Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn’t select when put bet on quick before race and couldn’t check. They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. Going to stop placing sports bets with coral now as they have stopped all gaming promotions I enjoyed playing the slots tournaments even though you never win also liked playing the grabber game which was also not that good but when there is no sport promotions what is the point, where is my reward for betting with you? I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. I cannot stress this enough.Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments. All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.
