If I could give less than 1star I would! I had an account with 32red for years ad until recently would’ve given them a 4 out of 5. I won a lot of money over the years with them but this last year or so the wins dried up totally! Not one win in over a year. Like it’s a total con now. Each time I was winning money the app would “crash” and reload every couple of minutes at least. When it reloaded funnily enough I wasn’t winning anything at all! This happened over months. They had the cheek to delete my account for no reason at all too!! No reason why! they sent me a email out of the blue saying my account was deleted!! How can they just decide for no reason to just delete it!! Don’t use them for gambling as they have changed and are a total con now!! If you question why the app keeps crashing when u are winning they obviously don’t like the truth and delete your account!!!!!

Just joined couple of days ago, as others have stated never got a profit after spending over £500 in 2 days, also getting thrown out of games so then have to reload, thought this site was gonna be decent after seeing the adverts, i definitely would say avoid, William Hill, Paddy Power are no way near as bad as this 32Red, I’m now gonna close my account if i can, apparently this is hard to do too so I’ll see, Ta Ta 32Red you scam people. They make it incredibly difficult to delete your account. Eventually had to just settle for 6 week block. But that is long enough to get it out my mind. All that site does is take your money. Pay outs are always extremely small. And when they are a pay out it’s like 12p 60p if you’re very lucky 1.60, but there just pays back of your own money😅 you never actually win, ever. Other sites I have won well. Coral is a good one or foxy bingo. Depending upon what game. But I’ve blocked them to as got carried away spent all my 60 quid winnings😂. The single worst gaming site available. I lost £16500 in 6 months playing £2 and £3 games on slots. Really long periods with no winning spins, the longest I had was no wins in 73 spins at £3 a go. I could play sometimes for 2 hours without getting a bonus feature and when I did sometimes they’d pay figures like £3 or £4.20 after me waiting for ages feeding the game, there were even times when the bonus’ would pay ZERO and just state better look next time!!!! Been a member for the past 3 years – loads of crap going on with 32Red and their sister site Unibet. Yes, they just turning off their RNG and RTP when they want, most likely they want this to be off – forever. Never mind – please stay away from both crappy sites and play elsewhere. Too many penalties both dodgy sites are paying – so emptying and will empty your pockets as long as they will settle they corrupted bills, all they do its illegal. Avoid guys. Wish I could give no stars.Won and withdrew £180, fine with it usually taking 24hours.£90 went in next day to PayPal the other £90 failed waited hours for the other £90 to go back as funds, withdrew to card, next day failed again, waited again this time withdrew via bank transfer, failed again today. So no options left and customer service just tell you to try again

This site is beyond bad. You can not play without it glitching and throwing you out of games. When you contact them they fob you off with log in via another browser but that doesn’t work either. I played 20 spins on one game and got kicked out 8 times. You just can’t enjoy playing. It’s got worse lately. One game I got a bonus feature and got kicked out 7 times, when you go back to the game you have to go through the whole feature again and it took ages to complete one bonus game so I could cash out. It’s mental. Also sometimes you can’t get back into a game but they don’t refund the stake money for the spin you got kicked out on. Wonder how much they make from that! Often you get kicked out are charged but the spin has finished so you have to take their word you didn’t win. It’s absolutely awful. I suspect also against regulation. I’ve been playing regularly for a over year now and know it’s gambling and don’t expect to win all the time or even regularly but compared to other sites I would say I’ve won about 10% of what I have on other sites over a comparable time and around the same money staked in total. One particular game I play across sites you get an average or good amount of bonus plays even when you don’t win much on them. On 32 red very very few. And when you do it’s always very low payout. It’s really weird as it’s so noticeable. When it gets to a point you expect to loose every time you log in and getting kicked out is an every single time occurrence it’s time to leave. Don’t bother. Something off with this site. I had a stretch where I played multiple times a week at different times day and night for 5 months and won pennies. Never ever experienced that on any other site I’ve played. Bizzare. In the end I kept playing to see how long it would take to get a win and I won 100 quid and then another stretch of losses. Impossible to get your adress verified. They don’t accept Driving licence but want paper bank statements (I don’t get them only digital) or utility bill (in partners name so no good) so no playing for me.

