Editing my last post, i put 2000$ on and actually withdrew 1300$ without problem with just a drivers license verifiedbut now i just withdrew my last 1000$ to see if they’d let you actually take profit from the siteand i got an email needing more cofirmation, weird how i can withdraw fine when im not in profit, now that i made 300$ i need more documents, will update further on if my bank statement gets verified or if they’re going to make it hell to get 300$ profit from them

PLEASE AVOID !! PLEASE AVOID !! I gambled with Mr Green for a while nearly a year. The returns were never fantastic but I convinced myself ( as we all do ) that my luck would have to change.In 1 session I spent £1500 with absolutely no win bigger than £100.This return is appalling !! I understand completely that I’m the fool in this but I urge others to think twice before spending their hard earned cash with this site.To add insult to injury and after many months of only spending what I can afford; they, without notice place limits and restrictions on my account !! Whilst also asking me to provide proof of funds. I’m by no means rich but as a business man I’m more than able capable of budgeting my own money.After seeking advice and checking statistics i’m confident that after spending £1900 over just 2 periods of gambling I should of definitely seen a better return than £100 !! Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . The site is basic but if you just want to bet on sports it’s fine ,Only problem I find is when placing lucky 15s or patents it only gives you a max exposure so then I have to reduce the stake on my bet not a big deal as I usually loose any way ????I have found no issues whatsoever with payouts ? the withdrawals are brilliant I have withdrawn sometimes and it’s back in my bank within few hours which I love .no problems using site for me ?

I’m not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won’t lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don’t fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Don’t deposit any money you will not get it back! I signed up and received an email saying ‘Congratulations you’re fully verified. You can now deposit and withdraw funds as well as play and bet across all our exciting games and sports’. So I placed a bet with the welcome offer and won £20.50. I had an email the day after saying I wasn’t fully verified and they needed to be sent personal documents. I then tried to withdraw the money and they will not let me or even give my deposit back until I send these ‘personal documents’. Customer Service fobbed me off and so I closed my account and accepted the loss. DO NOT USE!

Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to “outright” markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a “six shooter”. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

Crap customer service. Placed a couple of bets with them. Won some money and went to bet on my team for this weekend. I was told I could only bet 87p. Went on live chat they said it was a tech error and they would get it fixed. I then received an email saying I was banned under their sites terms and conditions. Megan then sent me a link to their entire terms and conditions (there’s a lot). Without actually pointing me to what I’ve done wrong. Might as well not bothered to respond to me. Oh well. I’ll take my custom back to proper bookies. Since they can’t be asked to explain stuff properly. Not the end of the world cause I’m not much of a gambler but don’t appreciate rubbish customer service. i enjoy the occasional bet especially during lock down. I opened a game account for Betclic earlier this week. I did everything as requested i.e. I registered, I verified my account via email, I sent my document successfully. I won and tried to cash out 580 euros. The repatriation should have been completed by Betclic within 48 hours. However, this did not happen and at 60 hours I asked for the last time why my repatriation is still waiting in the state. Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldn’t waste any more money on.I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they don’t try this underhand tactic.

Closed my account, didn’t notify me and didn’t return my stakes. I hadn’t done anything untowards, my account was verified. When questioned they said it was within their terms to be able to terminate my account. Transparency is key, no reason and no notification. They would have kept my money but I’m currently pursuing them and will be reaching out to the gambling commission. Avoid these and bet with more reputable bookmakers.

Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

Been using Redzone for over a year and they are possibly one of the least competent firms available. Customer service via live chat is totally useless and unable to help if you have anything beyond the most basic issues. Taken over 48 hours to get a bet correctly paid out when they settled a winner as a loser, no idea why the bet was settled as a loser in first place and even less idea why it takes so long to resolve such a basic issue – customer service said that this issue will take “at least a day” to fix. There’s loads of more reputable betting firms available (most of whom take customer service seriously) so don’t waste your time with this lot.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn’t understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn’t let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn’t belong to them? I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as “initiated” and not “active”. I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it. I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!The reason they gave was “You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you’ve placed a bet, I can’t activate your bonus.” Uhh, what?It was only after I said I’ll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they’ll make an exception. Tried to register with them, they required a bank statement and driving license. A bit pushy but alright they’re not the only bookie that requires that and I can see why they would, so I submit the documents and two days later I get an email saying they have been rejected because they don’t accept the high resolution colour scanned documents and want photos instead? BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM GUTS i only won £250 and they closed my account saying it was a business decision. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesn’t state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. Stressful experience. Provided all ID documents as required. They then blocked my account and had to answer questions about my experience with gambling. They then unlocked my account and after winning a few times with Sportpesa, and made a few withdrawals and deposits, I decided to deposit some more money and play this morning. They suspended my account whilst playing an online casino game. Checked my emails and they sent me one asking for source of wealth information requiring bank Statements and wage slips. They should clearly have information on their systems that I won a large amount of money from them very recently and have clearly deposited less money than what I have actually won with them. To me they are clearly trying to make excuses and as hard as possible to not pay out my recent pending withdrawals and haven’t a clue what they are doing. So the request is unnecessary. This is the second time they have blocked my account in my opinion for no reason and certainly wont be using them again. Appalling customer service and clearly dont want my custom.
