I have had many many loses using william hill and I had 2 days of winning 90 and 70 so my account was reviewed and they stopped all my promotions absolute joke, and when I asked why i got told its down to safer gambling rules then they cut me off. The app is so slow and the customer service is diabolical, the worst betting app for sure!!!

After waiting for over two weeks my account is still locked and trail has gone dead. No email, no phone call, standard cut and paste answers. This relates to one of their bookmaker shops in Leamington Spa, and also their internal betting shop at Warwick Race Course, they robbed me of a winning bet by refusing it at Warwick races last year, and just last week, they robbed me of a winning bet at their Leamington Spa shop, both my bets were legitimate and produced on time at the counter, in all I’ve lost 50, it might not sound a lot, but multiply that be how many others are suffering. So this is a warning to be aware.

Used William Hill for many years no problems until yesterday night. Would not let me withdrawal my winnings and said I need to verify myself and send over images of documments. ? Why? I’m already varified and used william hill for years without issues. My dad uses this also and has not had to go through this so why have I. I beleive its because they dont like me cashing my winnings from bets they provide. Wont be using again

William Hill suspended my account in error. After being told for nearly 3 weeks that I would be contacted by phone or e-mail, I used the resolver process as advised by the Gambling Commission. The agent who replied obviously didn’t read my complaint at all as their reply was just cut-and-paste of standard answers regarding game fairness. Nothing to do with my account being suspended. I now have to wait again while they reply to me and my account is still suspended. Until it is re-opened, I cannot withdraw my money.

William Hill suspended my account without warning and they later admitted it was done in error. It was confirmed to me today that this was because I had raised a complaint and it was for my own safety while the complaint was being investigated. Since then they have said that I will get an e-mail and then more recently this has changed to a phone call, although for the last two weeks no-one has contacted me. I contacted the twitter live chat and they have said that there is a security issue and that i need to contact live chat. When you speak to live chat, you wait about an hour to speak to a supervisor. If the supervisor can’t answer your questions then they end the chat and make you start the whole process again which wastes more time. It’s the 2nd worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are quite happy to lie to you to get you off the line and don’t seem to care that they are restricting people’s access to their own money.

Ive been playing with William hill for a few years, at first it honesty wasnt that bad, but Ive got to say over the last year its been diabolical, very little pay out, even when you do eventually get onto a bonus round, payouts are crazy low, if you asked me 2yrs ago if I would recommend this site it would be a definite yes, but now, seriously go elsewhere, unibet/ doctorbet are reasonable, but William hill is just not worth playing your money on! Recently joined their website and they placed a small minium restriction amount I can bet. When I got in touch with their barely alive chat. I was told their trading team had placed restrictions on my account but couldn’t tell me the reasons. This is really poor customer service from William Hill

William Hill software is Designed to crash into each other. Beware recreational players as in my experience the pros get all the run good. The last 8 to 10 50% to 50% all went in the pros favour. Anybody noticed a huge change in this scam company since they the massive fine they received? Nothing pays at all , every game takes 100s of spins then pays nothing . I have been a customer with this lot for over 15 years. In the past 3 weeks I have been locked out of my account 4 times, having to contact the automated customer service chat. I keep asking why I am being locked out so often, no acknowledgement of my question. I’m finished with them, there are plenty of other companies out there who actually have customer support.

I agree with the comments about William Hill support. They no longer have email support – they only have ‘live chat’ but even that is not live. It is a virtual assistant. If you ask to chat with a real person, they take ages to get back to you.It is abysmal customer service for a company of that size.

Up to their old tricks again suspend games at the end. I put a team to draw, and in stoppage time they equalized, hills suspended it indefinitely and no option for CASHOUT.. and low and behold another goal is scored. Other bookies like Betfair dont do this. Be very careful. Also they have made the bonus drop a loser everyday now whereas before used to win frequently. Willhill has really gone to the dogs, I have been with them for over 10 years but Im at the end of my tether..

Account suspended. Only trying to withdraw to my bank account. They’ve been telling me for 2 months to expect an email. None has arrived. Their livechat takes around 2 hours+ to load. William hill is by far the most forged and corrupt. It’s not fair to customers that they have had for years. Inside info on there free promo games. The new daily bonus drop is the worst ever since it’s been revamped. Chance of winning on it are minus 0.1% if you’re lucky. What a complete waste of time! In a period of 4 weeks I was successful once in obtaining a bonus of 5 free spins and this was over 28 days. So disappointed and am sure William Hill can do better than that with their turnover.

Poor customer service and complaints department.Complained about a technical issue for my account. Spoke to several agents (customer service title). They were a combination of dismissive, patronising and unhelpful. The ‘second opinion’ complaints department followed a similar approach.Suffice to say the problem remained unresolved and I closed my account. I was then advised that I couldn’t have my personal information erased for 10 years.

If I could give minus 100.I been customer for over 20 years but in last 2 years shocking.Always had best odds guaranteed on the horses then year ago told oh bet in the machines on shop you get bonuses etc which I have never seen then today 4 lucky 15 prices 6/5 went to 11/8. 4/1 went to 9/1 and 7/2 went to 4/1 all won and I got given 318 the standard prices then to be told they do not do best odds on the machines .I then had another bet as after the staff member called H/O. Very poor i played the 3 or 4 game and i guessed all 6 games to be correct with 3 or 4 goals. and it states that you get 200 in free bets…. well that is a lie because all i recieved was x4 25 free bets what a joke.
