This seems to be a common thing, looking at other recent reviews. Ive been with Sky Bet for years and received an email this week stating they will be restricting my account, following a review by their trading team (removing access to free bets, promos etc)I asked (what I thought was a reasonable question) why they are restricting my account and all they would say is we are not obligated to tell you – the email and the correspondence comes across as condescending with little/ no respect for the customer. Like others (looking at reviews), I am a responsible gambler, only staking about 5/ week, normally utilizing promotions on football which I use just to enjoy the games a bit more. My account is up about 350 this year and about the same last year. Its clear they only treat you like a customer if you are losing large sums of money and those that gamble responsibly arent acceptable customers and will be made to feel like cheats. I have sky TV, internet, sports etc and pay them 100+/ month. In my mind, its all relative. Its a shame but Im leaving Sky Bet and will go elsewhere. Not that theyll care. Anyone reading this review that is a responsible gambler and wants to be treated as a human, Id suggest going elsewhere

I am a skybet customer, today I was meant to get a 5 free bet. It was meant to be added by 5pm as per the terms of the contract. I contacted after this time and agent joe told me it should be there tomorrow there is nothing they can do. This is a contract breach and for other customers who have been let down by this company, I will be pursuing legal action against skybet. If anyone else feels strongly and would like an update on this let me know.

If I could give no stars I would.What a horrible manner less site. Rang you twice to ask where my winnings are, sent you every bit of I’d you asked for now its not enough you want more. while there site was good and they were helpful at first,as soon as i started requesing withdrawals i got interrogated and while i provided everything i was made a fool out of and they refused to take deposits and closed my account,probaly best to avoid if you manage to win a few bets

I was misled in making first deposit, of course they didnt give me 30 bonus. Therefore I made a dispute on PayPal, dispute was closed by PayPal and at all betfred closed my account with opened bet for todays match. There robbed me for 20.

Tbh I like paddy Power yes I’ve lost some but I also win compared to other sites. Bad reviews are from people that struggle to grab the concept of gambling. I play on all major sites and spent thousands and lose but on paddy Power I think is much more fair keep it up paddy.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. Terrible online casino! Have played on many online casino sites and can safely say this is the worst by a country mile.For such a big named company, its falsely misleading for customers to believe theyre a good site. The rtp is stated as high but its a lie, spent 800 on 2 spins for bigger bass bonanza (a fairly easy slot to bonus) and didnt hit a single bonus, also spent 400 on mysterious Egypt on 2 spins and hit nothing either. This sounds like sour grapes for a sizeable loss but i can take losses on the chin. I can assure you I havent complained about any other gambling site, but this one is criminal (not to mention the shocking customer support) I hope this review helps people avoid giving these crooks their hard earned cash as you will lose for sure.

I signed up with them last night , i placed a bet meeting all the criteria they asked and after the bet settled they never give me the sign up promotion bonus . Went to their chat and the customer service is so bad . Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!
