Best way to explain my experience of 32 red playing for nearly a year, playing regularly at all different times versus doing the same on other sites. On other sites, even ones where be played on for years I log on, top up and still get that little feeling of excitement will I have a little win. And you win, and loose as that’s gambling. Sometimes a little win so you keep playing and probably loose that but you enjoy playing. A nice win so you cash out a couple hundred quid and on occasion sometimes more than once in a short time a nice win. To me a nice win is 1-2k. Over time your down but you know what your loosing and that’s gambling. You mostly play because you enjoy it. Then I log in to 32 red and I know I’m going to loose repeatedly and even while I’m topping up I’m thinking why am I even bothering because I will loose. When you do win it’s so rare your gobsmacked but it’s usually so low in the minimum of the wins I described you end up cashing out what you staked because your just totally bored of endless dead spins which make playing a boring chore where you pretty much loose, the vast majority of the time. Obviously it’s a reputable site and all that la de dah but my genuine experience is the sheer level of dead spins over and over and over make it utterly boring and to top that your expecting to loose so many times the whole thing just gives you a weird feeling compared to when you play elsewhere. They do pay out quite fast and the site itself okish. As I said it’s endorsed most places as an excellent site, the weeks and sometimes months of dead spins and elusive bonus rounds and when you do get one it’s weirdly terrible is such a buzz kill that knowing what I know after playing at 32 red I would have just never bothered and would have missed absolutely nothing. Other sites are just better.

This company are plain evil. Gambling addict here. I’m on Gamstop. I’ve had a red 32 account before and closed it, yet somehow I’ve had no problem opening up an new account and losing lots of money in a very concerning pattern of depositing. But they don’t care, they refuse to accept even part of the reponsibility and even had the audacity to tell me to seek help in my hard times that they’ve facilitated. Avoid them. They could care less about safer gambling. Have an email saying my deposit limit would be £1500 and I put in much more than that.

Initially I liked this site until recently I was unable to login for over a week and contacted via Live chat email ect only to be fobbed off with the same old story of delete cache and cookies which never worked so I missed out on promotions progressive games ect and was extremely frustrated as I had deposited quite frequently, eventually after another live chat yesterday the helpful chap told me it is a technical problem and has affected many customers and he would add me to the list, Today i received an email saying it was sorted, I logged on and spoke on live chat expecting some kind of compensation even if it was a gesture of 10 free spins for example but they refused flat ? so if you are looking for a site full of constant glitches technical problems and being unable to login with no compensation from the greedy money grabbing hierarchy look no further, I shall be deleting my account and sticking with the sites I already use like coral and Ladbrookes and foxy bingo who I would recommend 😉

Please 🙏🏻 stay away from 32red as they are thieves and misleading. When you deposit it doesn’t say that the payment method has to be in your name, they don’t give a toss about how much this could affect someone mentally and emotionally if the winnings gets confiscated. It’s not a crime if you don’t know something, my only mistake was I asked my brother to transfer the money through true layer is because I didn’t want my partner to know that I gambled if he sees my bank statements. There was no issue while my brother was making payments, and if only like other casinos it said that the card or account has to be in your name then I wouldn’t. I was so lucky to win big and that’s why it became a problem and they just wanted to steal my winnings. Please I’m begging everyone not to use 32red because I don’t even my worse enemy to fall into this situation. They just want your money that’s it. If anything happens to me 32red is gonna be responsible!

