My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn't clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! He has emailed them to complain in December ...no reply he has a nice sum of money in there, he is not getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!

I've used them for 2 weeks for football and so far I'm happy with them. Withdrawal takes 3 working days. I wish they had table tennis, Esoccer and esports.

Please do not bet with these scammers. Had 12 fold football accum with 11 selections won with one to go next day. No cash out offered at all which is just disgraceful and then when team I had was winning 1-0 I deposited £150 to cover the draw and other team to win and to my amazement they wouldn’t accept my bets and then the live betting for the match totally disappeared.I checked other online betting sites and they all still had live betting on the match. About 10 minutes later the other team equalised and Within 30 secs the live betting appeared again.???With the odds coming down I was unable to cover my bet at all to make any real profit and my bet went down. Left me very angry that they can play tricks on punters like this. When I quizzed them in chat service they told me they had a technical issue and that it amazingly resolved it’s self after the equalising goal hahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha what a joke!!!!You’ve all been warned!!!!And another thing it must be worst ever bookies to give any kind of free bets or bonuses no matter how much you spend with them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. I made a subject access request and found out that they had purchased data about accounts I hold with other bookmakers which is in violation of GDPR regulations

Have a big withdrawal still pending, first they asked for documents even tho I’m with them for 2 months now and sent them in the beginning and they confirmed my account was verified. Sent the documents 7 days ago, they always find excuses to not verify them, even tho is the same picture of the passport and PayPal account that I sent in the beginning and it was fine then. Now I can’t even log in to my account and they don’t reply or give any explanation. Do not use this website!!

Deposited in the casino blocked my account due to verification which I understand so I went to withdraw my own money back they've kept it until I send verification to them I dont have any documents to verify with. Dont go to the site they steal peoples money worst company ever had no problems withdrawing money back from other casinos when they've blocked my account so glad it wasnt hundreds I deposited on they are refusing to give me my money back.

Don't go near 21bet they ripped me off for £600 I had to get IBAS in and they got me half so stay away from these RIP off merchants took 5 months to get the half of what I was owed they should be black listed so stay away

They have lied to me when I went to login it said login details are wrong, then I spoke to them on live chat they then said that my account is under review, so they lied its been a week now every day they say there be in touch. Don't use this bet site very poor customer service they treat customers very poorI joined online casino 21.co.uk this month I have spent alot of money with them. Last week on Friday I went to login and it said login details are wrong. When in fact it wasn't wrong, but they had frozen my account saying its under review, I had to find this out myself no one told me. Then I was told they will be in touch soon and promptly, evey day I have been told this, And am being told to be patient it's been a week I didn't have my account long so there's nothing to review. I used my own money my own bank account and my own ID to make the account. Ive been told so many lies by them. I assume more customers would of experienced this aswell. They do not treat customers fair and they are very poor. I wish I never even made an account now I am just going to stick to bet 365 and corals as they are so much better and even bet365 pays you your winnings straight away. So if you are a customer of 21.co.uk I suggest you you delete your account, and I would recommend bet 365 or corals.

I have about £600 as a balance on their site £500 of it is my deposit. They announced that the 21bet.co.uk is no longer operating and customers should withdraw any funds by submiting a withdrawal request to support@ Unfortunately email provided DOESN'T WORK!!! They just stole my and other people money and there is no option of contacting them. I will be contact UKGC but I dont have much hope. Heard that ukgc is absolutely useless

