Something definitely wrong at 32red, The live chat is no longer available. ONe of my withdrawals has gone astray, some 10 days now, despite showing as processed in the banking area. i dint speak to someone last week who tole me that they are aware of withdrawal problems and will be dealing with it and to contact them today, however the chat is “No longer available” i would avoid using this site for the meantime!!

I deposited £100 from an electronic payment card then when withdrew £116 I chose to send them back to my other linked card, only received £16 but not the remaining £100, which they said they sent it to my depositing card which failed to receive the funds. I raised this issue and said they should’ve used my depositing card then they said they will return the fund into my account for me to withdrew it with an open bank transfer. I contacted the customer service he said they will send the money to my bank card that works, then no money was sent as I got email from the payment team asking me about my other card that refused to receive the fund, so I told them I was promised by the customer service guy to send the money to my other card instead then called the customer service again who advised that the fund can only go to the depositing card and now they will request the payment team to return the fund into my account balance.So far few days of back and forth and I haven’t seen any money, this business is utterly disgusting and untrustworthy, I won’t be using them again as even they can’t tell you a decent information that they agree on, every customer service person tells you something different, just a broken and messed up place to trust with your money.

Deposited over a few months a few hundred pound here and there, got a few good wins out of it. Got a payout and decided to deposit a few larger amounts no more than a grand. Didn’t get a win with the larger deposits. My change in depositing flagged up my account and I was locked from depositing until I provided proof of where the money came from and all my account ownerships. I provided all the evidence including the evidence of my payout. The money deposited was from outside my income and used from the payout only of which I still have money left. They’ve now decided to close my account as my regular income does not cover my recent deposits and I can only reopen when I can provide information that shows my regular income has increased. They would not allow me to even set a deposit limit on the account as I requested them to do as an alternative and instead closed my account .I didn’t even eat into my regular income for the most recent deposits that flagged my account and they’ve now taken all my deposits without allowing for any chance at a future win. Absolute joke. Agent on the phone was very understanding, however over email they haven’t even factored in the fact that I had a payout which was used to deposit for fun. Just a scam and thieves. Not to mention when I played on numerous occasions down a few hundred the game would crash and you’d be kicked out having to restart from fresh. AVOID. Happy for you to deposit in large amounts and then decide to close your account.

Update! Before I closed my account I have tried to play with another 250 pounds spare I had and the result was exactly the same. No winnings. Bear in mind I was playing 10p. Imagine how much spins that is. No bonus. No free spins. No big wins. Max win was 1.02 . Do not open. I also reported the website to the relevant authorities for money laundering and fraud.

This guys aren’t trustworthy at all I have now spent over the past few months 600 pounds in one just game to see how long it would take me to get one of the frogs to pop out. They never did since I made a profit. It has been now 5weeks and I have been playing now 40p . The red frog is stacked to 10x the yellow frog doesn’t add to the bonus anymore and the blue frog is stacked at 40 free spins. They haven’t popped up after what I manage to count as over 3000 spins. If I could give less than 1star I would! I had an account with 32red for years ad until recently would’ve given them a 4 out of 5. I won a lot of money over the years with them but this last year or so the wins dried up totally! Not one win in over a year. Like it’s a total con now. Each time I was winning money the app would “crash” and reload every couple of minutes at least. When it reloaded funnily enough I wasn’t winning anything at all! This happened over months. They had the cheek to delete my account for no reason at all too!! No reason why! they sent me a email out of the blue saying my account was deleted!! How can they just decide for no reason to just delete it!! Don’t use them for gambling as they have changed and are a total con now!! They make it incredibly difficult to delete your account. Eventually had to just settle for 6 week block. But that is long enough to get it out my mind. All that site does is take your money. Pay outs are always extremely small. And when they are a pay out it’s like 12p 60p if you’re very lucky 1.60, but there just pays back of your own money😅 you never actually win, ever. The single worst gaming site available. I lost £16500 in 6 months playing £2 and £3 games on slots. Really long periods with no winning spins, the longest I had was no wins in 73 spins at £3 a go. I could play sometimes for 2 hours without getting a bonus feature and when I did sometimes they’d pay figures like £3 or £4.20 after me waiting for ages feeding the game, there were even times when the bonus’ would pay ZERO and just state better look next time!!!! Been a member for the past 3 years – loads of crap going on with 32Red and their sister site Unibet. Yes, they just turning off their RNG and RTP when they want, most likely they want this to be off – forever. Never mind – please stay away from both crappy sites and play elsewhere. This site is beyond bad. You can not play without it glitching and throwing you out of games. When you contact them they fob you off with log in via another browser but that doesn’t work either. I played 20 spins on one game and got kicked out 8 times. You just can’t enjoy playing. It’s got worse lately. One game I got a bonus feature and got kicked out 7 times, when you go back to the game you have to go through the whole feature again and it took ages to complete one bonus game so I could cash out. It’s mental. Also sometimes you can’t get back into a game but they don’t refund the stake money for the spin you got kicked out on. Wonder how much they make from that! Often you get kicked out are charged but the spin has finished so you have to take their word you didn’t win. It’s absolutely awful. I suspect also against regulation. Impossible to get your adress verified. They don’t accept Driving licence but want paper bank statements (I don’t get them only digital) or utility bill (in partners name so no good) so no playing for me.

extremely slow & painful withdrawal process.when you contact the costumer service they are all saying to you that the withdrawal has been done within the frame and they are blaming the bank.ha ha ha..!it takes almost a week if you do your withdrawal at the weekend or bank holiday.CONCLUSION : AVOID..
