How can this place be even remotely considered random I’ve been playing rising rewards for well over two weeks the bonus is stuck on X10 multiplier and the diamond is flashing constantly and I haven’t received a single bonus?. Well I’m down well over £600 the scatters are very rare and if they come in they pay very little even on £1 spins . You never get any decent wins compared to other sites, don’t waste you’re money folks there is much better sites out there . Also noticed that the spins are very slow and tend to spin even slower if you get 2 scatters to avoid giving you the 3rd scatter.

I’m facing extreme frustration with the account management process at William Hill. Opening an account was challenging, but closing it is proving to be even more difficult. It’s surprising and disappointing to encounter such a poor experience in 2024. Based on my experience, I can only give a 1-star rating, which seems to align with the majority of other reviews here.

I’m only posting this here because there is 0 customer protection any more, thanks tory scumbags. DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL. First of all they bait and switched me with an advert, promising amazing odds that were nowhere to be seen in the app (my fault, I should have known not to trust a bookie!). Second I put some money in my account, it came out instantaneously, whatever that always happens. Then I realise I’ve been SCAMMED and I try take my money out. They won’t send it back, they need a copy of my bank statement, a photo of the card I paid with and a photo of my driving licence. WELL I NOTICE YOU DIDN’T NEED THAT INFORMATION TO TAKE MY MONEY ONLY TO GIVE IT BACK. This should be illegal, unfortunately we live in a corporatocracy where big businesses can do what they like and face no consequences. What power do we have except to write sh**ty little reviews like this one.

Absolutely disgusting. Played machines in shops for many years. As from this year I noticed a massive decline in returns which made me suspicious. New machines have been installed in most shops so makes sense that WE are clearly paying for their new machines. Will never play again as its quite obviously a manual reduduction. Don’t use these AT ALL they lie in there terms and conditions. Literally had £50 stolen from them just last night , tried to resolve through the absolutley worst customer services I have ever known who very arrogantly kept stating a promotion i opted into ended so the balance was deleted.. the promotion in question specifically stated in the terms and conditions that the £50 would go into a buy in bonus balance which upon promotion ending the balance if not used would be returned to main balance and that a £25 bonus balance to be used to play would expire upon promotion ending. Screenshot confirming all of this were provided and the customer services refused point blank to help just kept saying the balance was deleted as the promotion ended. They would escalate to supervisor who would repeat this and end the chat immediately before I could reply. Please DO NOT use this site. I have escalated the matter further however its very clear the funds have gone for good , but hopefully action can be taken to prevent this happening to someone else. Not even so much as 1 free spin offered for the inconvenience and unclear contradaictory terms or for the literal hours wasted with shocking customer services… this company does not care about happy or satisfied customer they made zero attempts to assist they care only about taking your hard earned cash. I had some money in my online account and it disappeared. It wasn’t a lot but suddenly it said £0 and I knew I hadn’t emptied it. I took it up with them and they said it had been spent on blackjack, at which point, given I only every bet on the horses and the football and don’t know how to play blackjack, I knew it wasn’t true, because nobody else had access to my account. I asked for it back and they said they would investigate it and get back to me, but that was three weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. Don’t trust them.

The returns on the games are diabolical and all the reviews will back this up so they are obviously lying about their rtp percentages and that is definitely illegal. My experience with this bookie is simply terrible. Made many deposits and withdrawals of money without problems. I made more than 100 sports bets and suddenly I can’t access my account. Requests for many documents begin, I provided these documents without problems. Then they put me in their imaginary queue and I just waited two months in an imaginary queue for document verification. I put up with it, but now they demand that I certify all documents with a lawyer. And they want me to certify 10 pages of PayPal + passport as well as a bank statement, and it will cost me a hefty sum, namely 800 pounds if each page is certified by a lawyer. My requests to reduce the number of pages were simply ignored. This attitude towards me is due to the fact that I am a citizen of another country, fleeing from a war that was harshly unleashed by russia, now I am faced with the attitude of a second-class person in Britain as well. I don’t understand why I should verify something with a lawyer and invent a 2-month queue if I took a selfie with every document. Who but me could have these documents and also be in the photo, it’s just ridiculous. Be careful with this bookmaker, especially if you are a citizen of another country. You will simply be devalued to 0, ignored and not even noticed.

Absolute scam artists. Won a bet over 11 free kicks and over 21 throw ins each half in the Arsenal V Liverpool game. I counted them all while watching and the stats on the website which I screenshot showed I’d won, however an hour later the bet is settled as lost and the ridiculous customer service told me that they had asked their traders and decided it was correct and the bet had lost. Showed the screenshots only to be then offered a free bet of my original stake as they could understand where I was ocoming from 🤣🤣 Avoid like the plague!

Some appalling service these last few days where the only option is via chat once you get past the chatbot. Without going into detail here I queried a bet settlement that involved selection of bet boost. The bet won and Best Odds Guaranteed was applied; the settlement stated “ you won an extra £xx with Boost and BOG. However only BOG was applied; why when I selected Boost albeit in the belief both are spplied. On querying I was told a supervisor would check and email ~ no email and when queried I was told Boost and BOG cannot be applied although nowhere in the T&C’s is this an excluded combination. I queried again on this basis and was promised an email within 12 hrs- not received either to inbox or junk. Back to chat and sent a copy (allegedly of the email) which merely stated bet settlement was correct – no mention of Boost/BOG and, while stating I can take the complaint further, no indication of how or where. Indeed the complaints page on the website merely takes you to the chatbot. I was promised that it would be looked into and I asked for an email covering the points in writing. Again all I got was a message left on the chat saying basically thanks for the feedback – clearly they don’t want to admit to an error or show me the T&C – ( doesn’t exist ) I will be closing my account in time having withdrawn my balance. This level of appalling service seems indicative of this company even when supposedly passed on to a senior supervisor – beggars belief the lack of empathy and inability in answering direct questions. Plenty of other options with other companies thankfully would be my advice if considering using William Hill.

Wish I read the reviews first. Robbery! Gave me free bets which I turned into £85. You need to deposit money before withdrawing tried to do this & my account was closed no notice no communications at all, after I spent ages online on live chats & calling wrong numbers I just about found out I needed to submit ID again no notices of this. I’ve submitted all documents besides proof of deposit as my account is closed & I have used free bets I do not have proof of deposits, I provided what proof I had only to be told it’s not good enough. How can you request proof that does not exist. Bottom line is FREE BETS is a no go because once you earn a little bit of money from it they’ll shut you down & make excuses as to why they can’t open your account back up. Shocking customer service.
