My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Bwin could not provide any time frame for this investigation because they said a 3rd party is doing the investigation. This means Bwin can keep my account closed and hold my money as much as they want.I have deposited around 150 EUR into my account. Right now there is around 250 EUR in my account. I cannot see the exact amount because my account is still closed.It has been more than 2 months and there is still no update about this investigation. I do not want to use Bwin anymore. That’s why I have requested a manual withdrawal 1 month ago. Bwin has escalated my query several times but they always answered me that they cannot let any withdrawal because of the investigation.The last response of Bwin on 01.10.2021:’Until we hear back from this investigation, no activity is allowed on the account. This is throughout the industry and not just Bwin. As this is a third party, we have no influence on timescales or the outcome of the investigation.”

Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 ? I played £11 of the £88 i won £45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. So then the £45 was randomly turned into £10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can’t collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the £77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. This is a money eating site. PLEASE stay well clear. I have played sites for 4 years and this site is by far the worst. Spent £3k and won three bonus rounds that paid a few hundred. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but that’s just me.

Marathonbet are simply liars. The say they have great bonuses and promotions but I’ve deposited £1262 and only received a £1 free bet. I even entered the bonus20 offer for new customers but never received any welcome bonus. Don’t play this site. Its easily one of the worst,If not the worst. I play a lot of online sites and have a very successful track record. I play one or two games a certain way which limits loss and can produce high returns. On this site however zilch. I have spent over £1500 and never have had any win. At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them it’s been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no we’re to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and it’s over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter!
