Bonus you get to choose 5 random squares. Apparently random yet every day you xhoose 5. 1st 2 choices has a symbol. Last 3 have crosses in them.random apparently. This should be reported as its fixed and no a bonus as its controlled !!!

anyone notice you can't get on line at william hill if you have W7 and use internet explorer and if you use google chrome like I did Saturday nothing worked, when they changed there site I went to there site in IE and it was the old version and good for a few days then It just won't let you in so looking for a change.

Robbing bast ards. Having had a few accumulators on football , couldn't cash out as matches that were completed would say they are still in play on the app. Some matches still showing as not started but when checking on flash score the games were in play. Go fu k yourselves bunch of robbin tw ats, I'm closing account and I've saved screenshots which I'm sending to the gambling commission.

William Hill new roulette is nowhere near as good. The old roulette table was excellent and one of the best out there. Why they have changed it is so terribly disappointing. The old roulette was enjoyable and this new one is nowhere as good. I hope they bring back the old one. Such a shame they replaced it with something so very less enjoyable.

I should have came to read your reviews before trying to join WILLIAN HILL, I have opened the account, with all those normal stuff, and place a deposit trough my e-wallet, but when trying to place bets, I realized restriction/limitations, and please be aware I only put 150 in the account.
Then I decided to talk with the customer service(online chat) another nightmare, the lad who were dealing with my case was Jam, he clearly did not know enough, he could have spent more time on training… I sent my passport ID, to my surprise to be able to withdraw my money, coz in this stage all I wanted was closing my account, then he has asked for photo verification, like the ones you take holding docs, for some KYC… before I was able to give that picture he told me that thy`re team accepted my passport as ID, exactly when I sent my pict holding a personal ID.
He could not even answer when I should get my money back in my e-wallet.
I really do not understand, why this guys makes so difficult the customers life, but I deeply understand
why they have so poor review, I`d say, this rate is way more then they deserves.
They are not even good in terms of odds, I wonder how to they are still a live?

Absolutely abysmal new betting slip. I struggled badly to navigate my way around it and gave up. It was a costly day for me. After many years as a customer I'm finding another online bookmaker. As are my family.

The new betslip is very badly broken. Reloads randomly and often, shows out of date info, won't add selections, claims no bets active (despite my other device showing my active bets). It's making the site unusable, so I'll back off for a day or two to see if they fix it. I'm not optimistic.

I advise against anyone registering on this site. I signed up on this site as a new customer and placed a 10 bet but unfortunately did not receive any free bets that the bookmaker is promising to new customers. The usual scam.

This evening I spoke to a colleague of mine who used to work in William hill management. I explained how I thought things were rigged and gave a few examples. He laughed and said I don’t know half of it. That people think that it is random and to an extent it is but that he had had the ability to Increase a persons chances of winning by adding or taking off something on a persons account. He said he was able to make sure a person never won at all or increase the chance. I asked how and he said he could not say.
They are dishonest people out to rip off problem gamblers.
The top gamblers are quickly restricted.
An untrustworthy company of thieves.

Fraud department is way too inflexible. Too many documents required in comparison to almost all other UK bookmakers. Dealing with their CS team is like speaking to robots who are not interested in the slightest in hearing what you have to say. William Hill locked my account after I won one bet. To re-open my account I now have to provide selfies with numerous documents and statements with transactions to WH on it. Of course I just opened an account with them. Therefore it will be another month before I receive a bank statement showing transactions to them. Thus I am locked out of my account for a month.

had a 300 pound bet on best of 3 games. Tried to cash out after game 1 for a nice tidy profit. Cash out would not work tried talking to customer services for over half hour with my proof. Did not care in the slightest as its in their favor! Will be going back to my normal betting sites

This must be one of the worst bookmaker, they regularly give cramped odds, they abolished the honoring of 'First past the post' even if your horse was disqualified, and to my horror, it is now apparent that some or all of their Shop Managers need re-training in how to settle bets following my recent misfortune to be told by two Shop Managers both managing two separate shops that my bet was a losing bet, despite my insistence it was a winner, and I even have a captured on camera image of William Hills own rules which back up my bet as a winning bet. I still have my bet slip in my wallet.

Really weird site. I play the slots/games on Sky Vegas and occasionally on Bet365 because it's fun AND if you check the volatility and RTP on each individual game you'll see that – unlike betting or 'live' casino gambling, there is usually anything from 93-97.9% RTP. Therefore, as long as you've got the money you can gamble away – having fun – and you eventually get an average of 95% of your money back. Actually, on other sites I actually have quite a few decent wins way above what I've put into a game, which I gladly take and then move onto another game. NOT with William Hill though. My goodness. It's spin after spin after spin with not even a crappy line wine let alone a bonus round, modifier or free games feature. It is sooo noticeably rigged in a way that other sites aren't. I got lured in with a bonus offer after having not touched it for about a year, but I think I'll be cutting my losses and setting a cooling off period to 'forever'. Real greed.

Leaving this review because I have noticed your games have changed lately. Payouts are very bad. All online casinos seem to be doing the same thing. It's not fun to play anymore!!

I am frustrated lately with wh. Everything I play roulette the cashier takes forever and by the time I'm back on I've missed my numbers. There seem to be continued loops or sequences which shouldn't happen if live. The lightenibg roulette especially only hits on numbers which don't seem to run in sequence so gives you the impression you have a chance of winning but that doesn't happen you may win after losing loads which really isn't a win rip off
