AVOID. At all cost what they advertise isn't what you get deposit £20 bet £20 and get £50 bonus WRONG. You get he HAW nothing even sending them E MAILS you get nothing back so do yourselves a favour please read about them and similar before you give them your money. In my opinion there are far to many companies getting through the net that just want your money stick to the big names in future and make sure you read up before signing up. As far as 21BET they can take tho £50 bonus and shove it you know where.

After having a few bets then winning 1000. I then read the reviews and started to worry. Yes to start with the I'd process took about a week. But after that it was pretty good. 2 days for withdrawal then 2 days for money to land in my bank. Yes not the fastest pay out. But all good so far. I do believe it has new owners.

Zero stars. Licence to operate anywhere should be removed. 24 hours after making deposit the credit still hasn’t hit my account. I suspect this was because I chose not to take advantage of their bonus offer. I was able to get though to a person who told me the issue was with my bank but I could see the payment had already been taken. I asked for the account to be closed and they had the nerve to send me an email regarding gambling problems. And did a self exclusion but only for 6 months. Like I would ever go back to that site. I played here and won. My withdrawal is still pending after 5 working days. If you send an email about it, or in the chat, you always get the same answer: you will receive an email when it has been accepted. But they've been saying that for days. The chat is not personal, just robots. Always the same answers. I have been waiting for more than a week for 1 withdrawal of €500.... Too bad there are casinos like this. They are not serious. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. This is a scam online by these company's so you have been warned and I hope the gambling commission investigates them properly.

This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don't think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are "fair and honest" which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through....that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren't given a game as much as you do with this site. Disgraceful...should be shut down, I hope the gambling commission check the reviews, not a single good one and shows they should be investigated.

I only bet on Sportsbook (horses). I am not at all interested in Casino or Slots (fixed odds where you will always lose over time.) So why are all the bonus emails about wager £x on slots/casino to get £buttons back.It’s a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting £5 x5. My average unit stake is £100.Other sites regularly send me £50/£100 free bets. Even the likes of PP and B365 issue weekly bonuses of £10. I’ve decided until I get some recognition I am going to bet elsewhere (which is what I do most of the time).

Betway stole my winnings. I tried to withdraw my account. Received an email stating they couldn’t process my funds. Tried to contact customer services and email and live chat shut down. I left a bad review and someone contacted 4 days later from the UK. Said they would look into the matter and would call me back 2 hours later. It’s been 2 weeks now. I checked my account and they deleted my withdrawal so there isn’t a record of it. It’s a 100 percent scam.
