Used this site for a long time and spent quite a bit. All of a sudden without notification or even an email they stop bonuses on my account. Played their games section today played 519 spins @20p totalling £103.80, not even 1 bonus ! This seems to be a recurring theme on the site and they are to be avoided!!AVOID 10BET LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Won 420 on the 18th through drop and wins which gave me 5 free spins.. money still hasn't been credited to my balance almost 4 days later. Countless messages I have sent to either get no reply or that they are waiting in a response from the game provider and they will let me know when they do. Absolutely shocking . Well you win some you loose some. Only in this case you lose lose lose. Had a try no luck so gave it a break another and still no luck. Would give them zero stars if I could.
