Had a win £5500.00 went to withdraw and it said with drawl complete.Next day my account was closed and no money.Followed the complaints procedure and have been fobbed off.Stay away so doggie its untrue.We are not giving up on this at all.

Withdraw is not been paid they are saying technical issues.Why say 24hours when it’s clear it’s not. But no one was informed either on sight or of. Still not received it. It’s hard to win but even harder to withdraw. Investigating why is much needed.

Honestly they are more scummy than the average online casino, they purposely delay payout times in the hopes that their customers reverse their withdrawal and lose their money, they cancel blackjack hands when it suits them to avoid paying out. I had a blackjack, the dealer dropped a card, normally in this situation they have someone asses the table to assure players of no foul play, but when players have a blackjack before decisions have been made on the hands, they choose to cancel the hand instead to avoid paying out.Noone should use 32red, take your money elsewhere, total scum.

I really want to legally complaint againt this 32 red.It is a scam. No matter how much you depositing you never get any return put in £600 five times in month but never get any return.I don’t know who is the complaint authority against these type of fake companies. Don’t trust this site told me to deposit £10 and get 32 free spins so I did via instant banking! I played the 32 spins and won a measly £2.59p so I thought with that return it’s shocking and withdrew my £10 again via instant banking! I made 2 £22 deposits both of which failed. I received one refund of £22 however the other one still hasn’t been received. I made this on the 23rd September. The team have emailed saying its been refunded on Friday however no funds have been received. I’ve contacted the bank and also 32red many times and I’m absolutely no further forward.I wouldn’t waste your money on this website. Like all sites, just don’t do it. Slots don’t like paying out with high wagers. We all know usually when spinning with £1, you normally on a bonus scatter, most times out of ten, get around 40 quid. Doesn’t seem to work with 5 and 10 pound spins.one example-Stupidly running out of money so went for a couple of 10 pound spins and got the scatter with my last spin. I’m rewriting a negative review I’d wrote a while back. I’d spent a lot of money with no wins but things have changed. I’ve recently logged back into my account & had a few bets over the last few weeks & I have to say credit where credit is due: I’ve had a few half decent wins, (losses too of course) & absolutely no issues receiving my winnings. Absolutely shocking how many dead spins there are on this is quite unbelievable. I counted 45 dead spins in a row before it (eye of horus golden tablet megaways) gave a “win” which was .8% of my bet and this kept repeating. The bonus “teases” are insane but don’t seem to land so accompanied by a winnless spin… simply a glorified dead spin. I won’t be using these ever again it’s mental how this is allowed to happen. Withdrawal is very hard , they want to keep it .. obviously so it keeps ‘failing to process so they put it back in the 32 red account so you can blow it 😩. They say debit card has failed yet bizarrely it never ‘fails’ when you are crediting into your gaming account
