The worst company ever. I only place one bet eery 4 years and they are bad. In terms of customer services their level of incompetence has set a new record. I sent them the information they needed at least 20 times and they still could not get it right. It is a shambles. A total utter dissapointment

Did not withdraw any money for the past 2 years, requested deposit and withdrawal report, lost over 40k since I'm with them, its about 3 years.. They were good for a month or two, after that I kept losing. I think people should complain to gambling commission, as many will do as quicker they will close, or start paying properly.. this is crazy otherwise, you can't enjoy playing for your own money all the time, don't even give you much of casino money to play for a little longer. Also if you win once with them you lose 10 times after. I think they have settings on each account and they can change anyway they want.. And of course they will tell you that you have a gambling problem and would not offer even free bet or something like that.

This company is a lying, deceitful company. After being verified already, they kept asking for documents which I just sent them days ago. They will do their very best to stall big amounts so they can find any excuse not to pay quick. Their live chat are trained liars with no emotion or sense of justice.
If you are not from the UK beware as they will reverse your funds from pending withdrawal, with the hopes you play it. As they give you the feeling you won’t see that money into your bank account.
Your money will be hostage with them. Depositing money is easy and without problem. The moment you win and want to withdraw all hell breaks loose. They will keep asking you the same documents every time. Then tell you it’s verified (your account)
When you go to the live chat they will (again) ask you for the same documents which were already verified and approved.
If only I had read the reviews here before I deposited. But I trusted Askgamblers which I can’t anymore.
In the end a supervisor from William Hill asked for my documents again.. after being verified 2 times already and he reversed my withdrawals, which shouldn’t be possible..
Cause it already was gone from the “reverse withdrawal” section.
I despise this company and they should be investigated, but they will just get another pass won’t they?
Look at reviews around the net and you will find that they are doing this with a hella lot of people. Where are the people who should protect the online gamblers? Busy taking bribes I guess. Stay away from this nightmare people. I played with casinos with quick verification and payout within hours. They didn’t lie to me, not asking for the same documents day after day. Tell me I’m verified but can’t withdraw the money. This company is a scam. Maybe not to everyone? But that’s how scammers operate, scam some and pay some. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. Actually a fair site I have played on others Ladbrokes being the absolute worst and virgin not far behind but William hill is very good. I got the deposit bonus at 30x wager to play on slots and it was a fun experience the games lasted a long time and it wasn’t just eating spins as on other sites. I managed to meet the 30x wager and still win around 90 which was great. You obviously don’t win all the time and will probably lose more than you win as is gambling but the most important thing is that the games all seem fair I played around 8 different slots and got at least 1 bonus feature on all. Which is all you can ask for really, the enjoyment of actually playing. Well done William hill I wa starting to assume all online casinos where just there to take your money without any fun but you restored my faith. All in all a good site with good games and actually enjoyable to play. Would recommend this site more than any others

Absolute joke, played a game called sheba, landed the bonus and even had it retriggered, ended up with 27 spins and 25 spins ended up being dead spins, out of all the spins I ended up winning 80p, so if that isn't being rigged then god knows what is. Don't even bother playing that absolutely crap daily free bonus explorer game, that is absolutely rubbish, always get the same sequence, first two box picks are symbols, last three box picks are X boxes. Undoubtedly the worst thing I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to use. App is flawed and customer help is non-existent (waited 30 minutes with a simple request on their help chat before concluding it was futile). Really, really poor. Use a different provider instead.

Deposited 4000 euro via Skrill into William Hill and won another 4000. I asked for a withdrawal and it was in the “reverse withdrawal” section for a few days after sending them so many verification documents they kept asking me again and again to send the same documents. I was verified and had to send more documents after that which I already sent.
To me it felt like they were stalling the whole situation in the hopes that I would gamble it all away. After a while I came back checking and it was gone from the “reverse withdrawal section” went back to the live chat and they asked me for the same documents I sent twice now. Eventually I asked them to cancel my pending withdrawal which shouldn’t be possible due it already being out of the “reverse withdrawal section”
The supervisor canceled my withdrawal which is a scummy thing to do cause he knows that it shouldn’t be possible, they are hiding behind the UKGC rules that it only applies to UK based players. Canceling withdrawals that shouldn’t be canceled is in itself a predatory move from them.
In the end I lost all my funds. Other casinos I played with had fast verification and withdrawals with the money in my account after a few hours. William Hill stalled my payment on purpose. They should be out of business but corrupt officials will keep giving them a pass in exchange for money.
The no cancel withdrawal shouldn’t be for UK players only cause problem gamblers will be tempted to play with it. Instead withdraw it and if that person wants to deposit it again and lose it, that will be up to them.
If they hadn’t stalled my withdrawal and canceled it I wouldn’t lose the money.

for several months William Hill has deteriorated as a regular customer for several years who has been depositing money regularly, I can not win anything from bonuses, so I currently do not use their services and also a payout after 4 hours where other bookmakers offer a payout immediately no hard as they respect their own customers so customers will respect them I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have played on William Hill Poker for a very long time. About 3 months ago the chat function to chat to other players disappeared from my screen. I like having a chinwag with the other players so contacted customer service. I was told there was nothing that suggested I was blocked and they really didn't know why I couldn't talk to anyone. I talked to customer service 6 times…..the solutions I was offered where sometimes outlandish. From uninstalling and re installing to have you logged in to I send you a link to the main website and if you log in there it will be ok. Seriously? Not only seem the games to be rigged, customer service is useless. My 8 year old granddaughter could give better advice

This is my honest experience using William Hill. They entice you with very attractive promotional offers, having tried each and every offer. I have concluded that something is not right with the slots/gaming RTP, its almost as if theres a sneaky A.I put into the games to give you an extremely low edge. I was playing eyes of horus, big bad wolf amongst games. Must have had 40-50 spins on each without any significant winnings. Every time you make a profit, they'll send you more offers that just end up eating your money. I don't have this problem with Coral, Ladbrokes etc and the RTP of said bookies are acceptable. But William Hill, theres something really suspicious about their slots. How you justify giving a customer 50 dead spins. Don't tell us it's random, we're not stupid and something is going on behind the scenes. The ugly murky world of gambling, but I honestly can't say anything positive about William Hill.

’m just seeing if any one else has had so many issues with the William Hill betting app. I don’t bet much but when I do I swear they put some algorithms when you tried to place a bet. It’s almost as if it’s checking the odds of the bets your trying to place and then won’t let you place them. Then when I change them to bets that are pretty unlikely it allows it to go through every time. Customer service just says my WiFi is affecting my bets. What kind of BS is that.
Please let me know if you have experience any of this before because the last three weeks the bets I tried to make won every time😡. I mean every one of them.

A lot of bad reviews here, so I thought I'd write a good one. Earlier this week, I deposited just 10 and got a return of 300 on a game after only a few spins at 20p. That's a rare event with any bookmaker. Then I withdrew 200, which was in my bank account just a few hours later (that is quicker than normal).
