“Nanny” was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift £500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months’ bank statements showing £15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. I opened 888 account with €100 saying I get €100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didn’t accept it so I play won €700 but was not able to take it out. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 ? I played £11 of the £88 i won £45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. I have won £8k on other sites. 777.con and 888.con (yes con) are rubbish. Both connected. See there rating and read reviews and stay clear. Close these people down. Start a vote. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but that’s just me.

Absolutely shocking casino. I have been with them around a year. I made a withdrawal of £80 but then they required extra verification procedures. It’s just a sham of a company.