I would avoid this company at all costs! Having taken my deposits & then I have a successful win at odds at 44-1 with a £15.00 stake, I requested a withdrawal of my funds last Monday. Having waited 24 hours, it was still showing as pending. I E Mailed & received a reply from Mark advising me of the below: We apologise for the delay in processing your withdrawal We would like to inform you that we have technical issues which occurred on our payment methods, but our technical department aims to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We re expecting this to be resolved in next few days. Our payments team will contact you with all the updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise once again. Sincerely, 21Bet Support Team --- I then received no response & cancelled my withdrawal & placed a few more bets. I then processed a withdrawal on 3 occasions, was notified it had been approved but the site reversed the request. Thinking this to be a little odd, I tried to place a bet, which wasn’t accepted & would allow me to select my bets but the site wouldn’t allow me to place a bet. I then sent an E Mail only to be advised that my account had been suspended with the below E Mail. Regarding sportsbook, at the moment we are experiencing technical issues with limited functionality. Awful service. Opened an account and they refused to honour the free bet as they took 24hrs to verify my account and claimed my first bet was made an hour after they decided to cancel the offer. The bet won anyway so I decided to withdraw the winnings. They are still sat in the account showing pending and are not being released. The online chat function doesn’t work and the e mail address doesn’t work. Seems this is a similar experience to others. Avoid them as they are useless

I too am having the same issues as other users, deposited £10 and took advantage of their new joiner offer and fairly won £50. After a couple of weeks i emailed and they told me to wait as they were having payment issues, after a week i contacted again and they asked for my Ids bills etc. i provided multiple evidence and answered all their questions, they referred me to another team who never got in contact and then blocked me from logging in. I wom this £50 two months ago and they have STOLEN this money from me like it seems they have with many others. Rotten company and i will be reporting them

Avoid the slots. They NEVER pay out anything. Lost track of how many deposits at minimum bet never lasts very long. Much better sites out there. I'm sure they give the standard reply how they are monitored etc. As if the average gambler could check it out. Just another ripoff.

They have a website that appears cluttered which makes navigation through the website quite a challenge, and the layout is poor as well. The in-play betting experience on this bookie is poor. They don’t offer good odds either. But the customer service experience with them is really good, had this problem with withdrawals and they helped me resolve it.

The people who run this company are scumbags! I put a £10 bet on won £110 and tried to withdraw the money in my account. They simply wont process the payment I’ve sent in numerous documents and emails to verify the account but they still refuse to release the payment. The gambling commission really should intervene and shut this fraudulent company down. Unless you want to be conned out of money don’t bet with this company as they will take your deposits but refuse to pay out winnings.

I would give 0 stars if i could. No customer service, no responses to emails, live chat is never online. Withdrawals sitting pending with no sign of being processed. Restricted after about 10 bets on ascot event. Service needs licence withdrawing. Possible fake 5 star reviews here too One trip to google will show up the amount of negative reviews and complaints on these guys, save yourself the stress and hassle and leave well alone Update: did get money eventually and we all got a BS email about Severe technical issues etc meaning a delay over that ascot weekend...all the other bookies on same sports betting platform had no issue, shambles and restricted anyway so they can waste some other customers time instead

The whole FSB to SBtech shock move only happened a couple of months ago. That left all of their customers scrabbling to find out what had happened to our funds. Luckily FSB acted responsibly and all that people lost was their time. Still annoying but it could have been worse. Now 21Bet are failing to honour their Royal Ascot offer. They need to credit a lot of free bets and they really don't want to. Perhaps they're looking for another platform to relaunch another new site! These guys just aren't really worth the amount of time you need to waste with them. Half of the offers I've participated in have had issues with crediting free bets.

changed platform so have to sign up again like a new customer, u get a free £5 when u do to be used in 2 days . PROBLEM is you cant bet until account is verified again which at min is on day 7 so £5 has gone and still not verified , a task which takes hills betfair paddy literally a few hours sometimes instantly on chat, i wouldnt use this company my opinion there just trying to compete we the big boys but only going to end up one way just get bet bright gone.

Not sure what the other issues are in regards to getting money out. Since the new site, i emailed the one provided, got my dosh and signed up and playing on the new 21bet site. Real improvement. More markets, loads of depth to the offering for me as a sports punter. Cant comment on the casino, dont play it. Overall really good. Didn't give 5 stars as the my app doesn't work anymore but i hear they are launching one soon.

I received an email from 21bet informing of a move to a new site. It didn’t say the old site was already switched off. It gave an incorrect email to contact FSB to recover funds. FSB have sent the below email assuring me that funds are secure. I’m more likely to trust FSB as the platform and not bet21 who moved between platforms without even informing FSB.
