Hello, they (William Hill) offered a 25% bonus if I deposited up to £50.This I did and played one game and they took the money and converted into ‘bonus’ which was not the deal. After 3 hours last night and 2 hours this morning and getting as far as a ‘supervisor’ I still haven’t got my money back to real money. Shocking service but they just fob me off. Bullied me with words and frankly was disgusted. Haven’t ever ahd a problem until now but they have my money. No answers other than what they say which was rubbish. My complaint was handled badly and is still ongoing and still waiting for answers.

*WARNING* This company discriminates between customers!! The big spenders get many more privileges than the average guy who occasionally puts a few quid into his account. I had all the Promotions excluded from my account without an explanation as to why. The “customer services” just send out template messages which include no relevant explanation to the customers enquiries. Absolute scum along with all the other companies with online casino. All rate of pay has CLEARLY been changed over the last couple of year, it’s been made next to IMPOSSIBLE to win anything at all. Next to no bonus games actually land and on the extremely rare off chance they do they pay out pennies. William hill claim to hair a fair rate of pay and that couldn’t be any further from the truth. Closed down my account for no reason that I know off. For me to withdraw what’s left in my account (less than £10) I now have to send photos of myself holding passport and username , bank statements , Apple ID etc. If they want to close my account , fare enough , but why the hassle to get such a paltry amount back into the same account that they hold all the information for?

Change their rules as they go along so either way you lose. I hadn’t used WH for two years or more. My account was “inactive” when I tried to login in again. So I opened a new account. WH accepted my application: they accepted 2 x £10 bets. When I tried to cash out the first one they “closed my account due to a duplicate account! When I asked for a refund of the bet they told me I couldn’t get a refund as “I intended to use the account”. I said this true and I also intended to cash out but you closed my account: but they will neither refund my bet nor honour my cash out. They have also changed my second bet to one that I can’t cash out a week before the game takes place. Either with William hill you lose. Supervisor Lucy failed to detail the options now available to meAnd closed the call. I have screen shots that will now be on social media and supplied to IBAS the independent t regulator. I Will also be raising a dispute with my bank. WH will not get away with this shady behaviour.Direct email also sent to CEO Per Widerstrom who WH staff seem to forget has an email address that is easily found on Google.

I’ve had an account for over 30 years. Whilst I never asked for credit, I always had the margin and deposit limits to keep me happy. They had great customer service too…..All gone now. No phone calls allowed whatsover…. Spanish staff who not only can’t speak English on the ‘Chat’-they certainly know nothing about betting-just give you pre-written answers if you raise a query…This is a company going downhill very fast.

I used to use William hill all the time as it has the fastest withdrawal time via PayPal but they have recently closed my account because I made a comment on live chat stating I need the withdrawal quickly this time as I needed to put it towards something. They closed my account then as they thought I couldn’t afford to gamble, which is fine it makes sense but it’s now been around 15 days and I still don’t have the money I won despite going on live chat multiple times to be told I will receive a call that hasn’t come. I’m debating just calling it quits and forgetting about the money now, but if I was banned for “not being able to afford to gamble” you’d of thought they’d of paid me. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the disrespect and poor customer service that bothers me. App is now deleted and I hope I get my money soon. Doubt it though.

If you deposit money with a certain account. You should be able to withdraw with the same account. I have had to withdraw money to a account that I had years ago and no longer have, because they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw from the same account that I deposited the money. Now it will take two weeks for them to try and deposit my money into the account that they would not allow me to delete. Terrible. Just another way to keep your money and hope that you will just give up trying to withdraw it and spend it at williamhill. Soon as I get my money back. I will just use their freespins until I get enough to withdraw again. No more money will be spent with them.

I’d think it would be a great idea to have them investigated. Seems they are just taking money without paying anything back! Probably spent around 2 grand. They then they take away my bonuses and close my promotion page because they messed up a deposit bonus, which saw them not pay money owed to me. It was in my best interest to steal my money apparently.

