Really disappointing experience so far with redzonesports, I joined the site on Tuesday, however didnt deposit until today, following a short run of some successful sports bets I tried to log in, it stated 'access denied - contact support' following an hour long chat the account is apparently frozen following a 'general inspection' and the account therefore now requires reviewing before they will reactivate the account. Really frustrating having only been with them for three days and making only one deposit!They didnt/havent emailed me since locking the account to explain or request any information and i have been advised to wait up to 48 hours for a response relating to the account being reactivated. I will update my review accordingly when a resolution is reached.

Been using this site for a few days now had a problem with getting payment from winnings one email to customer service and it was sorted within hours . I must commend this company for their fast response I also had another issue which was sorted within an hour . I defiantly cannot fault. Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. Definitely 5 stars from me .

The absolute vermin of online gambling. Refused repeated withdrawals saying "our system is down, give us the details and we'll do it manually" only to not do it and ignore me. The scum of the earth this lot. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Awesome website, very easy on the eye and loads real fast. For punters who only like live betting, I strongly recommend this bookmaker. They have some pretty good betting offers and offer great odds. The only issue I have with them is their customer service, their support is really poor.

Looks like a great platform. I'd play again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Odds aren't as good as other providers but it has a good casino section. Looks like things have changed as it used to be a great site.

Received an offer via email to place a £20 bet on the champions league matches on Tuesday and receive a free £10 bet. I only had £10 in my account so made a deposit of £10 and placed my bet. The bet lost, but at least I had the free £10 bet. At least thats what I thought, until I tried to log in and found my account had been suspended. When I queried with customer support I was told that my account had been closed due to a business decision and that I would not receive my free bet. When I requested the balance of my account to be returned, they said I needed to provide my bank details in order to get my £0.50 returned by bank transfer. I told them to keep it. Totally unacceptable to make an offer, accept the bet and then not honor the offer.

Avoid the slots promotions at all costs, they all have unrealistic wagering requirements try another site with generous promotions as they do exist i have entered 7 promotions and won zero. Also although live chat is ok you are often left hanging indefinitely in the middle of a chat with some staff being darn rude.

Didn't receive my free bet and was fobbed off by a rude and abrupt customer services rep called 'Callum' who clearly doesn't understand the phrase 'the customer is always right' and needs to work on his people skills. I'm sure I'm not the first or last potential customer they'll lose. Should expect it from a Mickey Mouse company like these I suppose.

I have been using SportPesa fine and they were one of my favourite bookies. Then, corona virus hit and the UK (and world!) went into lock down. I am at my girlfriend's and we don't live together, but have my laptop with me. I signed into SportPesa and my account was closed due to logging in from different IP addresses.I understand that, but the decision was made without any chance of explanation from myself, my account was fully closed. This is more like a dictatorship and very sad as I thought SportPesa were ok.My advice: avoid this company, even though the world is in a pandemic, there was no understanding or flexibility. Disgraceful from them, use other bookies who are much more understanding!
