Never had a issue, this is why it’s 3 stars, yes the site isn’t perfect, it crashes and also the markets are limited, however the withdraws where normally fast, until the other day. I asked for money to be sent via “instant bank payment” same way I have always used, never a issue, also wasn’t my bank as I get money putting in daily so 100% was not my bank account. I was told my withdraw failed, I was then asked to send a bank statement with a IBAN nunber, I sent them 2 bank statements for my Halifax, (the account i use with them and they have on file) they said on your statement it does not show your IBAN number? I said and? That’s not my fault, not every bank account show the same of every account, there are about 250 different types of bank accounts, they seem to didn’t understand this. They then asked me for another bank statement with a IBAN number and I sent them one, they have now withdrawn my money via wire transfer which I did not ask for, I use Apple Pay, debit card and paysafecard, I said send the money to my Apple Pay or debit card they said no, to me something had happened there end and I have not changed anything whatsoever, nothing has changed for me, but apparently my withdraw to my same bank I’ve been using for years failed, anyway normally would have put 5 stars but this has put me off, oh by the way the withdraw still isn’t done, says sending to processor.