I placed a bet on tennis (in play) on a player to win a match when the game was tied 1-1 in sets, a 5-4 to the player I wanted in the tiebreak. I placed £600 at odds of 1/2. But instead of accepting or rejecting the bet, the bet went to the traders to see if they wanted to accept or not. This lasted between a minute and a minute and a half. In this time my player has now lost the match and I’m still waiting for the bet to be approve. Not surprisingly they finally accepted my bet at 1 odds even though my selection had already lost. Nobody in the shop of on the phone are willing to listen to me as they all keep saying “odds change all the time”

Tried their usual scam of not letting anyone withdraw.I tried to withdraw £240 on Xmas Eve. Only way to do it was to add a debit card and make a £10 deposit. No security checks needed to deposit. I then tried to withdraw £250 and my account is immediately closed down pending security checks.I had to send bank statements, proof of address and a selfie holding either driver license or passport, I sent license.They rejected the license photo 4 times saying ‘too blurry’, ‘not good quality’, ‘not HQ’ even though it was a 6000×5000 HQ photo. When I told them my spouse was a lawyer and they said the photo is more than adequate for ID, William Hill then changed tact to say they need different photo ID. For 2 months of daily emails, including me using Resolver, we keep going around a loop of them asking for different ID. The Gambling Commission rules state that they cannot ask for different ID to delay withdrawals. WH ignore this and kept delaying. They never answered my question of what is wrong with my ID but kept asking for different ID.Eventually using Resolver I got to 5 days before I could escalate it to the Ombudsmen and miraculously WH said I can now withdraw my money and the original ID was fine after all.Disgusting company who try and get away with holding onto your money right up until a Gambling Commission complaint is about to be made. It took me 2 months to get my money, how many people give up before then?

Very bad and slow customer service.I had a Bet 3 days ago on 6 matches. I was confirmed my bet was settle as a winning bet and I received the money over £211 in my balance. An hour later I logged in again and my money disappeared. I went to the William Hill web chat team. The worst web chat team ever!!! If I can rate them I will rate as -5 !!!I had over an hour waiting and then finally I can talk to one of the supervisor Johnny C. He checked and he confirmed the bet was settled as a winning bet and I got the money again in my balance. I have all the the screenshots!!! By the morning the money was missing again from my balance. I went to web chat again and they saying my bet was on Extra Time.I was betting on Qarabag -Braga game for who’s is the winner on the end. William Hill saying in Extra Time Qarabag scored two goals and Braga scored only one and that’s why I lost the bet, but at the end Braga won the game . Braga scored 2 goals in 90 minutes. What a crazy rule made in the last second. Be careful!!! They take your money no matter what!!!Daytime robbery!!! Unfair and not legal !!!This is the message from Johnny C. one of the supervisor at William Hill:“Hi Robert, bet O/37799886/0000521/F is now settled as winner”.After this message they took my money away again from my balance. Hello everyone. Hope all is well. Whatever you do people please keep well well clear of William hill. The most horriblest toxic betting company I’ve ever come across. I won £30 on my free spins. Soon as I when to take my winnings out they looked my account for 2 week and wouldn’t open it so I could get my money unless I could provide an other from of ID. Baring in mind I’d already provided them with my passport, 3 bank statements. Gov issued ID card. Birth certificate. Signed Bank card front and back and they still asked for an other form of ID so I had to order a new driving license until they had no other options but to give me my (£30) free win ffs 🙄. Then precisely 2 weeks after that I won £385 starting off with free spins and when I when to redeem my winnings they looked my account again and said my account is under review until further notice and then accused me of having a gambling problem. Where to start… WH don’t pay my inshop bets out had to have in shop contact wh department direct 3 hours later resettled my bet as win got my money. Online I have been restricted after a suspension. I complained about a slot called rising reward not giving me the bonus round and glitching during gameplay I’ve span thousands of times on a x10 bonus. Online supervisiors are ignorant and unfriendly and cut off chat after holding hours. Slots are poor and extremely low payout, jackpots don’t exist. I have won 4 times on a free William Hill trivia show game and they wont pay me my winnings. This has happened to me before so I now take screengrabs of the winning notifications. I send these images to them on their chat facility but constantly get the same message from them that I’ve been paid everything owed to me when clearly I havent. WH just ended my chat as well and wouldnt help me! Terrible service!

William Hill have stolen my money!!! They have suddenly blocked my withdrawals!I have used WH for years and never had an issue until now. I have over £107 in winnings in my account and they have blocked me from withdrawing it. All of a sudden they have asked me to send bank statement after bank statement, all different forms of ID and I have co-operated every time and now they have stopped replying to me. This has gone on for months and now they have blocked me from withdrawing my winnings. They are a total scam and treat their loyal customers like crap. They are happy to take your money but don’t like to you win. They were always my go to bookmaker but suddenly they have turned on me. Avoid this company like the plague. They are conmen. All I want is to withdraw the winnings that I have won fair and square and close my account but they don’t even allow me to do that.
