Tut can’t post with a zero star so unfortunately had to give 1 star Played WH for about 8 month first month wow won practically every week some decent wins . Well don’t be fooled after months after constant deposits I get emails telling me about depo tools so thought okay I set a limit , still depositing every month up to my limit no returns on slots or bingo . Williamhill can have all the tools to help punters with gambling ie set limits, time out,etc,etc, But the one thing still remains They are nothing but ruthless con artists, that ripp you off. I asked a simple question. Why do Wm Hill not offer Best Odds Guaranteed on all races ? The operative didn’t feel that he/she could answer the question and put me through to his/her supervisor. Absolutely shocking. I had no idea about how bad they were. I had been losing relentlessly for months and lost a lot of money and couldn’t work out why it wasn’t happening for me. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong but then I looked into things. William Hill doesn’t pay out. Unfair RTPs and games with restricted bonuses. I know alot of gambling sites do this now they’ve made it terribly hard to get any bonus on any game but I think William hill have really made it extra difficult because it just doesn’t happen. I did over 700 spins on a game and didn’t get 1 bonus, that’s not right. Not to mention when you do win it’s nothing good anyway it’s not worth it. I’ve done my research and now found out how corrupt they are. Do not waste your money with them. Also customer service is shocking.

Honestly for such a big company its a disgrace that they use possibly the lowest RTP of all online casinos. absolutely disgusting site, in my opinion one of the worst slot sites out there I’ve put hundreds into william hill and had only very small non withdrawable wins. Around half way through the game or during features a reconnecting pop-up emerges on the screen this has happened numerous times at various locations so definitely the site. terrible stay well clear. betfair is ok and sky vegas is also ok and way fairer with there pay outs.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I got banned from 888 poker for telling people that it’s fixed and they said nah it was for self exclusion. Had an issue in shop. Machine didn’t ticket bet was shown to be cashed following day. Been a customer for years but told to raise police case in other words not bothered. Technically should be 0 stars, made an account and signed up for the first time on William Hill, sent in my documents (driving license and bank statement) for a verification process and got an email saying my account is permanently closed minutes later, went on live chat they said that I couldn’t do anything and that any funds on the account would be withheld and the reason was because they claimed my documents were false, I have no idea how they came to that conclusion and they also said they strictly cannot reopen my account, these are the exact same documents I’ve used to sign up on bet365, skybet, betvictor and other bookmarkers. Luckily had no funds on my account but just goes to show you what some of these scum bookmarkers are capable of. Be careful with your money on your William Hill balance.

So getting in touch with William Hills is now virtually impossible unless you speak to a “Bot” or pay premium rate to speak to a Human being. Had a 16/1 winner on Sunday but SP was 28/1. Apparently they don’t pay BOG anymore for a better customer experience??? Never even knew they had stopped doing BOG or obviously I wouldn’t have put bet on with them.
