I’ve nothing of any good reviews when all I end up with is empty pockets and nothing of any winnings on slots .Yesterday at this Branch Tollcross and today at this William Hill Westmuir Street Parkhead. I lost 200 pounds yesterday at Tollcross and 80 pounds today at Westmuir Street Parkhead .Between yesterday and today apart from 20 pounds almost 300 out of my Benefits.Today I thought my luck was about to change be in when I got an extra 27 free shots . Those 27 free shots and the 80 pounds I played only to end up with the same as yesterday empty pockets and no money no messages. That was me playing at Tollcross and Parkhead. This review is about the WH Betting TV service, which is chaotic for any user! The greyhound service has to compete with normal horseracing and their virtual races, with often no opportunity to see the greyhounds parade before entering the boxes. That leaves those of us who prefer to see the animal we are supporting.It would surely make a lot more sense if WH had a dedicated greyhound channel TV where there is an adequate parade of greyhounds as is the requirement at the tracks, and WH would surely benefit from a greater volume of betting. I, myself, have missed countless betting opportunities through the amount of competition the greyhound service faces. The boast is by WH that every race is shown, but that is not true. Many suffer also from reduced coverage, or not being covered. I find this dismissive lack of concern by a bookmaker to be an astonishing lack of understanding. What human beings need is to be treated maturely. WH would surely benefit from such a policy, instead of treating us like fools who don’t deserve to be presented with true betting opportunities. Let us see the parades before the race in a way the animals can be seen. Then we will bet more!

They are a good company up until they have decided you have won too much money. Then they lock your account ‘due to multiple accounts’ and make you jump through many hoops to try withdraw it.I have seen hundreds of other people be told the same excuse before their money is withheld. AVOID

Another thieving betting app. Cash out was unavailable for several minutes with a 403 error (website error not my phone) until the bet ended, disguising blatant robbery with an error code is just a pathetic low life tactic. Absolutely taking the p### I had an online account with them for around a year when I tried to log on today was blocked and told my account had been closed after hours of chat trying to get my money back which was in the account was told I had to give them photos of my bank account and to get a photo of me holding my passport and driving licence both of which I informed them I dont have then I was passed to a supervisor who didnt bother to answer I them got through 3 hours later and was told they would just leave my balance of around 40 in the account that I am locked out of

Reopening account. Nightmare. Endless sending documents. Done it 3 times now. They confirm I am now verified. But still cannot log in. So I called up customer services. They dont handle phone calls about verification any more, so phone goes dead. So I try chat bot firing generic stupid suggestions. Finally through to human. Human says he will take care of it then and there. I upload documents in the chat. Hes says the quality is too blurry. Got banned from playing free games obviously because I’ve never deposited any of my own money but have won 300+ on free games. Went to ‘contact us’ several times – the 1st 3 times I was told a supervisor would deal with explaining to me why and the supervisor just never appeared on the chat. Since then the agents are now closing the conversation. I simply want them to admit its because saying ‘the bookie always wins’ definitely does not apply in my case as I have been bearing the bookie. I created an account about a year ago, deposited my money and then I get asked for verification after the fact. I’ve sent them more details than I needed to send my solicitors when taking out a ducking mortgage! The people who are on the verification team can’t seem to connect the dots, they just request more and more information. I gave my passport, driver’s licence, multiple bank statements from multiple banks, credit card statements, wrote my username down, all of the above with selfies as well, my payslips for Christ’s sake.Still frick all. I then asked to have someone higher up take a look because I was hoping someone with a brain cell could just check the box that confirmed who I am. But no. Tested these properly tonight. 10p stakes hit a bonus after 8 spins won 1.20.. 10 more spins later another bonus won 3.44 raised my stake to 20p 15 spins hit another bonus won 2.24. I was unlucky enough to “win” their “FREE or 4” promotion, correctly guessing 6 games with 3 or 4 goals. 200 in free bets were credited to my account, great..! Then they suspended my account to ‘verify’ my details. This has been going on for months even though I have provided all the overly intrusive demands for photos of this, that and the other. The free bets have now expired and I still do not have access to my account that has a balance of over 150. Can only contact via “LIVE chat”, which is not actually live, call centre scripted responses asking for the same things and if you are put through to a supervisor the chat bot “breaks”. Wanted to add that deposit was easy but they are asking ridiculous requirements for verification that other online gambling sites don’t.