I was a member for over 20 years and I guess never learned my lesson. When I joined them I played quite a lot and a few times I was on the phone to them . They were trying to encourage me to play and kept telling me that if I deposited some more funds I had a better chance of winning . I reported the issue to the gaming commission UK .I had complained many times about the software not working and I was losing money ,all they did was ask for photo evidence as they do not know what is happening within their own company. I complained again and they cancelled my membership . Unfortunately for me ,years ago they did not keep a record of the phone calls made ,so it’s easy to hide the evidence . They only keep records up to 7 years. DO NOT WASTE time and money THIS casino is not as it seems ,play at four own risk and be prepared to lose ! This website is awfull, every deposit is at a loss any game is at a loss , practically no wins making deposits every day for 2-3 weeks and not producing any wins what so ever. Far from fair gaming and just robbing in my opinion- ide say it was possibly one of the worst casino going online avoid at all cost. Ok down to the reason for my review, I deposited £45 to play a little casino and a little sports, I was lucky enough to have a massive win on their casino section of £4660 which I of course withdrew straight away…. Fast forward a couple hours I got an email from 32red telling me that my bank rejected my payout 🤨🤔 quite confused I immediately contacted 32red chat and they confirmed my bank had indeed rejected my payment and told me I must instead withdraw via bank transfer (snail withdrawal) which I did, as of yet they haven’t even processed my withdrawal and it’s still pending ….. I then took the initiative to call my bank who told me they do not ever reject payments coming in and that it’s in very very rare exceptional circumstances that this happens but not at all likely!!!! Fuming as I was lied to by 32red I called them and was told it happens all the time and not to worry …. I wouldn’t exactly say that was an explanation or and kind of reassurance in particular because there is over 40% bad reviews 😡😡…. I’m sorry but how are you going to tell somebody not to worry with some very shady goings on within your company? All I can say is pay me or I will be taking it further as you literally have zero grounds to withhold my money at all 😡 should this be resolved then the review will change to a more positive note until then it will stay … I’ll also include my username as I have nothing to hide 👍

I dont usually like to leave reviews but something needs to be said about this awful unfair company. This company used to be a reasonable gambling site. I joined in 2020. I think since they got the gambling commission fine, they are now absolutely ridiculous. Personally, I think they must be trying to claw back their money from the average slot player. Since the beginning of this year my account has been in the minuses and not really moved much from that. Any bonus win (if you even manage to catch one), is a pitiful return compared to what you deposit. Dont waste your money on this site. Stay away.

£500 loss **avoid this site ** there’s better ones out thereover a few days i thought i use 32red casino , on mostly 10, 20 50p slots i never seemed to be getting anywhere i was never up at any point and thats not including my losses from previous days and when i did win a bonus it paid back either dead on or just below what i just paid in to get the bonus, it got to the point i was predicting my free spins and bonuses wins, right !! i also hit the max pay button that was right next to the spin button half a centimetre away and somehow triggered a £10 max spin. which i complained about asking why it was so close to the normal spin button ? to a reply you wouldn’t be complaining if it won, missing my point! it shouldn’t be so close to the normal spin button unless you’re hoping people hit it by accident because the chances of a one spin win is very unlikely. When you first open an account the wins are are good, the bonuses they offer sometimes are great but when you have an aged account and have filled in the customer survey you rarely win any amount higher that your deposit, 99% of the time you win 10-20% of your wagering back on scatters and the games crash when it seems you are about to get a good run going so it resets the games stats and you have to start over with less cash to wager, i feel the site is messing around with odds as you play to keep any rtp as low as possible and ignoring the rtp the game designers put on the games originally. The same games on other sites will give you a scatter in 100-200 spins but on this site its closer to 1000, i have been 500 pound down every month since last January it feels like utter fraud and legalised theft.

Very disappointed. Having played Gates of Olympus and played over 700+ spins, did not get a single 4 Scatter Bonus. This should not be possible considering the amount of spins. So 32red, please explain how this is happening. Please do NOT say this games is random. Please explain how this is even possible not resulting in any bonus after so many spins. My account is rigged.
