Recently joined 32 red, banked on beginners luck, nothing to what have put in. Then nothing. Had bonus spin in and spin straight out twice on me which was very disappointing. Games are a little glitchy. Seems since banked at beginning that was it. Spins can be very empty or low, bonus if you get it doesn’t pay out again low wins. Think going back to other site odds are better. May pop back but at the moment not keen to as lot of empty spins. On occasions you do get some play for your money others not.

32red don t wanna pay my money that I won fair and square,they ve let me withdraw 4 times 13252, 3002,13005, 1276 , after this I made a deposit of 800 and I won 30000, I withdraw it, and start asking me to send them different documents over and over again for no reason, they stall the payment, I ve sent over 20 emails, and they keep delaying it.this is not right , if you payd before what stops you to pay now? Can’t give 0 or I would. This site allowed me to register make a deposit and then said I was self excluded but refused to return the money. If I was excluded then why was I allowed to deposit. I asked when I would get my money back but was not given a timescale just that I would relieve an email. The whole registration process is not fit for purpose. The on line chat advisor seemed to be struggling to understand what I was saying!

Tried to sign up. Followed their procedures. When uploading my drivers licence their system kept saying it wouldn’t accept it. I rang them. I was asked to send a copy via email which I did. They then asked for a copy of a recent bank statement and a utility bill. I stoped interacting with them at this stage. Seems a lot of personal info. Felt like a scam, I was uncomfortable. Seems a bit excessive to open a gambling account

I’ve been on 32 red for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem when I’ve made a withdrawal my money has been in my bank the next day after I applied for withdrawal I think it’s because I deposit with PayPal. In my opinion it’s the easiest site to use.
