I’ve never been moved to review an online casino for positive reasons, but credit where it’s due.10Bet has been a revelation. I’ve got realistic expectations for the most part. I’ve played on many sites. I don’t have crazy conspiracies about cheating and fixing. I know the games have a mathematical edge and all the sites need to make money is time and volume of play. But eventually, most sites will disappoint for one of two reasons. Withholding your money arbitrarily or terrible service. I say arbitrarily holding your money because some sites will tell you they have necessary “checks” they need to perform before they can release your money. When you ask them what check could possibly take days or longer, they will tell you “very important checks”. Yes, but what checks? “Very, very important checks that take 2 days minimum”. Sigh… it’s all very annoying. Again, I’m not spouting crazed conspiracy ideas, I know exactly they need to verify who I am, how old and where in the world I am. These are all done by the time you compete your first withdrawal. After that, and there ongoing, they need to make sure you’re not abusing the promo system, colluding, cheating, money laundering or using your casino account to finance a terrorist organisation (legit, I kid you not). But here’s the thing. A computer can analyse all this and give you a green light in a nano-second. So, no there are no “very important checks” that take 2 days.I say terrible service because I’m, for the most part, a 20p slots player. They’ve got high rollers to look after. So, for instance, when my promotion doesn’t work and I had done something wrong – maybe I used the wrong deposit button, or forgot to input a code – I usually just get stonewalled. Sure, they could just give it to me. What’s £2.50 worth of free spins to this giant organisation. But nope. 20p slot players don’t get goodwill.Online casino’s are truly an anomaly. So in reality, with near never-ending business for zero effort, why would they even bother to offer great service? Service costs money and comes off the bottom line. This incredibly long-winded build up was intended to put in context just how special 10bet is. What incredible customer service they provide. Always friendly, always helpful, and they’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once. It makes me feel valued as a player. It makes me feel like they care about retaining me as a player, even though I’m a 20p slots playing minnow and one thousand players like me are dwarfed by the action offered by a single high roller. Truly unique. Normal in any other industry where you have your favourite brands and stick with them, but in the online casino world, unique.Special mention by name to Plamen, George, Antoniya and Hristo, who have all helped me at one time or another and have all been fabulous. I hope someone at 10bet reads this and can acknowledge these ambassador’s for their company.It gets even better. No fuss almost instant withdrawals. They are open and honest there’s no-one working in the wee hours, so if you cash out at 3 or 4 am, you’re just gonna have to wait till someone rocks in to work and has had their coffee and can start trawling through the backlog of withdrawal requests. The only reason I play anywhere else at all anymore is the game selection. 10bet have a choice of games that I’ve not seen anywhere else. Loads of really cool games I’ve discovered. But, sometimes I do just want to hit some of the more standard slot games, the standard UK market fair, and there’s a fair to middling chance it won’t be on 10bet. Not a criticism, love the unique game selection, just an observation explaining why I still bother to deposit my money on any other site after raving about this one so much!

I’ve been using 10bet for a while now but i’ve became increasingly annoyed with them. Firstly when i qualify for a bonus like bet 200 get a free bet i have to constantly message them for them to pay me the bonus. Also there cashout system is poor for example i had a bet on the football over the weekend all my bets were winning or had won except one leg which was 2-2 on every other provider you would be offered a decent cashout but not on 10bet i was offered nothing. This has happened many times. So that begs the question are they in the know about something can they see into the future??? So after growing frustrated again i complained i spoke to an agent called george and said i was considering deleting my account to which he replied okay just say yes to confirm and i will delete it now. Is this how you make a customer who spends their money with you feel valued 10bet?

I was allowed to deposit £350 despite setting a £250 limit, wasnt best pleased about it but then I got lucky and won £2500, happy days you would think. I then went to withdraw the money and have had 2 days of corrospondence asking for document after document including selfies with passports etc. Still refusing to pay and now have closed my account down and requested a video call which i DO NOT want to do nor should i have to. They would not let me give them 1 star so had to give 4 if they had a zero rating they would have got that opend the account on the Monday so Thursday I put £10just to have a little bet for fun but ended up winning 3,500 to my shock as I never win so I put a withdrawal request in so send all my documents in ie.. drivers licence utility bill passport that all git verified then tried to log bk Into my account but had been suspended so phoned then they wanted to Skype video call me which I did so they could see it was same person on my drivers licence as they were talking to me then after several hours got £10 refund and an email saying they have suspended my account an I wasn’t getting my withdrawal telling me it was there final decision with no explanation so tried to call them again but they must have blocked me is this right ?? Can they really do this after all the verification is there any one who can help me with this it’s really not fair they took my money but wouldn’t pay out when I won

They do not value your custom other bookmakers give you more freebets. They have offers like spend £200 on sports betting over the space of a few days and you will get a free bet. The problem is you have to chase them for it and £200 is too much. Also when you complain they ignore you and customer service dont get back to you. Also their cash out doesnt work suspiciously i had an acca all games had won apart from one they were winning 2-1 yet i still wasnt offered a cashout ive never known anything like this .
