do not bet with william hill!! they are the worst company ever who stole my money and wont return my winnings!! thisisgambling.com have an open court case against them in order to help me get my money back. i also spoke to thisisgambling.com and they told me that they have many clients like myself contact them regarding william hill stealing money, which proves this is a common issue that william hill gets away with.

Bookmakers have for years claimed that the number the ball lands on in this game is completely random & they all have an equal chance of landing…i now know for certain that this isn't the case. I'm not being a sore loser here because if you study it closely there's often very small, almost imperceptible changes in the speed of the ball and/or the movement of the wheel as they spin that ensures it lands just where they want it to. I always make sure i cover all the numbers in some way but far too many times now the stuttering i mentioned has ensured the ball landed on the worst possible number for me. I'd suspected this for a long time but those magnifying blue-light blocking glasses i just bought for using with computer screens have made it blatantly obvious. NEVER again.

Good site not bad like some but also not the best ,doesn't give a free bet each week for staking an amount so its not my 1st choice for that reason,also doesn't give goal notifications which is crazy these days ,apart from that a decent site just not my preferred for the reasons above

I must admit William Hill was my favorite gambling site at one time. I have spent thousands with them over the years. I used to have a favorites game slot page on the site but have noticed they have now removed this page now so I have to always try and remember the names of the slots and search which I hate. I just want to go straight to a slot with no messing about. Also I have noticed that if the slot can pay out big time they remove it. Monopoly Big Event and I love kittens gave massive wins and they removed both and i played them often. I still put money on from time to time with them but no where near to what I used to which is a shame as I play on other sites now where they have these slot games and more of a variety and also a favorites page! What I will say about William hill is if you do win they pay out on the same day and are reliable so I won't write them off just yet totally. I will still put on money but not like I used to.

There is a definite need to review the "cash-in" situation. All bets in all different leagues etc are offered BUT, if a bet is struck with one of the lower leagues or obscure league teams involved, no "cash-in" is offered and a "cash-in suspension" notice is issued in the "my bets" section, especially in accas. Games where cash-in is available should be identified in the daily list or coloured differently or something similar, so that punters know where cash-ins will be available in play, before they place a bet.

Great choice of sports bets – certainly as far as football goes, plus promotions are plentiful and well worth having – WH are way ahead of most other betting sites in this respect. Have never had any issues with settled bets or withdrawals in 10+ years with them. First class.

Very bad experience with customer service and their tech team.
They give you the option to cash out, the cash out doesn’t work.. you raise it with them and don’t hear anything back..it’s been a month now since I reported it to them, provided all the screenshots and details and haven’t heard anything back!! Every time I ask for an update al I hear is “we will contact you via email when we have any updates”. Never happened. Very poor service.

The site told me a football match score was 2-1 , I placed a bet as the odds were great. Won the bet, they refused to pay me the money, a day later the score had changed for the opposite team 1-2, even if the mistake came from the football match, they miss-sold me the bet and wouldn't pay out, they wouldn't even give me the money back for the bet i had made.

Honestly stay away!!! Slots are garbage! They either quick spin or lag and the chances of a board is next to zero and if you do get one don’t expect a pay out! When I spoke with the fella on live chat and explained the situation his response was…we may not have the perfect website but I assure you we are doing our best to give you an exciting gaming experience!! Horrendous game play on slots. The more you wager the worse the features are. You can wager 10 a spin and when you finally get a feature which is more rare than rocking horse poo…..you win 0 very often……that's NO WINS IN 11 SPINS AT LEAST. This keeps happening but then you go down to 1 a spin and if you are lucky or spend thousands and get a feature you can win 150 but big wins are NON EXISTANT.
Stay clear…..I have played 300 spins with NOT ONE FEATURE and hardly any wins above your stake money.
These sites now are all using the same producers of games and just completely abusing us all.
Gaming authorities should do a properly investigation into game play…..and that's not looking at their figures…..that should be play 1000 and see how bad the returns are over 7 days……they would be closed down overnight

Been waiting over 3 months for over 900 to go in my bank. Was 2600. Keep getting paid around 100 each week. When i ring they say go on live chat. The amount of times iv been on live chat is probably about 60 and im still waiting. They say its down to my bank then leave the chat. I took 160 out of another account 10 weeks ago and also still not in. I feel so angry i feel like going smashing 1 of their shops up. Disgraceful customer service. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE
