Disgrace of a company..every month i have a limit of £100 that i play the slots and for sure at the end of every month i am down that £100...no wins no big chance to collect, bonus wins of £2 or £3..and when you ask the question why is this so..they pass you on to the next guy..so you cant win in there either..makes me think i am paying a bill each month for nothing..would be better giving it to a charity.

I've had an account with William Hill for years and not used in some time. Recently, I received an email with £1 free bet offers on subsequent days which had once again enticed me to use them. I checked my details were all correct and up to date on account and was able to deposit/fund my account, no issues. As it goes, I won on my bet and have done a withdrawal. I see now that the withdrawal is in a processing state. I've let nearly 24 hours pass and still no sign of my withdrawal. They've advised that I need to provide them with ID again and that I should have had an email. No notification about this in app either.It is really poor that they'll let me deposit but god forbid you actually win a bet and they won't pay out. Government should come down on this shower and the regulators. These sorts of places prey on poor folk unfortunately. Some of the biggest crooks going are the gambling firms.

Absolute crap since the conversion. I do not know what happened but I am closing my account and not using them again. When they updated their software somehow they ended up transposing my phone number so I could not log in and the agents in person could not look up my account by my account number. I was one of the their first 5000 customers. They transposed the first two numbers of my phone number yet I have had to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Crappy customer service that cannot do squat and in person they tell you that you have to use the app. App keeps you going in circles and makes it difficult to talk to someone. I am closing my account due to their incompetence.

I have never seen a worse withdrawal system as the William Hill website. You can deposit in a lot of different ways but God help you if you want to withdraw a single cent, because they make it virtually impossible. I assume this is a method they use to lock up your money and encourage you to bet with them more. Extremely shady. I have used many other websites and had no problems, but I have spent about 4 hours over the course of several weeks trying to resolve this issue, without success. Avoid with extreme prejudice.

I placed a 5fold bet few others called off. but a couple of my teams scored cashout offered nowt. So on checking other sites braintree v Weymouth had the game Void so they will offer cashout as william ain't voided game and never did through out 90mins but have put void up 20 after final whistle I tried contacting them as if they had void up cashout would be availible. My 4 teams were all. winning and 10. M In left on all I wanted cash out £3 stake with a return of £332 and I had to watch a last min goal bet lost. I was redirected for over a hour I was told I had wrong dept they said william online I said it was rite place in the retail. The robot said I was irate and not givin him my details can u tell me your email so we a can check 3time ant 4time for username and password and 4time I siid I no as I ain't got online then he said I wll will speak his super viser she contact Me in 30 min. Disgusting service to be honest they hold back on your withdrawals.you go on the chat and it’s like your asking over and over the same question .they say there only chat service available but there is a number I spoke to will the supervisor today and he told me he’s the highest point of contact he’s not he lied over and over again . I’ve taken screen shots of the whole conversation and posted them on social media it’s a shame I can’t post them on here

Made £35 in free spins, deposited £5 to withdraw as they don’t have any sort of bank account details (fair enough as I haven’t deposited before). As I requested the £35 withdrawal, I went to “processing” in my transactions on my William Hill account. Next morning, got email that I’m restricted to go on my account and can’t access any content after logging in. What a joke.
Made £35 in free spins, deposited £5 to withdraw as they don’t have any sort of bank account details (fair enough as I haven’t deposited before). Their customer service is a joke, the counter locations are rarely hosted by agents, and they have some of the worst odds of all the books. I have had a William Hill account for 5 years until this last debacle. I will never give them another dime!Steer clear of this company.

As I've lost only £60 in the last 12 months, they've decided I'm not worth their time. Out of the blue, no more promos. Fine, that's their prerogative. Free spins are nice and all and that saved them from 1* but when you spend £10 in 10p intervals winning the odd £1 and 50p spins here and there so you get around 500 spins and don't once land a shot at the big money you kinda feel you have been scammed...even if it's a loss or a 50p win a shot at the jackpot would be nice in 500 spins!!!
