I was a member for over 20 years and I guess never learned my lesson. When I joined them I played quite a lot and a few times I was on the phone to them . They were trying to encourage me to play and kept telling me that if I deposited some more funds I had a better chance of winning . I reported the issue to the gaming commission UK .I had complained many times about the software not working and I was losing money ,all they did was ask for photo evidence as they do not know what is happening within their own company. I complained again and they cancelled my membership . Unfortunately for me ,years ago they did not keep a record of the phone calls made ,so it’s easy to hide the evidence . They only keep records up to 7 years. DO NOT WASTE time and money THIS casino is not as it seems ,play at four own risk and be prepared to lose ! They will take your money and play stupid when the system fails and you lose it all. The only people that benefit are the fat cats that own it. Corrupt comes to mind.

This website is awfull, every deposit is at a loss any game is at a loss , practically no wins making deposits every day for 2-3 weeks and not producing any wins what so ever. Far from fair gaming and just robbing in my opinion- ide say it was possibly one of the worst casino going online avoid at all cost. Take take take , getting a bonus is same chance as winning the lotto, it can happen but u likely not too and when you do adventully get a bonus the returns is almost the same as you stake amount its that bad. Every game on this website is the same preference with zero wins. Small winnings only hard to win more than £5 even when your on 50p or £1 stakes its absolutely disgusting and this website should be closed down. Still graphics are good atleast wich keep you coming back. (For more day light robbery)) it's hard to not feel like your money is being laundering from your very pockets and often feel like a fix. Ok down to the reason for my review, I deposited £45 to play a little casino and a little sports, I was lucky enough to have a massive win on their casino section of £4660 which I of course withdrew straight away…. Fast forward a couple hours I got an email from 32red telling me that my bank rejected my payout 🤨🤔 quite confused I immediately contacted 32red chat and they confirmed my bank had indeed rejected my payment and told me I must instead withdraw via bank transfer (snail withdrawal) which I did, as of yet they haven’t even processed my withdrawal and it’s still pending ….. I then took the initiative to call my bank who told me they do not ever reject payments coming in and that it’s in very very rare exceptional circumstances that this happens but not at all likely!!!! Fuming as I was lied to by 32red I called them and was told it happens all the time and not to worry …. I wouldn’t exactly say that was an explanation or and kind of reassurance in particular because there is over 40% bad reviews 😡😡…. I’m sorry but how are you going to tell somebody not to worry with some very shady goings on within your company? All I can say is pay me or I will be taking it further as you literally have zero grounds to withhold my money at all 😡 should this be resolved then the review will change to a more positive note until then it will stay … I’ll also include my username as I have nothing to hide 👍

My own fault I suppose deposit £20 and get 150 spins I deposited 100 and got 10 ??? I'd say it's a crap site as I played the £100 and the 10 spins and probably won well didn't £20 for all that money because I have withdrawn drawn nothing out and have 1p in my account. I think since they got the gambling commission fine, they are now absolutely ridiculous. Personally, I think they must be trying to claw back their money from the average slot player. Since the beginning of this year my account has been in the minuses and not really moved much from that. Any bonus win (if you even manage to catch one), is a pitiful return compared to what you deposit. Dont waste your money on this site. Stay away.

When you first open an account the wins are are good, the bonuses they offer sometimes are great but when you have an aged account and have filled in the customer survey you rarely win any amount higher that your deposit, 99% of the time you win 10-20% of your wagering back on scatters and the games crash when it seems you are about to get a good run going so it resets the games stats and you have to start over with less cash to wager, i feel the site is messing around with odds as you play to keep any rtp as low as possible and ignoring the rtp the game designers put on the games originally. The same games on other sites will give you a scatter in 100-200 spins but on this site its closer to 1000, i have been 500 pound down every month since last January it feels like utter fraud and legalised theft.

So 32red, please explain how this is happening. Please do NOT say this games is random. Please explain how this is even possible not resulting in any bonus after so many spins. My account is rigged. Looking at other peoples experiences of a similar nature, I would recommend a full investigation by the Gaming Authority to see why your site [ 32red] is not producing the advertised RTP amongst all these accounts who are enduring similar results. This is my second review for 32red. I thought i would give it another shot consider they’ve taken so much money from me but i was mistaken. £1500 in 3 months and absolutely nothing back. I’ve just played £150 in 30 minutes. Not one single bonus. One win worth £15 and thats the best i got. I would stay well away from this site. I’ve put £3000 in total and never withdrawn a penny because the wins they give you ain’t even worth withdrawing. I’ve played plenty of other sites. Trust me you would do better going on absolutely any other site but this one. I actually can’t believe they’re allowed to get away with this.
This is my second review for 32red. I thought i would give it another shot consider they’ve taken so much money from me but i was mistaken. £1500 in 3 months and absolutely nothing back. I’ve just played £150 in 30 minutes. Not one single bonus. One win worth £15 and thats the best i got. I would stay well away from this site. I’ve put £3000 in total and never withdrawn a penny because the wins they give you ain’t even worth withdrawing. I’ve played plenty of other sites. Trust me you would do better going on absolutely any other site but this one. I actually can’t believe they’re allowed to get away with this.

Narcis sent me a threatening email about the police trying to bully me after blocking my account after a chat rep blocked me. This review is based on the fact that you won’t get anywhere by throwing threats and bullying people!!! Zero star’s account locked because they could not explain why their slots payout like junk!

Having seen all the reviews on here i must say that when i was using slots a years ago and won over 44000 and once verified had no problems with withdrawal it took 5 days to be in my account. maybe it has changed but i have never found it to be a scam site

In my opinion this site needs reporting or investigating, this is my second review as I take losing on the chin as I do with any online casino. This site takes losing to a whole new level. Kept getting server errors a couple of weeks ago for a few days solid, CS said the slots were under maintenace!!!! how can they keep the slot online whilst under maintenance. Like I said they need reporting. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on a more reputable online casino or one that pays out fairly.

I won £6,500 and withdrew this. Everything was fine and the payment stayed on pending. They said coz of the amount it could take 7-10 working days. After waiting nearly 3 weeks I inquired and they said they are refunding my stake of £2,025 but confiscated the winnings because the card I used was a joint account with my wife. How ridiculous. I have taken this further with my solicitor. The crazy thing is £2,025 has not yet been refunded back to me. I have been waiting 2 months plus for this.

I wish they had a -5 star option...has to be one of the WORST online casinos I have come across.
