God, their casino blackjack is fixed….placed 20 hands, get 13, 14, 15 most of the time, and dealer mostly get 17 onwards. Most time you get another card you bust, and dealer ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS gets another 10 when their 1st card is a 10

I understand and accept that you can not win every time you gamble which is fine but this is terrible and i will not be playing this game again. I deposited 25.00 and played rainbow riches rainbow reveal at 1 stake and i must of played at least 50 cards or more and the most money i won was 5.00. I did not even get the pots of gold bonus once. It has nothing to do with luck or the random number genarator because if it was really totally random then this would not happen all the time. I think they actually choose if anyone wins or not it seems so obvious. That just proves what a total liberty taking game it is and the company are. William Hill suspended my account in error 4 weeks ago. I was told I would get a priority phone call 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I tried to chase up what was happening and after waiting over 90 minutes the live chat agent ended the chat even though I was typing a question to him. It appears this company do not care about there customers and there seems to be a culture of mis-leading, ignoring and blatant lying to their customers. AVOID.

I’ve always been a huge fan of William Hill, the last two times I have deposit money for slots it has absolutely ate my money with almost zero return. Today I thought I’d give it another go, new game, gold Rush, I actually video my gameplay to look back on so that if in future I want to deposit, this will be a reminder to not use William Hill. After years of betting through this app, years of it being my only betting app. I’m appalled that they have rigged the bonus drop so that you don’t win anymore. The fact that so many people are having this issue, an issue which we are al in the same boat, never winning at least free spins anymore, especially after years of winning everyday… the fact this is happening to many people, shows that if they can rig the free games, they can also rig the big games, slots etc. I won’t be using the app anymore. I have sent proof of ID, proof of address, now they want a bank statement and a photograph of me holding it! Why do they want all this now? Customer services awful.6 days trying to get £10 deposit back that failed and been lied to daily. Told it be credited to balance within 24 hours, then told be another 24 hours, then told it been declined and they would return it once provided information, then told it been returned and must be bank error, to then be told they not returned it as they did not have the details to return it.

After 40 years of betting with William Hill in their shops, telephone and on the App, they have closed my account with no warning whatsoever. They were fined £19,000,000 by the regulator for not verifying accounts in the correct manner. Next thing I know they closed my account because I’ve been winning. Not a coincidence every single review on this page is negative. This site has dramatically lowers tge RTP making it impossible to win. The so called Bonus Drop promotion is now a fraud. I have had 46 land in an “X” in a row. The cumulative odds on that are 486587/1 yet the customer services team insist it is random and purely down to luck. This is a sham. It is a con. It is a TOTAL FRAUD.
