Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. Gaming does nothing but protect them and harber criminals. Stay away from.this site that lies and scams people

These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

Still fairly new to your site but everything is going great. The site is easy to use and i can navigate around it easily. Placing bets is no problem. In fact, i cannot think of anything major that niggles me. My only minor niggle is when i have the site in a window and am in the bet-slip – the screen scrolls to the left every now and then (probably because something has changed) and i lose sight of the bet-slip. This is even more annoying when i am doing an in-play bet as prices change quickly.

There stealing from customers. Had a small win and withdrew amount then had another win and had to verify who i was. Happy to take money as still able to make deposits but not happy to pay out. Asked for proof of cards that i no longer have as my new card is a replacement for an old one. Wasn’t told that there was an issue unable to get through on the phone days lines will be working from the 1st of August it’s now the 2nd of november. Took me three days to get through on live chat.

Mansionbet is a good betting platform, but I was disappointed that they limited me when I started to make a profit. It is quite unethical that they promote the slogans like “Gamble Responsibly,” but if you actually do gamble responsibly and make money they shut you down. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. As well as it being incredibly frustrating and unnecessary , it gives the impression that they might go bust at any minute.

Aweful! Won a small amount and tries to withdraw. They asked me to verify 2 debit cards in my account (one of which expired over 2 yeara ago and has already been verified when I uploaded it) ive verified my current debit cards but obviously dont have the details for the one expired 2 years ago and have been told my account will be suspended ded if I dont provide it. Anyone else had this issue if then trying to get you to provide card details for cards which expired 2 years ago? Seems like a weird way of scamming their customers, give them 10/10 for creativity in cheating people

betfred has stole 16,000 from a customer and refused to return this money until thisisgambling.com took betfred to court! gambling commission knows about this and still issues licence to this company! be very careful with those crooks, if you need help getting your stolen money back, thisisgambling.com will also be able to assist you.

Signed up to FansBet but could not deposit without KYC documentation. Fine, no problem there and would rather them do that during the deposit stage instead of at the withdrawal stage unlike some of the shadier bookies out there. However, after providing them with my drivers licence and a valid proof of address (both of which have been accepted by the several bookies that have asked for KYC documentation), heard nothing from FansBet for a few days and then found my account suspended. Didn’t bother going through customer support, just not worth my time. It feels like they’re just after your personal documentation…My advice to anyone reading this: I’d stay way and stick with some of the bigger bookies, if the 40% 1 star review split wasn’t a big enough clue…

I do like this bookmaker, but the site sometimes is unresponsive where the page doesnt fully load or load at all, so I end up miss putting on bets in time. Also this site doesnt have the best odds out there and you miss the best odds guaranteed that most bookmakers will have. The best part of this by far is the withdrawal times. Ive had all my withdrawals processed and in my bank in minutes of requesting it.

There is absolutely no reason to use this bookie. If you are seasonal punter playing few quid now and then there are websites with better experience,better odds and more markets. I open an account because they offer big limits in some markets i bet on and they restrict my account after few bets. On top of that they asked me for verification whilst i was restricted (so i thought that was the issue) and they collected my personal details whilst they didnt offer any service.Like most bookies these days they just collect user data, if they are winning punters they restrict them based on their ip address even before placing a single bet and they count on some addicts that will lose fortunes on casinos, horses or premier league. They are not their to offer any service, just to build a user base, get a good sponsorship deal and after few years rebrand or get acquired.

Do not deposit here if you are from Canada. Comeon Casino delayed my withdrawal of 1000$ for over a month by asking for document after document. I was asked to upload my bank statement which was approved then my withdrawal was denied and i was asked for a picture of my bank card, I uploaded my bank card and passport which both were approved, Then my withdrawal was denied and i was asked to upload a picture of my old debit card that I told them was exchanged at my bank 6 months ago and was not used to make my previous deposit. I find I can get better odds on Betdaq. it is smaller Betfair but I find betting is easier. The real annoyance is that you can place an unmatched bet but you need to keep up. I have had bets left unmatched despite the odds having been laid. Spart from that 1st Class
