I noticed a settlement payment had been removed from my account and was reinstated only when I raised the issue. I asked for an explanation but to date have not received any.On the whole I find them very good but that incident is a worry.

Honestly encourage you to start videoing your gameplay here like I have for the last month. This site needs to be investigated period. After the last two sessions it is an utter scam site. I’ve done close if not more than 800 spins at a stake of 10p on fishin frenzy and over the course of those spins accumulated ONE bonus that paid back £2.05 that’s right one bonus for 2.05 and believe me when I say this…it’s been this way for way for months! Received email this morning stating all sports and gaming concessions removed from my account and that stake restrictions may apply in future. Where do I start. They offer free spins, scratch of the day, free or 4 etc (which I use and occasionally win on) to entice you and when you do win the removed them. I am not the biggest punter but at the same time as the removal I was unable to place any bet at any stake. After being fobbed off on live chat and waiting for a supervisor to reply within 30 mins (4hours wait) I was not given a reasonable explanation (p**s poor customer service). A second chat eventually got my bet placement reinstated without any apologies. The response also stated that my account would be reviewed on going ( as my account was suspended how they were going to review is a mystery). Maybe Billy Hills problem is that I don’t lose enough, deposit enough (only 1 deposit since opening and in profit by £94) play their rigged slots. If they don’t want people to use freebies then don’t offer them in the first place. They are also falling behind other companies with time Best odds are available. Considering this is supposed to be one of the biggest sites out there today they’ve been nothing but a joke. No cashout offers all day on lots of bets. Can’t talk to them on chat about it. Just had my account closed down for no reason . I was using it yesterday lost hundreds of pounds obv course today go to sighn in account closed ! Contact live chat she tells me I have multiple accounts ! Any account I have ever had has been shut years ! They have asked me for is when signed up and since then so why now ? I think their odds are competitive, they offer loads of free promotions, they have never restricted my account or anything. I do worry though, I had my account restricted with Virginbet after hitting a run of wins, I hear this is common amongst bookmakers online, I would be so disappointed if William Hill were to do the same thing.

Visited the shop at 335-337 Calder Road, Edinburgh. On Sunday around 1pm and handed my betting slip to your teller (Asian guy with strong accent). He then tried to take my card and I refused indicating that I required the machine to swipe myself, as is the whole purpose of contactless. He then, to hide his own embarrassment, demanded to see the reverse of my card. When I enquired why, he stated the He was required to always do security checks. I told him this was nonsense and it had never been required before. Quite embarrassing as there where other customers behind me. I will never use this branch again.

I joined William Hill about 18 months ago I bet responsibily.I play the free promo games..Fairly within their own offers. Recently moved area, and started to visit local bookmakers, which was a William Hill. Placed a few bets, some win some lose. Then placed a £500 bet on fobt machine on a football match. Bet won at 7/10. Went to collect winnings, and was refused payment. Staff said they didn’t know why, but said it has happened a few times recently. They phoned customer service, who said it was because of ‘suspected money-laundering’, and was with their fraud department. They asked for id, which I provided, as I wanted my money, even though I do not need to give it. 4 days later they contacted me, asking for id again, and a copy of my betting slip. All they are doing is illegally using the pretence of fraud, to obtain more information about you. I am still waiting to be paid out a week later. I will never be using one of their shops again, and would recommend others do the same.
