Theres just no wins in sight.in 2 weeks.if your lucky to even see a bonus in a game.its always the very lowest paid.even the odd win is very low.if it changes il let you know.but so far its been very poor.well heres my update.they offered me 50 pound good will gesture with 10 times its wager.i just knew it would be impossible to complete due to no wins in over 2 weeks.i only managed 300 pound off wager.i had 36 pound in my acvount when in middle of game the whole 36.oo pound disapeared without warning when i inquired where it went.i was told i had managed to clear my 50 pound good will gesture .10 times the wager .they took the 36.oo to finish it. and i had no wins ????? Used 10 bet for a a few weeks and no different to some other sites. Quite happy to take your money then suspend account for no reason. Poor payouts on slots after a few hundred spent and the occasional small win. No reason for suspension after taking my money and I’m not contacting them as to why? Account closed my end and won’t use them again!

Always a little sceptical using a new bookmakers especially a lesser known one. The worry is will they make you jump through hoops or you see horror stories from customers claiming to have had winnings confiscated for no good reason.I deposited £50, had a win, asked for a withdrawal of £370, and WOW it actually landed in my PayPal account around ONE minute later. Absolute disgrace, 10days ago I contacted them as £30 had been paid through trustly, the payments were unsuccessful but still taken from my account and not returned, I contacted them to be told to give it a few days, then I contacted them again , no emails as they said they were sending , I then even received in my online chat messages that the operator was sending to another conversation by mistake, they then said they didn’t have the funds . So I contacted my bank who said they were successfully paid out to trustly so then contacted trustly and after another week of waiting was told the funds were paid to 10 bet in the 16th, the day they said they didn’t have them, so nearly two weeks of chasing and I still have not recieved my money back and am just fobbed off with emails they say are being sent , I have been told different waiting times by different operators, I have been told they didn’t have my money . I have been given other peoples messages and after 10 days am still no closer to getting my own money back. It’s an absolute joke. Thank his it wasn’t a large deposit. The service is not what you should be receiving they contradict themselves. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I have lost hours and been inconvenienced chasing monies they said they didn’t have to only be told by trustly that they successfully sent the payment to 10bet on the 16th of March.

I made a complain,i asked my SAR and neither i received a reply for my complain nor for the SAR.I still didn’t want to go with Gambling Commission,getting in touch with my local MP or taking legal action but as i see i will have to deal with ignorance.SAR has 30 days time limit but i know it can be done earlier.I was asked 50 times each verification about my source and NOTHING IS ILLEGAL but draining my sisters finance.It is my fault and i will live with it BUT each company i provided those details they closed my account at first verifications,i already add them on files.This ignorance will cost you guys lots of money or even licence.

Update: after eventually depositing a significant amount. But did win a reasonable amount. So changed to 3 stars. Super fast withdrawal, in account within an hour . What a terrible casino, I deposited 100, 30 pence stake , so that is 333 spins, won 20 pence, and no bonus whatsoever, I’ve never know anything like it. Signed up to more than 50+ online casinos, this has got to be the worst of them all. I don’t mind losing as long as I get a little bonus here and there, get some enjoyment out of it. I am 10Bet customer over 4 years and i am very well known there.Till 2021 everything was ok and i had really stressless life but wind turned over and i start to go down,divorced,business went down(covid etc)and only thing let me calm was gambling.I did open many accounts with other bookies(which i sent all details to my lawyer)and the moment they saw my income is from abroad,they closed the account straight away because they cant trace it.BUT 10Bet keep allowing me gamble,in Turkey i did try to commit suicide(i have my therapist report)my sister keep selling the properties and just giving me the money.They KNEW i gamble 8am till 3am and they KNEW i am not entertaining(but of course i had to say that)they knew my business in the UK is gone.I did try to close the account they kept offering large bonus to keep me in.If I win they allow me gamble and when they get my winnings back my account was blocked again.Last week they blocked my account and they re-opened until i loose another couple of thousands.I lawyered up and i will get in touch with gambling commission and my local MP.I have all the chat stories with my previous managers i closed my acount they offer free bet,i self-exluded straight again before the day i got message.I even gambled 1 year in restricted area without VPN(last year)and they have zero checks.My money is not dirty ALL SELLING PROPERTIES by my sister to keep me sane.I will get slap on the shoulder but 10Bet will pay more than last years £620K for sure and if not licence removal.As my lawyer said i fit in perfect VULNARABLE customer profile and 10bet took advantage of me,i am not mentally stable and all other bookies closed my account in a 3 months except 10bet.Ps:Why i write here first because i know the bosses are reading it.H.U.A

Pros: Lots of promotions; very nice-looking website and very nice illustrations on the website banners; easy in-play betting; had no problem with verification.Cons: Website can sometimes be slow to log in; usually have to bet at least 6x more than the free bet value in real money to qualify for FBs; no easy way to view settled bets.The pros do outweigh the cons. Decent site.

Utter shi*e, won 600 quid, on NFL on one bet ultimately after a lot of winners and losses. After this I am now dubbed a winner, which was backing a 2-1 shot to win a conference, and am now restricted to 20 pence or so as a result on all sports. Avoid like the plague. These nazis will then dictate to you, without telling you, that your account is restricted, no manners as a basic, and then keep the money you deposited for an extra amount of time, for no real reason. Unfit to have a licence, but feel free to have a go at their shi*e casino.
