Easily by far the worst online casino I have experienced. Deposited £20 with the 150% sign on bonus making it a total of £50 in the balance. Slots stake split is 60% bonus and 40% cash each spin – it also seems to split the same way with winnings (if you even get any with the dead spins and non-existent bonuses). So basically zero point in even playing since the winnings mostly go back into the bonus balance which can’t be withdrawn until the total amount of bonus is staked about 50x. Out of the £50 total, I hit zero bonus spins until there was £0.88 left and then I hit 2 but they returned £8 between them and of course, 60% went back into bonus balance.Live casino games like game shows and roulette etc were also basically broken with technical issues.

Played swarm (a game where bees landed eventually open up level 2 beehive and so on till you reach level 5 and then each bee will activate the max swarm) and I’ve literally been playing it maxed out for 4 hours and it still hasn’t “swarmed”. It took a total of 4 hours to get it max amd another 4 hours and I’ve just given up. Literally thousands of spins I’d absolutely mental. Unsure why this casino gets bad reviews. I joined a few weeks ago decided to give it a go over the last week, deposited three or four times and managed a win every time overall around £375 up, had my money within 24 hours or a little over but overall been a positive experience for me. Honestly they are more scummy than the average online casino, they purposely delay payout times in the hopes that their customers reverse their withdrawal and lose their money, they cancel blackjack hands when it suits them to avoid paying out. I had a blackjack, the dealer dropped a card, normally in this situation they have someone asses the table to assure players of no foul play, but when players have a blackjack before decisions have been made on the hands, they choose to cancel the hand instead to avoid paying out.Noone should use 32red, take your money elsewhere, total scum.

I made 2 £22 deposits both of which failed. I received one refund of £22 however the other one still hasn’t been received. I made this on the 23rd September. The team have emailed saying its been refunded on Friday however no funds have been received. Like all sites, just don’t do it. Slots don’t like paying out with high wagers. We all know usually when spinning with £1, you normally on a bonus scatter, most times out of ten, get around 40 quid. Doesn’t seem to work with 5 and 10 pound spins.one example-Stupidly running out of money so went for a couple of 10 pound spins and got the scatter with my last spin.
