They helped me, the problem with ratings and why they’re so negative is that only those who have something bad to say are willing to do it as they’re angry whereas those (the many) which have good experiences with williamhill are content to continue their day!

How is it possible to play slots for days to no wins what so ever but when playing at another online casino i do win . Ok not all the time but at lease i win something and the reels are exciting when loosing . At william hill i have been noticing slots reels acting strang . When not winning a single thing at william hill . High rtp slots should be as they are advertised so if i play with 100 pounds on 1 slot at 1 pound plays you woukd expect to win something but no . You may win a little on low bets but never on high bets my advice stay away and play somewhere else , never once have i won a jackpot at william hill after playing here fir 6 years i now dont play here any more and find myself winning more at virgin games

This is perhaps more OPTA's fault but still… yesterday's offer was Zaha to have 2 shots on target. He did have, one around the 55th minute and later he scored a goal. It got settled as a loss, so I called them up.

The customer service agent and I had a little chat… he said it was a cross, not a shot. I asked "was it deflected?" Him: no. I asked "if the keeper hadn't have saved it, would it have went in?" He said 'yes'. Well there's your answer! He said "no, it didn't look like it was hit with enough conviction". I am absolutely amazed they can get away with this level of corruption.

Furthermore, the highlights on YouTube don't have the shot/supposed cross included, all the reviews don't mention it and the shot/supposed cross is also missing from the commentary on Flashscore. I will never back a shots on target bet again, I will never back anything which is subjective. I think this is a scandal, to be honest. I watched the game and it was a clear shot on target from a striker in the area, for god's sake.

I really think this is irrefutable evidence for corruption in the industry. OPTA need to be held to account. I think that the betting companies are colluding with OPTA.

Never bet on the 100/1 roulette in the shops. 120 spins covering 12 numbers not one come in, haha next door to the numbers 35 times. Absolute con artists. Stay off them.2 spins add up I was betting 4 spins went in the red 80 times so didn’t even spin so 40 spins cost 240 Be warned

It's 1 star as I can't give any less!!!! They are a diabolical company, clicked cash out on my bet and never got my winnings, went on live chat to be told I have to wait for a e-mail, got the e-mail 4 days later to be told I never clicked cash out, I know I did click it, they just try their best to stiff people out of their money! This is not the first time I've had dealings and been ripped off William Hill!!!

They were always one of my main bookmakers along with Paddy Power and Betfred, but now they have changed their Guaranteed Odds Policy, Its time to stick with Paddy Power. Guaranteed Odds only apply to bets placed the same day after 10am.

I will use Paddy Power as my main bookmaker now.

Just had my account closed to sports bets after placing 4 bets in 2 days all at 25p each way with an overall loss of 75p. Account closed by the sports trading dept apparently who will not elaborate as to why. I have now withdrawn the remainder of my money. I recommend anyone not to bother with them as there are plenty of other bookies out there willing have your business. Looks like they made a large loss to 1 Jan 19 – 716M on a t/O of 1621M, looks terminal especially if you don't want new customers.

Do not go with William Hill. If you start winning they will restrict your account and make it virtually impossible to open it up with a ridiculous verification system. I've submitted my documents 4 times on chat and the security team NEVER emailed me back to inform me of failure. So I would have to go back on chat to ask why I wasn't reverified. Then they say they won't accept my Monzo bank account statement and that I need to provide a bank statement from another bank with deposits from William Hill in the last 3 months. Which is IMPOSSIBLE. William Hill make me want to kill myself. I still have a ton of money on the account.

I opened an account this evening and they were happy to accept my deposit but then locked me out until I verified my identity, but the website wouldn’t allow me to verify and despite being told I would be on live chat within 28 seconds I am still waiting 3 hours later !! Goodbye deposit! Do not trust this site !

Honestly the worst betting shop ever! Please take my advice and don’t do them ‘question’ football betting slips in store.. picked 1 up yesterday, over 1 goal, 1 card & 5 corners in all Saturday’s 3pm EPL games.. all 3pm games have over 1 goal, 1 card and 5 corners but William Hill said it was a losing bet even though after checking stats from each game it’s correct. William Hill staff in store didn’t give a toss and just said make a complaint online even though it’s an in store slip not online lol. Honestly I’ve never known a better shop so bad to not pay out on their football slips!

Forced into giving this mob one star. My gripe is with customer services. They have not got a clue what they are talking about. I tell them how their rules work. I told their lady im taping my call for my protection purpose and small claims court action and she says do what i want 😁😁😁, filed claim today for 2800 pounds, thanks lady.
They havent got a clue what they are doing, legal papers on the way .

I made a new account and my account was somehow restricted from the beginning. Unable to wager more then 30 euros on a single bet. Needless to say, one of the biggest bookmakers out there is a joke.
