Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Green – the steal your money and use thier “service” to prolong the tricket so i give up.such a bad exeperince, i will allways do my best to never recommend anyone to use a cent on thier site.

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn’t accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people’s reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don’t bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past… and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can’t withdraw my money) for support you can’t talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query “we will send you an email”.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn't see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.

Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.

A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see.

Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout.

They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently "a relivant department" will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

By the sounds of it, others have had the exact same problem as me. They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn't even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can't provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so.

As they haven't given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend £100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it's not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.
