Placed a bet on Golden State Warriors under 115.5 points which won, when the game ended they changed it to Cleveland and a loss, raised it with Beth in customer service with the bet reference number who gave nonsense replied like “there was no bet” and “it’s yours” which made no sense at all. Closed my account, customer lost.

Ive been with wh for years, just recently I’m restricted from free spins and bonus drop! I contacted them and said nothing they can do and sent a link for ‘safer gambling’ yet they let me deposit? Recently WH sent an email saying they were making changes but you could still have fun with them. Stunned at their bad rating , compared to some sites out there they offer regular free spins and disc drops where you actually win money.Clearly the disc drop has an on / off switch as you you used to win 5 free spins almost every day then they pulled the plug around 6 months ago no you win very rarely but still so much better than most out there.Regularly offer epic odds and £5 free bets every so often , my favourite site out of what appears to be a right old mixed bag of chancers and criminals with some good sites mixed in among the bad ones.

Among their many sins this company made punters come a real cropper a few days ago. Their online site’s functionality went seriously awry for a couple of hours & instead of voiding bets they left us all out to dry without “cash in” options. No real compensation or apology was offered & now they’re saying they’ve lowered the payout percentage on their slots…as if they ever gave punters back over 90% of their stakes in the first place! Stay away they are quite happy to take deposits but then restrict you for losing or winning the bonuses are rigged to only let you win around the amount you have deposited or less if at all. Also on william Hill blitz the bonus never lands when you stake more than a couple of quid it then lands when u reduce your stake ive seen this many times its a total scam and a con . Ive now self excluded for 5 years i will not return and i hope they go out of business for the huge amount i have lost to them over the years

William Hill are one of the worst online betting companies for returning funds. They have checks in place which attempt to force you to return funds to the same card that you used to pay them in – thus when you receive a replacement debit card (because the end date has been reached) all sorts of problems occur (because you can no longer refund that card. The management have not thought this problem through and they don’t seem to care about it.

I use the Shop on The Wickham Road in Shirley and the interior of the shop is appalling . The Stools in the store are dirty, shabby and not for purpose . The lights in the shop are all flashing and have not been repaired in 4 weeks . The Lights behind the counter are not working the staff sit in the dark. Whilst the staff in the shop are extremely pleasant , the environment in the shop is a disgrace to any company. Is it surprising all your customers now visit the clean and pleasant environment at Corals just up the road !Please can these issues be fixed as a matter of urgency.

Spent a lot of money and came to the conclusion they limited the earnings on the only game I play! Never managed to have a big win anyway but I had lots os free spins paying max £5. Please please stay away! Verification is horrendous and they always restrict you when you try to withdraw money. I used to like Wm Hill but they are no longer very competitive and will take away your ‘special offers’ for no reason at all treating many ‘customers’ as 2nd class punters. They do however keep e mailing you with their special offers that you are not eligible for! Total joke of a business nowadays. They are not alone but if you do restrict accounts at least man up and tell customers why. I am amazed that the gambling commission does not investigate stories about these numerous restrictions which often fly in the face of their TV and newspaper advertising.

Very poor customer service takes hours for each response. I received a pop up msg saying I had won the bonus vault it didn’t say how much but I was so excited I hadn’t won anything like before but when I tried to claim it it was nowhere to be found… After hrs trying to use live chat which is no longer live I was given £2 conciliation?? Which I had to go back on chat for more hours to receive. Next day logged in for free daily promotions to find I wasn’t able to receive any. They had been removed and I received numerous emails about safer gambling..I completed assessments successfully but still no promos. Absolute crap customer service still not solved ! Was waiting online for 2hrs for a response, was told I was being put through to a supervisor by Jelly then someone came on an hour later (Kim) and they weren’t even a supervisor. Had to explain twice, they didnt even read the previous conversation despite saying they were.I will be closing my account and using my other accounts with other bookmakers.

Has gone way downhill, and this isn’t RNG, it feels more like how 888casino is now whom is their parent company.They’re now clawing back money, for either the purchase price or that fine they received earlier in the year.Please heed my warning, keep clear.
