They emailed me about the soccer season starting and it contained no offers or specials . They’ve taken away match betting on the horses as well. Oh and there’s no live pictures of the horsesI find it very suspicious that there’s a lot of 5 star reviews who only praise the customer service. No mention of the poor odds

Never use this site. Absolute cheats. They refused my bet because they thought it might win. Then of course it did win. So I missed out on a lot of money. Not fair bookmakers, they only want to take your money. I’ll be having them closed down

Worst gambling experience I’ve had in 8 years. Deposited £1700 without issue whatsoever, turned £500 into £4.7K and account was blocked straight away – without warning nor correspondence from the team. Fast forward a month and still no luck with withdrawing, I have provided all verification docs in line with gambling commission requirements. They insist on a video call to verify identity – because I am a girl… I agree but would like to know the questions asked beforehand and they refuse/ignore my emails. They won’t even process the withdrawal of my initial monies deposited. They are scandalous and sexist and will do everything they can to withhold funds. Check their T’s and C’s – no reference to “her/she” throughout. Completely sexist and explains the discrimination and subjugation I have experienced throughout. Good luck getting through to a senior manager to resolve an issue.

Placed a horse bet only to find out they don’t do live streaming and had to watch it somewhere elseThey also don’t take bets on half the techs ltracks as they don’t have a license for them. The sports odds are not competitive at all. All you people giving them 5 stars should be embarrassed especially name checking people who work there

Awful, digusting and scandalous. The reviews on here are clearly paid, to be clear here, I played £50 on ONE slot and it returned the whole time only 5p…. Absolutely shocked, what has actually happened to gambling? It used to be fair where you would get something worthwhile back but no, they are now happy to be so obviously scamming. Your rating is only high because you get genuine bad reviews taken offline.Even the 5 star reviews constantly name check specific employees and say how great the customer service team is but you’re a bookmaker and nobody ever mentions no live stream for horses or other sports and mediocre sports oddsNo doubt you’ll rush to get this taken off

My daughter signed up got electronically verified, deposited bet and won, 2 weeks later only after she withdrew she received an email stating “To withdraw your winnings, simply verify your account right here. Please prepare the following documents”This is clearly against the UKGC rules which state “A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier”She obviously sent the docs and now they are stalling saying they can’t read them ( they are crystal clear ) asking for more selfies and saying she also needs to wait til next month when her bank statement comes through showing the deposit to 10bet. Disgusting tactics we are mid IBAS complaint. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTSso what do you say 10bet??? Or will you avoid the question and the fact you are breaking UKGC rules in the hope we give up like you try with soooo many customers???

Hello,Signed up for the site after reading amazing reviews from here about it. I heard it had a good VIP program, allowed for high stake bettors and was a good place overall.Deposit £1000 on the 05/04, placed a bet of £500 at 1.20 odds on that same night on a volleyball game. It won. Woke up the next morning wanting to place another bet on another game, got a message saying my maximum allowed winning is £0.01.Asked support, they said it was a trader’s decision.. wonderful.I’m not a winning bettor on other sites, and I wanted to enjoy a product but I guess they don’t want that.

Been using 10Bet for a little while and I like it a lot. The promotions are really good and the Live Chat team were helpful, when I had need to contact them (thank you, Martina!). My only issue is that when you ‘opt in’ to promotions, it’s not obvious that you’ve done it because the ‘opt in’ button doesn’t change (although I know you do get a pop-up confirmation). If that could be resolved though… 5 stars!

I just registered,and made £10 deposit,but I couldn’t use it,or withdraw until I’m not verified.OK,some site need verification first.But why 10bet even let you make deposit,but you can’t do anything until they verify you??I think it’s not fair..I contacted customer service,they said they will send the fund back,I’ll see when it’s gonna happening…Update: They verified my documents for next day,and I was able to withdraw my money.

Open an account and managed to win a small amount of money logged in to have a bet on a horse and it came up that the most they would accept was 1p yes that’s right one penny waste of time.

They are a joke, ask you to upload copy of id and a proof of address like you are registering to marry someone or for a mortgage!! and when you do it they keep saying id photo is not clear. I don’t know why would anyone even need to go through this.Definitely deleted them from my betting dictionary

Recently just opened an account So far so good some nice wins and managed an withdrawal plenty of good games only thing once I made the withdrawal I was blocked from making deposits which I don’t understand because my account is showing electronically verified and I also sent all requested documents. 10Bet let me to open an account, I placed one bet then they removed all promotions from the account without advising me, so I was not permitted to complete the new account opening offer, which is one of the reasons I opened an account! They even sent me an email offering me a “10 day anniversary free bet” but they had already removed any promotions from my account! AND they sent me an invitation to complete a trust pilot review!!! What a joke! Which is a shame as I rather liked the layout of their website and did think it was very user-friendly, not that they actually wanted me to use their site!

Please avoid this company. i made a deposit of £5000 over two weeks ago but as I was then unable to place the bet I wanted to I tried to withdraw my money. My account was then blocked, my phone number is now blocked after customer service decided to end my call and the e-mails have dried up and i have still to see my money. Seems this happens to many people (look at the reviews of 10bet.com). Now progressing down the complaints route with the help of a lawyer. Will update on here as soon as i have further news.

I’m a new customer and played with £80 but won nothing. So far my experience with 10bet has been terrible compared to other well known sites. 10bet has literally been take take take and I’ve not experienced that with any other casino site so I closed my 10bet account. They are absolutely rubbish. I would give zero stars if possible. Save your money and stay away from this site.

Dodgy.Seemed ok, but failed to respond to a self exclusion request. Then claimed not to have received it (despite being sent proof). Anyway, just be careful. Use at your own risk.

Dangerous!!!Don’t adhere to social responsibility guidelines. Not blocked by blocking software such as bet-blocker. Ignore self exclusion requests, then deny receiving such requests. Reported to regulator.

Beware!!!They don’t respond to self exclusion requests. They also claim not to receive emails, despite evidence to the contrary, and despite managing to receive every other email.Very dangerous site. I will not give up on fairness. Don’t care about ££s… but I do do care about fair treatment.

Poor responsible gambling treatment.As a recovering gambling addict, I use bet blocker on my phone (this site does not get blocked!!) as such I had a lapse.I then contacted them to self exclude, which they failed to do, allowing me to deposit/gamble 24hours later.Still no reply from them. I am in contact with gambling commission to provide screenshots/documentation.
