.They ask for documents, which i provide (picture with my ID and the date etc)More than a week and my account it is still blocked and nobody looks to respond anymore to any email

Tiered system in place for members which is denied when questioned directly. Ts&Cs also lie and claim that promotions such as 5s game are “random” which is untrue.Some members on 5s are only ever able to win 10p, 50p or £1 per goal while others get £20 £50 or even £100 per goal every week. Game rules state this is random. This is not true. For almost 2 years this has been repeated and denied when explanation sought on live chat.I have no problem with promotional games being different for different members based on level or spending or other variables but to deny it and actively lie about the fact this is the case is rubbish.

Absolutely no, deposited almost £300 and got bonus £ 9 . Moved to a different game and you get the same. Very careful!!!! This is how they make money! Bonuses are so so low and you get nothing back from them. Awful service.£80 was taken from my bank a week ago.The £80 was not showing in account balance/gaming history/banking history, therefore this was not a deposit or a case of fraud as there is no trace of it in my Virgin account.I complained on live chat immediately and was given a stock answer and email address to send proof of this too.Which I did, I sent the ‘ARN number’ they requested, 4 days later I receive a reply saying there is no proof of deposits from the bank account in question (there has been multiple). So they request bank statements, to which I obliged straight away, 3 more days later I get a response that talks about a previous deposit 3 days before the disputed transaction for £50 (not £80) and told me how I spent said £50.No mention of the £80 I’m disputing, despite this being a very different amount and in the email trail it has all the dates/times etc. Tried live chat and again, stock answers and feel like I’m getting nowhere, very frustrating and no end in sight.

The App is ok however the bet builder options need to be expanded as there’s just not enough variation. Also the 2 x £10 acca free £10 bet is really good but maybe a loyalty points for members that want to put on more than 2 x acca’s weekly. I tend to put on my 2 accas to receive my free bet then go to other betting sites to place other accas as their loyalty points are worth it and the bet builder options more varied. Other than that it’s a decent app and decent enough free bet rewards. I like the free to play (fives) and the best odds guaranteed for the horses is great.

The reviews saying that they ban you from betting if you are in profit, even just £100 up are absolutely true. My mate and I opened accounts this summer and we both put each other’s accumulator on, we were both in profit of around £210 and we both got an email saying we were no longer eligible to take part in promotions and our stakes restricted to 1p. We both went on to the live chat and they would not discuss it whatsoever, so I agree with the comment below in which the Virginbet rep saying get in touch with the customer services team is just talking nonsense. They will not discuss it with you. I plead with anyone who bets on sports and loses money, please don’t bet with VirginBet as they will not let you win. They are only targeting losing punters, if you’re successful they will ban you. Don’t give them your money. Virginbet are the most immoral betting company I’ve ever known. Look at the 1 star reviews and see how many people have their accounts effectively banned for making profit from £20 to £300. But what more would you expect from the awful Virgin brand. Every experience I’ve had with them has been a disaster. They care nothing for their customers, it’s all about making as much money from people. It’s OK, not my main site odds are not bad but other bet sites,(bet 365, sky bet, WH, paddy power) better, get free bets without having to always place bets to get them, 2 up bet wins is very good which virgin bet don’t do. Its like Fives free to play game, good idea then you get 10p yes 10p(can be more depending on spin,but 10p is embarrassing being there)if you get a goal its awful. When the app works it’s seamless…when it works. It’s glitchy asf and occasionally won’t let you log in. Also don’t expect fast payouts like other sites. It takes at least 24 hours even though every other site will pay out within the hour. Also be advised that they will cap your bets when they see you winning.
