Closing account. Played for well over a year on 32 red and I’ve never known anything like it in about 15 years across various sites. Obvs it’s gambling so mostly you will be down. But never before has a site made me sick of playing for fun. Im not even sure a decent bonus round is possible on this site if you even get one. It by far has the lowest rtp I’ve ever seen and that’s playing all times, on different days. So basically it doesn’t matter when you play getting a bonus is like rocking horse poo and then when you do they simply pay pennies even on decent bets. I wonder if they actually exist. The dead spins are crazy. Again I’ve never seen this level of dead spins over and over and over again. This site has sucked all the fun out of playing and when you know your going to loose 99.9% of the time before you top up it’s time to close your account. Don’t play 32 red. It’s by far the worst site so I have no idea what the good reviews are all about as it’s seriously bad. I shouldn’t even need to say about the glitches (often) the speeding and slowing of the reels, frozen games and sometimes you can’t even get back into the game. There is just nothing good about it. I kept playing because I thought it was me. But at this stage it’s not, I definitely haven’t imagined with over 15 years of playing regularly just how bad this site is. Its such a different experience from all other sites and absolutely not in a good way. This is not a don’t gamble review, this is a don’t play on 32 red. Its truly terrible. I suspect that’s why they do so much advertising. Players won’t stay on a site this bad so they will need a constant supply of players until they work out how awful it is and leave. Oh and they are now doing away with the loyalty scheme, red rubies. It wasn’t worth having anyway it’s so loaded with rules you will never cash anything out you win with rubies.

DO NOT USE THEM* they have stolen money out of my account. They allowed me to open account and then let me deposit over 8 deposits. My last deposit when I got a bonus they blocked my account with money on my balance and said it was due to GameStop that has not been active for over 9 years! They argue with you on support and they have refunded only half of the money that was left in my Balance bearing in mind it was my money! I did not win anything because they blocked me before I could. They also have paid 7.1 million in fines due to failures to protect customers and fraudulent activities. Please report any issues with this company I currently have ongoing reports with them and won’t stop until they stop scamming people

Very poor site. As soon as you get a bonus amount you cannot bet on sports and if you withdraw any money you loose all your bonus. So a waste of time having the bonus in the first place.

Deposited 600 pounds to play a game that they are advertising as “hot” called “2 fold the gold” I deposited five lots of 50 pounds and five lots of 70 pounds. I played over three hours and did not receive one bonus. This in itself is possibly expected however, when the game gave me two of the bonus, four leaf clover, it persistently gave me the same two features on the missing reel of 2 wilds this for three hours. I play online casinos a lot more than I should, and I know that this game has a massive bug and yet 32red are advertising it as their hot game on the top of their casino advertising. I do not feel that this is a fair or ethical way for an online casino to conduct its business, I have also contacted the ombudsman about this if the powers that be including the online casinos want people to gamble safely, they should make their gameplay fair. To make matters worse I was actually cut out of the game and asked for documents to continue stating that there had been a change in my deposits They use this to get people out of the game, but never take responsibility themselves. First time player. Deposited a £100 excepting the welcome bonus and received nothing. Contacted customer support who were no help and said I wasn’t entitled to anything – what can I do? Was gradually gaining on the “20p Roulette” then coming back later to carry on it would be bugged (not letting me click the table to place bets). Happened once each day for the 2 days I used it.. refreshed/restarted browser and used a private window to try and fix it, no luck. I then switched to a different low stakes table out of annoyance which continued to almost consecutively hit the wrong numbers, low odds considering the bet I was using. The amount of dead spins on this site is concerning. Played for over 15 years across various sites and play the same games across those sites. Different times of day night and win and loose. You’re always down over a period that’s gambling but the RTP on 32 red is extraordinarily low. Even on the extremely rare occasion you get a decent bonus (and it’s rare on 32 red) where on other sites I’d win 600-1300 here I won 8.40 it’s bizarre. In a year of playing one particular game I’ve never had a decent win. Never happened before on any site I’ve played. It literally feels impossible to get a decent win. The dead spins are so constant there is no enjoyment playing this site. You can literally play hundreds of pounds and it’s dead spins after dead spin. This site is a fun vampire. Go elsewhere. It’s seriously weird to play over weeks and weeks and win 20 quid. I kept thinking it was me and it was just unlucky but after over a year, something is off. Better sites. Easily by far the worst online casino I have experienced. Deposited £20 with the 150% sign on bonus making it a total of £50 in the balance. Slots stake split is 60% bonus and 40% cash each spin – it also seems to split the same way with winnings (if you even get any with the dead spins and non-existent bonuses). So basically zero point in even playing since the winnings mostly go back into the bonus balance which can’t be withdrawn until the total amount of bonus is staked about 50x. Out of the £50 total, I hit zero bonus spins until there was £0.88 left and then I hit 2 but they returned £8 between them and of course, 60% went back into bonus balance.Live casino games like game shows and roulette etc were also basically broken with technical issues.

Played swarm (a game where bees landed eventually open up level 2 beehive and so on till you reach level 5 and then each bee will activate the max swarm) and I’ve literally been playing it maxed out for 4 hours and it still hasn’t “swarmed”. Unsure why this casino gets bad reviews. I joined a few weeks ago decided to give it a go over the last week, deposited three or four times and managed a win every time overall around £375 up, had my money within 24 hours or a little over but overall been a positive experience for me. Deposited £110 last night had a bonus on big bass splash which paid £170 after around £30 worth of spins of £1 ended up cashing out, £250. Maybe beginners luck but would change to five stars if withdrawals were instant. Will take a break now as I am due a few losses but definitely use again in future.