Worse site I have ever bet with in my life they have money from my bank account locked into there betting account 2 months now just over 8weeks I have sent all my details passport proof of address bank card details everything and still my account is fully restricted I have never experienced anything like it in my life. To make it worse I reiceved a email today to say my account is back active and running only to log back in for it to say it’s restricted still can’t withdraw my money deposit or place a bet with my own money from my own bank shocking worse site ever stay clearrrr if my aching is not back up and running by tomorrow I’m ringing the bank to have my money refunded back to my account because yes can’t just let people deposit them lock there funds away even after verification and getting emails to say the accounts back open

I played 32 Red and Won, withdrew only £ 70. Yes you guessed right they deducted the 70 pounds when I withdrew, but I never received it, customer service, stated they had put it into a paypal account of which I have never used. So in all they put into their own account. As I never received it, these people are nothing but robbers. NEVER NEVER PLAY ON THIS SITE, STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN.

refused to hounour my joining bonus and gave me a one of their choice, claiming I had opted in when that wasn’t the case. The offer also stated 150% matched bonus up to £150 for a £100 deposit.They’ve only given me an offer for a £20 deposit and 150 10p spins on Immortal Romance 2. After multiple times playing slots I can safely say something is not right with this site at all. The RTP clearly has to he wrong because you can literally have continously dead spins that last 30-40 and then may win less than your best, your bet back, or a very tiny win and then the same again. Something definitely wrong at 32red, The live chat is no longer available. ONe of my withdrawals has gone astray, some 10 days now, despite showing as processed in the banking area. i dint speak to someone last week who tole me that they are aware of withdrawal problems and will be dealing with it and to contact them today, however the chat is “No longer available” i would avoid using this site for the meantime!!

I deposited £100 from an electronic payment card then when withdrew £116 I chose to send them back to my other linked card, only received £16 but not the remaining £100, which they said they sent it to my depositing card which failed to receive the funds. I raised this issue and said they should’ve used my depositing card then they said they will return the fund into my account for me to withdrew it with an open bank transfer. I contacted the customer service he said they will send the money to my bank card that works, then no money was sent as I got email from the payment team asking me about my other card that refused to receive the fund, so I told them I was promised by the customer service guy to send the money to my other card instead then called the customer service again who advised that the fund can only go to the depositing card and now they will request the payment team to return the fund into my account balance.So far few days of back and forth and I haven’t seen any money, this business is utterly disgusting and untrustworthy, I won’t be using them again as even they can’t tell you a decent information that they agree on, every customer service person tells you something different, just a broken and messed up place to trust with your money.

Deposited over a few months a few hundred pound here and there, got a few good wins out of it. Got a payout and decided to deposit a few larger amounts no more than a grand. Didn’t get a win with the larger deposits. My change in depositing flagged up my account and I was locked from depositing until I provided proof of where the money came from and all my account ownerships. I provided all the evidence including the evidence of my payout. The money deposited was from outside my income and used from the payout only of which I still have money left. They’ve now decided to close my account as my regular income does not cover my recent deposits and I can only reopen when I can provide information that shows my regular income has increased. They would not allow me to even set a deposit limit on the account as I requested them to do as an alternative and instead closed my account .I didn’t even eat into my regular income for the most recent deposits that flagged my account and they’ve now taken all my deposits without allowing for any chance at a future win. Absolute joke. Agent on the phone was very understanding, however over email they haven’t even factored in the fact that I had a payout which was used to deposit for fun. Just a scam and thieves. Update! Before I closed my account I have tried to play with another 250 pounds spare I had and the result was exactly the same. No winnings. Bear in mind I was playing 10p. Imagine how much spins that is. No bonus. No free spins. No big wins. Max win was 1.02 . Do not open. I also reported the website to the relevant authorities for money laundering and fraud.

This guys aren’t trustworthy at all I have now spent over the past few months 600 pounds in one just game to see how long it would take me to get one of the frogs to pop out. They never did since I made a profit. It has been now 5weeks and I have been playing now 40p . The red frog is stacked to 10x the yellow frog doesn’t add to the bonus anymore and the blue frog is stacked at 40 free spins. They haven’t popped up after what I manage to count as over 3000 spins. I recommend staying away from 32 red I made a bet on roulette on number 36 they registered the bet then took the bet off just before it came in!!!! Really dodgey!!! After this I spoke to customer representative and they said I changed my story and said there’s nothing they can do!! So I decided to withdraw my money and close down my account
