I’ve had issues a couple of times when taking part in promos where I haven’t been given the free bets, despite my knowing I’d spent the relevant amount. Dimitar identified the issue today , so I know not to make the same mistake next time. Additionally, he offered a goodwill gesture despite this misunderstanding being down to me.

I don’t normally review gambling sites! But this one is shocking!!!! Gambled few hundred and then £10 here and there with nothing and then I win £80 I withdraw money in my bank within seconds!! But they blocked my account after withdrawing £80 LOL really over £80 when most 3x that

Would give 0 stars if I could, staff are extremely rude, managers refuse to talk to customers, odds are dreadful, so if you’re looking to bet on sports i would go elsewhere, dreadful bonuses too have to spend a fortune to get a £5 free bet, i would personally bet elsewhere

I don’t want to write blatantly false reviews. You can see the odds are higher than other bookmakers, no Best Odds Guaranteed, games are a total rip-off, so don’t make your employees write five-star reviews.

I’ve been helped twice now by the same chat agent and I feel he needs some recognition! I’ve chatted to a lot of agents via live chat and have never had my questions answered properly and politely until now. In the past, on other sites, I may as well have been speaking to a brick wall. He fixed the issue I had straight away and was polite, well mannered and literate! (which goes a long way). You need to employ more agents like GERRY!

What else can you ask for? Betting on football on 10Bet is phenomenal. Odds are mostly good, early payout is amazing and they have weekly free bet offers which are a nice bonus.

Although company’s think they are just wonderful giving a free bet, the customer has to spend so much before receiving such an incentive also the customer has to opt in which I personally find disgusting. Also the casino bonus is atrocious and not worth even taking notice.. bonus should be offered in good will and you certainly should not have to turn over 5 million times before receiving any winnings, always a cope out

90 pounds in over 2 days playing same game 20p a spin as soon as the bonus round went up to needing 1 more to get bonus.. I literally played 60 pounds with not 1 win not even 20p never seen anything like it. I have the downloaded spin by spin information in spreadsheet that is free to do on their website to back this up. I made a withdrawal of £1000 a few days ago but it never went into my account. I contacted them today and spoke to a guy called Peter who said he would look into it for me. Less than 30 minutes later I had an email from 10 bet to say they had sorted the issue and the money would be in my account soon. I checked my banking app and the money was in my account. Very quick and very helpful.

Waste of time unless you bet very small amounts. Played first couple of days of month, small amounts TO ME. Get account frozen until following month (3+week wait) – I’d only deposited/lost amount that represents less than MY daily wage.

Top worst casino of all time. AVOID at all costs! It’s manipulated. Dead spins, no bonus rounds. I literally spent £100 playing 0.20p a spin and didn’t have one single bonus. It’s so obvious I made a mistake to pay to see how rigged it is. In the end I managed to get my money back god knows how, bits it’s not fun, you will spend loads of money in order to get a very little pay out. Eventually the bonus rounds I had payed so little at one point I had 15 spins and didn’t pay anything. Please record your activity and send to gambling commission I don’t know about the other services but casino is a fraud.
