Worse of the worseJoined this pile of turds the other week, no wins hardly, no In game features like someone had switched them off. Increase my monthly deposit limit to 175 from 100 but it then allowed me to deposit 175 not 75. When I went to see my gaming history they blocked me from seeing but saying I had to upload id, same old chestnut ay, not even had a cashout and they want id??? Slot games kept crashing after certain amount of spins, really poor rtp rate on all the slot games played. Didn’t received any bonus for joining. Absolutely appalling. Didn’t get my sign up bonus as came out with pathetic excuse about me already having an old account. Funny but I thought you were only allowed one account? The games only payout the lowest possible ratio which makes the site appear rigged. Customer service useless as have a curt attitude and could not care less stance. Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Interesting company, give good loyalty and free bets, with innotive offers, and some copies of others.Settlements are quick, and withdrawal very quick. They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

The website is good, the app is fairly terrible and could do with some work. There are a couple of things that bug me about Betdaq. 1. If you watch a live stream of your bet, the app crashes at the end of the stream. 2. in Sportsbook, on either the web or app, if you want to put an EW acca on some horses. Don’t bother, you can’t and if you can, I’ve not found out how. The exchange is good and fun but liquidity is limited. I do have to say that the odds are generally a little higher in the sportsbook than on other sites and this is great.

Well my dad attempted suicide after losing alot of money not just on mansion or other online betting sites I introduced him to it during lockdown when the bookies were closed. I feel guilty 🙁 I must say the person I have dealt with at MansionBet was very helpful but my dad has told me they owe him some withdrawals and since iev tried to receive that money for him to help him pay his debts that he owes through gambling they have gone very quiet 🙁 it’s a very difficult time for me but my dad is OK I just think my dad should be entitled to money he’s owed 🙁 if anyone from MansionBet sees this my dad’s account is Dfb1960

Worryingly, these guys have no idea what they’re doing.The ‘security team’ claim that “… in line with our standard security regulations, all withdrawals should be processed back to the source from which they originated” and as a result, won’t payout a PayPal payment funded from my bank account, and instead want to send it back to a debit card linked to a different account !??

This review is for the customer service/technical team: inept, incompetent, dismissive, patronising, lazy and totally without any interest in a genuine concern raised by a paying customer.The casino itself, in my experience, isn’t bad but it has been ruined by the frustrating lack of any ability to engage with customers by the laughably misnamed ‘customer service department’. I’ve now closed my account in frustration and annoyance caused by their stonewalling attitude at my insistence that I’d not received winnings on a pay line in a slot. Allows you to deposit and play but then hits with verification checks when you try to withdraw. One of the checks is to send a photo of your debit card with ALL the numbers showing!! No other online bookie asks for this, they all allow you to block out the middle numbers for security. There is absolutely no reason for Leovegas to require you send them your full debit card numbers and every bank will tell you not to do it.I see they are replying with copy & pasted responses quoting some GDPR rubbish. Ironic given they have no concerns taking your full debit card number…Please dont bother pasting a response to this. I’ve already initiated a chargeback via my bank for the deposit amount. Lucky for me I actually lost money on your site so very glad to have it back from your bank account via chargeback. please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.
