Don’t know what had happened to this site but I can’t win here at all 😕 I had a nice win two months ago but since then nothing I can’t win on the bingo side where I enjoy the chats. Absolutely disgusting. Played machines in shops for many years. As from this year I noticed a massive decline in returns which made me suspicious. New machines have been installed in most shops so makes sense thar WE are paying for their new machines. Will never play again as its quite clearly a manual reduduction. Bonuses are shocking. Dont ever win. Pointless playing. Just goes down with barely any wins.Dont bother, just goes down. Absolute discraceful customer service,had £10 taken out of my account (not by me) complained to hills got reply saying i had made 2 £5 spins on fruit machine, ive never played,complained again to be told already checked and it eas my fault,made a complaint through resolve hills said already checked and again nothing done ,hills then locked me out of account and demanded proof of address,photo id,bank card details,proof of age i sent all this to be told a furthertwice to resend it all again before they would unlock account,then they said they were closing complaint i told them i wasnt happy with replies to which they said complaint was closed and would not re open it. Had a bet on MacAllister being booked in the Merseyside derby, clearly booked in the 94th minute and was paid out. The next day the money removed from my account saying it was a losing bet, checked every match report stats I could find and all had him booked in the 94th minute.I then got in touch with an online chat which was a half hour operation (nightmare) only to be told that they were right and according to Optistats who they use for match reports had no stat on him being booked. SO THEIR RIGHT chat ended. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.That’s how you treat a customer of 16 years.

Made a deposit for a bonus, bonus not received. Contact customer service to confirm its applied before spending first deposit they say it has so I do. Awful company, stores allow you to bet even when self excluded. Staff NEVER EVER intervene and ask if you are ok to continue. Everything about this firm is pathetic. Absolute nonces all round in every department. Slots are rigged thousands of spins no bonus. I have an online account with William Hill and they have a daily promotion called Bonus Drop, I use it each day and sometimes you win 5 free spins on a slot games and occasionally you don’t, luck of the draw, obviously. However for the last week, as in approx 7, 8 or 9 days the Bonus Drop is constantly dropping into the X instead of a prize. Now the first couple of days I thought, fair enough, but for it to be doing it every single day without fail is a bit much. I’ve tried to contact them through online chat and getting nowhere since it’s not an actual person I’m speaking to, you can’t get in touch through email etc either. I’ve deleted the app then downloaded it again and it’s not made any difference at all. Now, as I’ve said, I certainly don’t expect to win every time and it is a free game but there’s obviously something wrong with it and there’s no one to talk to to get them to look into it. I think for such a huge online gaming company, not being able to speak to someone is ridiculous and it seems impossible to get past this “Chatbot” to even put in a complaint. William do not verify when you are losing money but when you win they want to verify and the process is do difficult it is too much hassle, they took over £350 deposit without any issues , lost £300 and then I wanted to redraw my £50 and now they are refusing to release my £50 until I submit proof but still allow me to play games, I guess so I loose all my money ! It appears that William Hills online slots are fixed. For example 333 frogs, where there are no game instructions at all. The coins were coming at a steady rate now they are few and far between. I understand William Hill are there to make a profit especially as the were fined £19.2 million. Maybe there is some programme installed which fixes who wins and who loses on individual accounts. I even got stopped from playing the free games by William Hill for no reason and when asked for an explanation all I got told was it was a security matter, yet they still took my deposits. Maybe William Hill should again be investigated on how their system works.

This company is run by amateurs and what do you expect when they move there operations department oversees.Spent considerable amount of time trying to sort out my account with somebody who i could not understand as there English was certainly not the best. Another joke of a gambling company.These companies really need more pressure put on them when it comes to the problem I am encountering because I have come across this time and time and time again with every gambling company I have ever used except Betfair.It has now been 5 weeks that William Hill have been holding on to money in my account. They decided, after years of using them, that I required one of these “affordability checks” or whatever they are. I dread the day people ask me for mine because my finances are not set out like these people want so because it doesn’t flow with a standard pattern they have a meltdown and either completely exclude me or put me on something pointless like £200 a month.After explaining my situation to them I still get the same scripted responses from customer service drones over and over so I say “look, it’s fine, I am happy to not use your site, I’ll just have my remaining funds and be done with”. As stated, that was 5 weeks ago. They, despite 4 long phone calls and 30/40 emails, have still not paid it out after saying that they would.Can you imagine any other company in this country holding over £600 of a customers money for absolutely no reason whatsoever and there not being some hoo ha about it? Wow, absolutely shocking company. The hoops I had to jump through to release the £10 I was owed back into my bank account was appalling. 100 do not use. They’re like the sports direct of betting companies. Short of signing a document in the excrement of Christ himself I wasn’t sure exactly what they weee expecting of me. On 4th of March, I opened a William hill account for the Cheltenham Festival, on 8th of March after slow checks I was finally emailed to confirm the account was fully verified. I deposited €500 and subsequently lost this during the Chelt festival.A few weeks later I made a further deposit of €1000, after placing a few bets that William Hill voided, I still had €1000, I then went to withdraw my money and the option was no longer available, I was unsure to why as they had not made any attempt at communciation. After spending hours on their AI like live chat and mail they requested a tonne of unnecessary documents, proof of funds, my writing my name on pieces of paper and holding them next to my face. These checks are ludicrous and as such I was happy to close the account and take my business elsewhere. Of course William Hill were happy to go against Gambling Commission rules of asking for further documents upon withdrawal which could have been requested much earlier. Bear in mind, I have not won a single penny off William Hill but they have now decided they won’t be returning my balance unless I provide said documents. Which I will not do, I am now trying to get an IBAS escalation number and SAR off them which they are hesitant to provide. All in all, do not bet with William Hill, even if unlike me you are able to win some money, chances are you won’t get paid.
